It went great. I've actually been using Ross once a month for the last 4 months, due to the new puppy in our house! Ross does a great job each time and although I don't have a lot of carpet, it's so nice to have it cleaned and know that Ross will do a great job every time. I'm sure he is annoyed coming to my hosue each month! I"m getting used to these nice clean carpets once a month!

I generally don't write this sort of review - but I was so pleased with Ross and the service he provided, I didn't want to do him an injustice by keeping it to myself. There was not a single aspect of doing business with him that wasn't a genuine pleasure. He was prompt, very straight-forward, and the service was simply fantastic. I can't possibly recommend someone more.

We had an initial visit to receive an estimate. The estimate was timely, thorough, and accurate. Once the estimate was received, we scheduled the work.The work went very well. Given the scope of the job, we divided it into 2 days. The work was performed per schedule with an additional visit to tackle some particularly stubborn areas in our lower level. By our choice, we moved some furniture in advance to make the cleaning go smoothly. In some rooms, it wasn't practical for us to do that. There was a modest per item fee for furniture moved in the cleaning process.We had used the company previously for a bit smaller job, so we knew what to expect. We were very pleased!

From the time we first contacted Accuclean until we paid him for his services, it was all done very professionally. The gentleman who owns this business makes it a pleasure to work with him. He gave us an extremely fair estimate, was able to meet our scheduling requirements, showed up for the appointment on time, did a great time in a timely manner and cleaned up everything within the time he estimated. It was a very good experience. The carpet he stretched is better than ever and the carpets all look nice and clean and smell clean.

Ross rocks! We used him last fall for the first time and was over the moon with his service. Because we have two dogs, two cats, and two of them with medical issues, we will have the occasional accident. After Ross cleans, you can't see a stain anywhere. I have never had carpets look so good after they've been cleaned.We are loyal clients.

I got his name from the people I Nanny for. He was able to remove stains that I thought would never come out! He is very professional, honest, and straightforward. He quotes before he starts, which I like.

Overall, he did a great job. I thought the price was very fair and he offered options like moving furniture for us. He was very upfront. I recommend him and would use him again in the future.

It has been a very long time since I have had such a wonderful experience with a company. I called and made and appointment to get my carpet cleaned. Ross was on time and very professional. He arrived and gave me and estimate and started cleaning the carpet. The drive train broke on his equipment. He apologized and called some one to use their truck. He drove back to Indy and he and the other truck driver came back after that job was finished. They cleaned the rest of the carpet cleaned up and wouldn't take his payment because he caused the inconvenience. I can not say enough about his work or generosity. I didn't know there were still angels among us in the business world. Thank you !

Best results we've ever experienced. Much cleaner than other vendor's results.

This is the fifth time I have used Ross at 4 different locations. In the case of a rental property he did we thought we were going to have to replace the carpet but decided to give him a try. It turned out beautiful. This cleaning was excellent as usual. He even analyzed why we had had so much trouble. When he quoted the price my wife asked how he could do it for this price. He gives great service and great quality for a great price. What more could you want.

Ross was immediately responsive for my request for a quote, and met me at my town home a few days later. On the day of the service Ross made all the carpets look new and and removed all the visible stains. Very prompt and effective. Would use him again in a heartbeat.

We've had other carpet cleaners come in and the jobs were okay, but nothing to write home about. This time with Accuclean the carpets look like new and I'm stunned the cat yack and dog urine stains are gone. Amazing!!!

My previous experiences with carpet cleaners have been not too good: from cleanings that just were not clean and spots not coming up even a bit, to overly wet carpets. I checked the Angie's List reports and located Ross at Accuclean. I gave him a call, left a message, and received a phone call back within the hour. I explained to Ross how long it had been since the carpets had been professionally cleaned, and why. We set the appointment and Ross was very specific about how along it would take to allow the carpets to fully dry when he was through so I could plan our family schedule. Ross checked in on the day of the appointment to let me know he may be a little ahead of schedule, he then called when he was on his way. Upon arrival he provided a quote for the work and got going. The results were just fantastic! Spots and stains that I thought would not lift were gone and the carpets all looked revitalized. He obviously knows not only his stains, but also his carpets types, and was able to tell me that some spots may look like they were returning, but would fade, due to the nature of the carpet. He also advised that if some of the non-pet stains returned, he would gladly come retreat them at no charge. He fully cautioned that he cannot guarantee the removal of all pet stains; but, he put his best effort into them. I found Accuclean and Ross to be good, priced great, ethical, and well worth my recommendation to others.

GREAT!!! Ross arrived on time and worked efficiently. He protected the corners of walls (a big plus for me) Also got out old spots in carpet. The whole house looks great, would highly recommend this company, very professional

I have had Accuclean clean my carpets for several years. Ross always does a great job and charges a reaonsable fee. He is great at accomodating my schedule and always keeps his appointments.

I am very pleased with the result. Spots in some older carpet that the last cleaners, 3 yrs ago, did not get out, were removed in this cleaning. I would highly recommend for work done well, by a pleasant and efficient young man.

I was once again thrilled with the service provided by Accuclean. Not only was the cleaning thorough, but my experience dealing with Ross and his company was excellent. He responded within the same day when I called to schedule and left a voicemail, and he even took the time to talk with me for 10 minutes on a separate phone call about the various cleaning products he can utilize. His pricing is more than fair, and most importantly I TRUST having him in my home. In this specific instance, we had to leave while he was in the middle of cleaning, and when we had come home, he had locked up, turned off all of the lights, and turned on the ceiling fans to speed up the drying process. There aren't many service providers out there I would feel comfortable having in my home without me there and the house wide open, but when it comes to Ross and Accuclean, I didn't hesitate.

Everything has been great. I have been very satisfied with the service. They were prompt and friendly. They are also very reasonable when it comes to price.

Service was great and they were very professional. I really appreciated them coming back to fix some marks that were left on our tile that possibly came from their machines that they used to clean the carpets. It took a couple of tries to get them out, but they were able to and willing to come back several times to clean it up. I can tell they are dedicated in their line of work and take pride in what they do and how they do it. Thank you, Accuclean for making my carpets look good!

Ross was able to fit me in on a day that I had off. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. I was happy to see that he protected corner walls so that the hose did not scuff the paint on my walls. The carpet was pretty much dry in two hours which was great. The carpet looks like new!

Ross and an assistant performed the work and we are quite pleased with the results. We definitely will use them again.

Ross was great to work with. He provided ballpark estimate over the phone and arrived the next day. Then provided detailed cost for the work which I accepted and he started working. Spent appx 4 1/2 hours on the job.

The end result is what has made this experience a good one. I highly recommend Mr. Ross Trittipo and his company Accuclean. I plan to have other carpeted areas of my home cleaned as we get closer to Spring and there is no doubt in my mind that Accuclean will get my business!
