As always, it went wonderfully. Ross let's himself into my home with the garge keypad, goes to work and let's himself out. He does a beautiful job, I would never use anyone else. This time, he even encouraged me to purchase one of his Storefronts to save and extran $20 off my normal bill, which I did!! He did not have to do that, he knows I would've paid full price. Ross did a wonderful job. I have light carpet in my house and it was pretty stained in the high traffic areas. Ross got all the stains out and my carpet looks new. He did not rush through the job, he took his time. He was also very professional and I could tell that he takes pride in doing a good job. Ross was wonderful! We asked him to come out very urgently and clean up a mess that we knew most professionals would rather avoid. Long story short, there had been a major medical emergency in the home and there was a significant amount of blood everywhere. Yuck!! Ross realized the urgency and came out the same day we phoned him. He even came in the evening simply to help us out. On a personal level, he repeatedly expressed his pleasure in hearing that the injured party was thriving by then. He gave us a very reasonable price, high quality work, finished very quickly and without disturbing the activities in the home that night, and offered to come back if requested to redo anything. Ross Trittipo is a great person to work with for this service. He did a great job. He was professional, polite, and VERY thorough. You most likely can find a cheaper service, but you get what you pay for in this business. He was at my house for approximately 3 hours and the carpets look great. He also offers a 6-month return spot cleaner service as part of the fee. I highly recommend Ross (Middle Key) for all of your carpet cleaning needs.

This supplier is prompt and does a thorough job. Knows fabrics and carpets and how to clean them. He is always neat and clean in personal appearance. His van is clean and neatly painted with his company information. He has cleaned our carpets several times in the past and always does an excellent job.

Scheduled us promptly after first contact. Appeared on time as promised. Dressed tastefully and well groomed. Explained work to be done and gave accurate estimate. Answered several questions on other cleaning problems. Performed work in a professional manner. Excellent results.

Showed up on time. Was able to get the blood out and the water stain caused by a block of ice that sat on the carpet for a couple of hours. Ross said if we see that the blood did come all out after it dries to give him a call and he will touch it up again. My cost was $0 because we had just had the carpets cleaned a few weeks ago. Everyone should try Middle Key! He also called me back the day I called him so I wouldn't worry about the blood that he could get it out. I've used them for a couple of years now and will continue to!!

It went great, as usual! I've been using this Ross' company for years. I have to admit, my husband had called another carpet company last fall (without my knowledge) and I was horrified. I decided to let it go and give my husband control of something domestic in the house. Of course, the other company was terrible and our carpets did not look clean at all. Lesson learned from my husband that Ross is the best carpet cleaner in Indianapolis! I was so excited for him to come and clean my cream colored carpet as I have 2 dogs (one of which pukes a lot and the other who still has piddle accidents), 2 children and I was actually ready to buy new carpet, it looked so terrible! Ross let himself into my house through the garage code (this is how much I trust this man) and made my carpet look BRAND NEW! It's been a few week and it still looks fantastic. I would have Ross clean my carpet once a month if I could afford it. He does a fantastic job, is trustworthy and always on time. You will not be disappointed!

My experience with them is fine. The pricing seemed reasonable. They were prompt. They came reasonably quickly. The work was pretty nice.

Ross the owner does a better job than any one we have ever used for our carpet cleaning!! He saved us from having to buy new carpet as we have two dogs and 3 boys!! He is personable, clean cut and his work is amazing. He takes his time and does a perfectionist's job! This is part of what seperates him form the other cleaners...he actually works on the carpet and gets them clean. All the other service providers are in and out of your home in minutes. The carpets actually stayed clean in the later weeks as well. With all the other carpet services it seemed like the stains always came back. Not with Middle Key....the stains are gone!!!! We will use no one else now even though the cost is a little higher it is worth it as the carpets stay clean!!

He was very professional. Being a single woman home owner, it is important to me not having strange people come in. I was overly impressed. He did a very very fine job. He came completely uniformed and with the picture ID on him. He has slippers on the whole time he was here. He explained everything he was going to do. He told me how long it was going to take. What I like about him is that everything was flat rate. He also offered a 30 day guarantee that if any stains surfaced, he'd come back and treat them. He also offered me a spot removing kit.

We had our carpets cleaned by Mr. Truttipo a couple years ago and I couldn't remember the name of the company. Luckily we received a coupon in the mail so I could contact him about this job. He responded to my email very quickly and after I described what I thought I needed we set up an appointment and he showed up exactly when he said he would. After going through my house he gave me an estimate and it was a go. He worked on my carpets, area rugs and couch and was finished in about 4 hours total. I am extremely satisfied with the work done and would highly recommend him. Everything is fresh and clean and he left some spot cleaner as well. He left absolutely no mess and all cleaned areas dried very quickly. Also included in his price are various extras, too numerous to mention here. We vacuum our floors and carpets once a week and keep a very tidy house. But the last time we had our carpets cleaned was several years ago from one of the major carpet cleaning companies. The experience was bad, mostly due to carpets staying wet for several days. So we researched Angie's List and chose Middle Key Fanatical Carpet Cleaning from its high ratings and large number of satisfied customers. Also, we live on the Indianapolis south side and liked that Middle Key was just a couple miles away. Ross Trittipo is Founder and President of Middle Key. To give an estimate we calculated the square footage for all our carpeted areas. Ross would have measured each area, but this allowed him to plug our numbers into the estimating program on his laptop and give a fast, accurate quote. Ross said he could do all 2,500 sq. ft. on three floors in one day for $686. However, he suggested we split the work over two days (no additional charge) so we wouldn't be inconvenienced. So we had him clean the 1,400 sq. ft. carpeted areas on our main floor and basement on Day 1 and the 1,100 sq. ft. upstairs on Day 2. We are glad we did it this way since we had lots of picking up to do, especially in the walk-in closets. Since we had a poor experience with other carpet cleaners, we were quite skeptical about using an unfamiliar, one-person company. But Ross's professionalism gave us the confidence to hire him. Let's just say he completely exceeded our expectations! He did the entire job himself. He was neat, fast (but thorough), protected our furniture, covered all wooden stairways/door jams so his hoses would not rub against them and completely cleaned up when the job was done. He gave us a bottle of his own spot remover and some "footies" so we could walk on the carpets while they were drying. Today the carpets are the cleanest they've ever been! We could not be happier with his work. Since it has been so long since we had used a carpet cleaning company, we were in the dark about cost. But we think the price was appropriate since the carpets look so great and the experience was so positive. Yes, we could have received quotes from several companies, but we took a risk and have no regrets. For us, Middle Key Fanatical Carpet Cleaning gets all A's on Angie's List.

Ross is just the best. I can't say enough about him. He loves what he does, he gets really excited when the carpets look wonderful when he leaves. He is definitely a carpet cleaning guru and that is what I love about him. He takes so much pride in every square inch that he is cleaning. He's been cleaning my carpets for so long now, that he has the code to my house! That is how much I trust him. He recently acquired some new great equipment and did have to raise his price for me for that reason and because I live so far away, but it's totally worth it. I would want no one else to clean my carpets. He texts me when he is finished, let's me know how everything looks. He calls me if there is an issue with a stain and what his plan of attack will be. I have always come home being amazed at how clean my carpet is and it lasts. The previous stain/stains don't come back. Only when new ones are made by my wonderful children or four legged creatures. I have oriental type rugs, cleaned basement rug, also have pets in home, he has been great. I had one rug I thought I had to throw out, it had water damage and he fixed it. His price is reasonable.

I have had Ross and his Accuclean business clean the carpets in my house for the last 6 years, and he continues to be the best in-home service provider I have ever dealt with. For this most recent visit, he was able to arrange the service appointment to fit the odd window of time in my schedule. He always has been very flexible with scheduling as long as you schedule a couple of weeks out. He arrived on time and even offered to help me relocate the last couple things I was moving to get off the carpet. The cleaning was performed well, and he always takes care to look after the little details (shoes off, hose guides in the front door to protect the door frame from any hose damage, etc.). Again, I'm extremely pleased with the Accuclean experience and would never consider anything else--thanks Ross!

Ross had some equipment problems, but he handled them very professionally and compensated us for the inconvenience that problem caused.

Ross is very polite and has good attention to detail. He was meticulous about putting up protectors to guard the hose from rubbing against the door jams and stair rails, I appreciate that. I am very happy with the results of both the carpet cleaning and the carpet stretching. I will definitely use his services again and would strongly recommend Accuclean to friends and family.

Ross came to my home to provide a free estimate and scheduled to clean my carpet even during the busy holiday season. I appreciated that he was willing to arrange a specific time, unlike most other companies that give the customer a "window" of several hours. He came at the appointed time and performed excellent work quickly and efficiently. He is very courteous, friendly, and professional as well as reasonably priced. He was able to get out a very difficult stain and willing to "spot treat", unlike some other companies as well.
