+ -1 moreTHEY KEEP 35% OF THE PROFIT, YOU KEEP 65%. THERE WAS A LOT OF ''STUFF'' IN THE HOUSE, BECAUSE THE COUPLE HAD GONE THROUGH THE DEPRESSION AND SAVED EVERYTHING. CHRISTY''S CAME AT THE SCHEDULED TIME, WERE PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. THEY ARRIVED AT 9 A.M. AND BOXED AND MOVED ALL ITEMS TO THEIR TRUCK BEFORE NOON (MAIN FLOOR, UPSTAIRS AND BASEMENT). THEY OPERATE LIKE A WELL-OILED MACHINE. THEY WILL ALSO HAUL AWAY WHAT IS LEFT (FOR A FEE). THE CHECK WAS READY A FEW DAYS AFTER THE AUCTION. I WILL CAUTION YOU TO CLEARLY MARK OR REMOVE ITEMS YOU WISH TO KEEP, OR THEY COULD BE PUT ON THE TRUCK. CHRISTY''S IS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND WILL RETRIEVE AN ITEM IF IT WAS PICKED UP AND YOU DECIDE YOU CANNOT PART WITH IT.
