They were prompt and professional. Ross explained that our most soiled area probably wouldn't look all the way clean due to the quality of our carpet. He was right, the quality of our carpet is poor. Except, the most worn areas our carpet looked nice after they cleaned it and they were careful around our furniture.

Ross of course was ready for me quickly. I had been telling myself to call him for WEEKS and then one day finally did it because I was so tired of looking at my carpet! He came out just a few days later and called my husband first to let him know. My husband met him there, wrote him a check & let him go to work. We trust Ross in our home so much that we always leave him there and he just let's himself out. He always does a FABULOUS job and my carpet is always CLEAN when he leaves. We are actually going to get new carpeting and I can't wait for him to be able to clean that someday! We are thankful to have found him. Although the new rule will be no eating in the living room for the kids. We'll see how long that lasts. Thanks always Ross!

Wonderfully well. Rug Doctor is out - Ross is in! Comparing price costs, the old way doesn't make sense, not to mention the results are amazingly better. And the chair looks like new. A hard-working, honest young man that I feel good about highly recommending.

I had a wonderful experience. When I called to get the estimate, they gave me an approximate cost over the phone and told me they would give me an exact quote when they arrived to do the work. The day it was scheduled, two gentlemen came out (on time) and gave me a quote before any work was completed. I agreed and they got to work. They were both very friendly and respectful of my home. They completed the job efficiently and my carpets look good as new. I did have the stain protector applied and am happy I did. I have since had a couple of pet messes that came right up. I will definitely use them again!

I had Accuclean in my own home several months ago and had them clean the carpeting in the home my mother was moving into. He was professional and punctual and did a fine job cleaning the carpeting in the rooms and closets. The cost was very reasonable. I would definitely call Accuclean again for carpet cleaning. My mother plans to have them back for furniture upholstery cleaning.

Ross was able to schedule me for the next day, arrived when stated, and was very professional. I was only going to have the one room cleaned, but it would have been $15 under the minimum charge. Ross suggested that he clean the stairs too so as to not waste my money. They moved out some small tables that were in the room for me before cleaning. Would recommend him to anyone.

Ross runs Accuclean like everyone should run their business: He is prompt, courteous, honest, and delivers a great service at a fair price. I will never use anyone besides Ross & Accuclean to clean my carpets.

They were there early, but I liked that - good work ethics. Very courteous, asked before doing any moving of furniture - not that there was much. Explained everything and were in and out very quickly. I would definitely would use again.

Superb punctuality beginning with callback in response to my email, pickup appointment and delivery appointment. He gave me a specific time (can't remember the last time a service provider of any kind did that) and met it. Cleaning was excellent. This was a small job for a first time customer and he really impressed me.

It turned out great and the guy obviously knew what he was doing. He even predicted what parts of the carpet wouldn't come perfectly clean, and when he was done, sure enough it was exactly what he said. I was very happy. I was impressed with the knowledge that this guy had. He wasn't stumbling around, he knew exactly what he was going to do and he knew what kind of carpet it was. I think his knowledge of what he was doing was most impressive. For what he did, it was a good price.

Excellent. Ross was very specific in describing what he would do, what we could expect and how long it would take. Our new home has light carpet and had been sitting vacant for over a year and had pretty extensive work done to it. There were stains and heavy dirt that we were not sure would clean up. Ross was able to get all but only a very small number of issues resolved which has allowed us to not have to consider replacing the carpet at this time. The loft area had a couple of pretty substantial wrinkles that he stretched out. In so doing, he had to patch in carpet near the register using a scrap we had here and you cannot tell there is a patch there. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

Accuclean set up an appointment for cleaning within 48 hours of my original call. They were at the house on time (approx. 8:15 a.m.). They did a nice job cleaning the sectional sofa, and even tried to get a small paint stain out of the carpet, even though they weren't being paid to clean the carpet! Their prices are extremely reasonable, and they are very friendly and professional.

I left a voicemail for Ross, and he responded very quickly. Ross was very knowledgeable and polite. He made sure to inform me about complications with cleaning mattresses, especially the kind that I need to have cleaned. He clearly explained why cleaning this kind of mattress is problematic. Since there is deep padding, the stain could reappear, and the odor may not be entirely eliminated. He was able to quickly give me an estimate so that I can budget appropriately and schedule the work at another time.

They were great. They communicated well and did a great job. The price for the work was $450. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

Ross and his team showed up exactly on time and did an excellent job explaining the process and offered a fair quote. He also guarantees his work so when a new spot developed on the carpet, he quickly returned to re-treat it. The carpet turned out nice and bright. At our Thanksgiving dinner, coffee was spilled on the carpet. I called Accuclean to return to treat the spot because I was so pleased with their work.

I found Accuclean's number thru Angie's List. I left a message and was contacted by the owner, Ross, within a few hours. He came out the following day to give me an estimate to clean all the carpet in our house and clean 4 large upholstered chairs in our living room. The price was very reasonable compared to the other carpet cleaners I have used during the 8 years we have lived in our house. He arrived promptly on the day we had scheduled and he spent over 5 hours cleaning the carpet and chairs. In past experiences I have had carpet cleaners in and out within 2 hours for the same job. When he was finished, he walked me through the house to show me some particular spots that he had paid extra attention to and told me that if they came back to call him and he would come back out to retreat them. I found him to be very professional and courteous and felt that he went above and beyond the work we had agreed to. I have since called him multiple times for additional work, often with a carpet emergency. He is always able to come out in a very timely manner and I have always been completely satisfied with his work. He recently steamed clean the tile in our kitchen and entry and resealed the grout. It looked like a completely different kitchen when he was done. I have recommended him to several friends that have used him and they have also been 100% satisfied.

From my first phone call the owner was friendly, responsive, and helpful. He and his associate picked up my rugs the day after I called for service. They were courteous and professional and were willing to move furniture and roll up the rugs at no extra charge. They picked up the rugs on Tuesday and returned them on Thursday, a one-day turnaround. There was no extra charge for pick-up or delivery. My rugs looked amazing. I've had the same rugs cleaned by two other companies, and Accuclean's performance was far superior. I'll call them again next year and recommend them to friends. I chose them because they had 27 "A" reports on Angie's list. Now they have 28.
