We found Chimney Solutions to be one of the most professional and friendly contractors we have had the pleasure to work with. They did very good work, worked hard to come to solutions for us, left the work site clean and tidy, and communicated well from scheduling, to reminders on visit, through follow up. We would highly recommend them. We like using local contractors....even better when they are great to work with!

It was wonderful! The cost was very reasonable because we had to reschedule a couple of times and things got messed up and it wasn't our fault, so they gave us a pretty hefty deal. They gave us a pretty hefty deal and had a coupon and they had to reschedule because of a problem on their end; so they gave us a pretty hefty discount. For responsiveness, a B - it took a little bit longer to get a phone call back and get that sorted out. I would absolutely use them again.

They are very fast, gave a great quote and everything done same day. The interactions were fantastic. The work turned out fantastic. We sold our house and the people who bought it loved what they did.

All phases of working with Chinney Solutions were done very professionally. Chris walked us through each step and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome.

The price was a little on the high side. They were pleasant, courteous, and professional. It went over the course of a couple of days because they had to order in a part. It took them two hours twice. They were excellent. They did a good quality job.

They showed up on-time. They did the work. They gave me some tips on how to better use my fireplace. Very friendly. Very professional. I thought it was a good price. I can't remember what it was, but I don't remember being upset by it.

The whole experience was great. It was easy to schedule an appointment, they called the day before to confirm, they called in advance the day of the appointment (and they were actually early), they were very courteous and professional and explained what they were going to do. They recommending sealing some cracks in the fireplace, and then provided that service. They got on the roof to check the chimney and showed me pictures of some issues, and also gave me detailed options (from lower cost to higher cost) to fix the issues. They promptly emailed the pictures and proposal to me. I will definitely be using them to take care of the needed repairs, and I definitely recommend them!

I believe it went exceptionally well. Chris Cox, the Director of Operations, and another technician came and did the analysis, recommendation, and estimate. Chris came off the roof and showed me detailed pictures of the chimney and cap status. He did a thorough and professional job, without rush, explaining what he thought happened and what needed to be done to protect our chimney. He proposed that they scrape off the old failed coating, and re-coat the cap with two layers as well as first course of bricks below the cap which had significant cracks. They were very helpful and no pressure. I signed the contract and gave a deposit and someone from their Fishers office called to schedule without delay. Chris came on the day scheduled and did the work himself. I watched him apply TWO coats of crown coat sealant to the cap and first course of bricks below the cap. He was very meticulous and clearly was taking pride in his work! The price was very reasonable. "Chimney Solutions" and Chris were a real pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend them!

Chris and Chimney Solutions were really great. They were responsive to my questions when we were doing the bids and when we decided to use them very prompt in scheduling. Work was done without drama and as expected. Great folks to work with… would definitely do it again.

Technician inspected the chimney. The report had photos of problem area on chimney and two option for repair. They repaired the cracked mortar crown, replaced caulking on the flashing and sealed the brick. They were very professional, friendly and courteous. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend this Company.

I called the office and made an appointment to get an estimate for fireplace/chimney repair. Ariel was great and followed up with 2 reminders prior to the appt. Chris was early for the estimate, did a thorough inspection and provided a written estimate. Both he and Ariel continued to follow up regarding the estimate and the scheduled appointment to do the work. Chris was early to the work appt. The work was completed on time and at the promised price. Everything was cleaned up before he left. The fireplace looked brand new and is now up to code. Everything about this company and each person I worked with was excellent.

It went incredible. There were a fe issues with the weather but they stayed in contact and came out at the first break in the weather. I have no reservations about using or recommending them to anyone that needs chimney work.
