We got quoted $239 to have our whole upstairs & stairs cleaned (3 bedrooms & loft). I thought it was a good price, but I was disappointed that only the middle of each floor was wet from shampoo. They completely missed the edges by the walls and this is where we needed it the most from previous flooding! I was contacted by the business when they found this out and they made it right by coming back on the following Monday to redo any parts we felt were missed. They also did a pet urine cleaning on spots of our choice for just $75. Our carpet does look good as new, can't find a stain anywhere, and we're really hoping we've found a company we can use in the future!

We have a beautiful but elderly Great Pyrenees dog, who unfortunately made somewhat of a mess of the front room in our home. I called COIT to come out today and help me with the carpet. The gentleman they sent was a kind and courteous. The room came out FANTASTIC.. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to bring life back to a dingy carpet. Thank You.
