Ross showed up 5 minutes early, took a few measurements, prepaired a quote and then cleaned everything in less than two hours. He helped clean some pet stains, make-up stains, and even some paint I had spilled. He did a great job and I would not hesitate to reconmend his sevices to anyone.

Have used Indianapolis Steamatic for several years but decided to try someone else. Ross came out to do the free estimate. I wasn't sure how much everything would cost so he broke the whole house down into separate rooms and I chose which ones I wanted to do at this time. I showed him some ugly stains in the finished basement (teenagers!) which Steamatic could not remove and he treated them with his cleanser because he felt they should come out. Sure enough they started to fade. He explained he could get it all out when he did the actual cleaning. There are also large discolorations under two chairs in the living room which I was previously told were likely the result of some chemical leaching from the chairs. Ross explained the color under the chairs was the original carpet color and the lighter carpet color was the result of the sun coming in from the adjacent window. I found a remant piece of the carpet and was able to confirm what he said. The sun had really done a job on the carpet color by that window. I ended up doing most of the house since the price was competitive and Ross seemed very knowledgable about his profession. We scheduled the job for the following Friday at 8:30 a.m. Ross and his associate arrived right on time and worked for about 3 hours. They were very professional and careful around furniture I did not move. The basement carpet looks like new. They actually did more cleaning in that area than just the spot cleaning which impressed me. All the unidentifiable stains in the kids rooms are gone and all the rooms look beautiful! The stairs are spotless -no stains anywhere not even the puppy barf stain that I couldn't remove with all the products I tried. The couch and love seat look soooo much better, too! A very good experience.

I can't say enough about Ross. I had just had him out in early May for race season because I have so many out of towners come in during that month or the race. Well, after May was over and my 2 year old reeked havoc on my carpet, I needed to call on Ross again. I also have a 10 year old and a dog and a husband to add to wear & tear on the carpet. He came out on time, in the morning like I like him too even though he has to drive in mad traffic to get to my house that early! He gets right down to business and cleans. My 2 year old LOVES to watch him and the machinery to their thing. I also had him clean my 6 dining room chairs. They are cream cloth upholstered (don't by upholstered chairs if you are planning on having kids, especially cream ones!!) and looked wretched! I want to buy a new dining room table and chairs, but paying $7.50 for the seats AND backs per chair is a STEAL! They look brand new as well. I couldn't be happier with my carpet and my chairs. I really can't ever say enough about Ross. I even leave him at my house alone so I can go to work and he lets himself out and locks the door behind him. That's how much I trust him.

Ross returned my initial phone call within a few hours and was able to fit in a total house carpet cleaning on pretty short notice. He stopped by the day before the scheduled cleaning in order to measure and give an accurate quote, which saved time on the day of cleaning (he was squeezing us in, after all). The next day, Ross arrived on time and explained everything that would happen that morning. He worked around my family (3 small kids). He really helped me problem solve a specific stain/odor area of the carpet and was honest about what he could and couldn't do for it. He finished his work a little earlier than he thought and gave me instructions for what to do until it dried and after. Ross is so personable and wonderful to work with.

The owner of ACCUCLEAN, Ross Trittipo lives in our subdivision in Fishers. We called him for an estimate several weeks prior to our appointment. He came to our home the next day, spent a few minutes measuring the rooms & provided a very reasonable, written estimate. We felt we made a good choice hiring Ross. First of all, we love helping a neighbor, and he is so personable & professional. On the day of the appointment, he arrived promptly, set up his equipment quickly, and the job was completed in only 2 hours. We were thrilled with the beautiful results... no more stains! It went GREAT. Ross was very responsive from the beginning. I called him and told him when it was convenient for me to have him come out and he was just fine with that. I like that he does the work himself. He drove to my west side location all the way from Noblesville during rush hour traffic and still had a smile when I opened my door! He did a quick survey, I had already moved my furniture because it was easier due to time constraints in getting back to work for me. He went to start up his truck and came back in to clean and did a fabulous job. It's been 3 weeks since he cleaned and the carpets looked great. His pricing was extremely reasonable. Accuclean will now be my official carpet cleaner.

I called Ross on Wednesday for a quote and he came out Thursday by noon to measure and perform the work. My house is on the market so he was very willing to be flexible if I had to work around showing appointments, etc. I had a couple of pet stains that needed to be dealt with and Ross was very thorough in his estimate and in his work. The carpet looks amazing! He was very professional and reassured me if any of the stains reappeared "not to live with them" but to call him right away and he'd come back and make it right. The carpets were nearly dry by later in the afternoon and never felt soggy or over-soaped the way they can with other services. Ross's operation is completely self-contained so he won't ask for your water, drain, or leave a mess. A great experience with great results!

Ross cleaned my carpets all by himself and did a great job. There were several problem areas in my basement which he was able to care of. I have used him in the past and will use him again in the future!

He came very quickly. He did a great job. He was very thorough. He cleaned up after himself. He had pretreated the wax so that he could get it out. He cleaned a hallway in addition to the wax.

Accuclean cleaned my carpets before and did a great job then, which is why we chose them again. Ross (the owner) was polite, took his shoes off, honest, and very knowledgeable. He completely cleaned the areas mentioned above and left them almost dry. He took my orientals to his shop and came back with them looking like new, replacing them in the exact areas where they belonged. We had some doggie accident issues which were completely remediated by Ross, and the carpet looks like new again. Also, they only charge $1/step - a joy. Ross assured me that if there any problems, I could call him back, anytime and he would come back and redo. There have never been any problems. I would highly recommend Ross and Accuclean for a reasonable, honest, and perfect carpet cleaning job.

It was easy to book the service for a convenient time and the technician called ahead to give me an exact ETA. He did an excellent job and was friendly.

Ross was punctual and professional. He took measurements and returned with a written proposal quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised at the proposed price given the amount of carpet we needed him to clean. He performed the work in almost exactly the amount of time he estimated, and he even repaired a couple of the carpet seams without prompting and for free. I especially enjoyed him taking the time to show me how I could perform the carpet repairs myself if they happened again, and offering to stop back by to re-clean any spots that reappeared once the carpet dried. Great results, great AL discount, and I would highly recommend Accuclean to anyone. I certainly know that I'm done shopping around and we will be using Accuclean from this point forward.

I called Accuclean to dry and clean my carpet after finding water in the basement after a reason rain. Ross was called and came over within 2 hours, vacuumed the water from the carpet and carpet pad and returned two days later to not only reinstall and clean the carpet but also clean the steps leading down to the basement. Ross was on time with both visits, very professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Accuclean to anyone with carpet issues.

The owner gave us a reasonable estimate and returned to do the work on the date we chose. He was careful, competent and professional. He did not disturb the rest of the house. He gave good advice on the cleaning of the furniture. He was easy to communicate with, neat and pleasant. He was very willing to return without charge if needed after the carpet dried. That was not necessary. We will hire him again for future carpet cleaning projects.

Ross called before he arrived to tell us that he was on his way. He said he was a little early and asked if that would be OK. When Ross arrived he measured our carpeting and gave us an estimate. He asked if it was OK if he used the front door for his work and got started. He worked for longer than expected to ensure that he got the baseboard darking cleaned. When he was done with one room he asked that we take a look at it before he moved forward. We have 2 cats and Ross was sensitive to where they were. He asked if it was OK if he opened the door to the den so that he could clean the threshold. When Ross was through cleaning he called me to look at the work he had done. When I was pleased he presented me with an itemized bill and a 10% discount for being with Angie's list. His work was well worth the payment amount.

The owner, who does all the work himself, is amazing! He was even accommodating in the fact that he kept one of my rugs in storage for ten months while we had work done in the house.

Ross set a time to come clean my carpet. He called ahead of time to let me know he would be there within 10 minutes of the time set. He arrived and cleaned the prescribed areas. He did an outstanding job and I was more than fully satisfied. He removed some deep stains and left the overall job in great condition. He did some minor moving of furniture for which he did not charge me. I really liked the job he did.

Ross gave a competitive estimate, but he won the job because he called to follow-up with me and was so passionate about his ability to do a good job on some badly stained areas in the lower level rooms and stairs. He did a good job with the cleaning, but as he predicted some of the stains re-appeared once the carpet dried. I called Ross and he happily returned to treat those areas again. The carpet cleaned much better than we thought it could.
