A very good experience. Representative arrived on time and explained the options to address the problem. When the approach was agreed upon, he had the necessary supplies with him and could complete the project immediately. Result looks great.

Roger Thompson was the technician. He arrived on time and was clearly very knowledgeable. He took it all apart, cleaned it, and let me know that it was in great condition. I will definitely use them again.

They came in did the work and left the area very clean.

The bad news is, they charge for estimates. The good news is, they take that amount off the bill if you use them. Roger, who did the repairs, was great — very personable and very responsive. He actually found time to do the work before my scheduled repair date. The chimney is nonfunctional so I could have just had it taken out, but that would have run about $2000, so I opted to simply replace the brick and put a cap on the top. Everybody I spoke with was very nice. It just seemed a lot of money for such a short amount of work.

Roger did a really good job on our chimney! He was very courteous and professional! The only thing missing was the Top Hat! :) I'm glad I met Chris and kept his card this many years later. We love our fire burning in our fireplace!

They want $90 to give an estimate I refused.

Very impressed. This was our second opinion. Chris found the same issues found in our first inspection (we hadn't told him that we had a inspection already). We felt the inspection was thorough. Chris took photos of the problems and went over all issues with us. He then offered various fix options. He went out to his truck and worked up an estimate, came back in and explained the estimates and for the various options. Since this is their busy time, we asked if they would offer a better price during their less busy time of year and the answer was yes. Chris had a cancellation earlier in the day and called to see if we were available for him to come early . We were. When he arrived he immediately put on protective shoes covers before entering our home (we very much appreciated). He was pleasant, professional and informative.

Roger was great--very professional. Completed the work in less than two hours. Made some recommendations for future maintenance.

They were fantastic, the technician was able to perform the work needed in a timely manner, and assisted us with future prevention.

The rep was very prompt and thorough in inspecting my chimney and explaining everything that needed to be done and how they would do it. I appreciated the small jester of putting on protective covers on his shoes before entering into my house. The rep was professional and spoke plainly on how he saw as the best solution. The main reason I did not hire them is I decided to go with a different solution and different product. They were higher priced compared to other bids but I have no doubt that the quality in workmanship would have been delivered.

Everything went well. Roger, who initially identified and explained the issues in detail, continued to be a reliable contact throughout the process and followed up quickly and patiently with any questions I had. David and Leo who performed the repair over a two-day period were very prompt and professional and kept me informed along the way. Jennifer in the office was also very responsive, efficient, and pleasant to work with.

Chris, David and Leo did an amazing job fixing our fireplace! They were professional, very knowledable, and went over and beyond to make sure I understood and was happy with every last detail on the chimney. I would use them again and highly recommend they to anyone!

The job went very well. There was the slightest issue which I called them about and they sent someone out immediately to correct the issue. Shortly after the guy came out to correct the issue, Chris also stopped by to make sure I was happy with all the repairs and service. I would highly recommend these guys f you have any issues with your fireplace.

I called Chris on a Thursday. He came over the following day and provided a estimate. Not only was it the best price I had been quoted, he was able to get the job done quickly. The job was completed in a week. The guys who did the install (sorry I forget their names) were professional and cleaned up after they were done. Jessica in the office was great to work with. I highly recommend using them.

Chris and his crew were knowledgable and professional from the start. There was an immense amount of work that needed to be done and they worked with us to find the best solutions for the best price. They went above and beyond! We were very impressed with the entire crew and would/will use them again without hesitation.

Excellent! Chris and Christian came out and inspected the old pipe/chimney and gave me a fair estimate for the work to be done. They put me their schedule for the following week. At the scheduled time and date, the crew of Chris, Roger, David and Leo were here and ready to work. They told me what needed to be done and approximately how long it would take. They finished the work as promised and I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company.

It has been one month since Chris inspected my chimney, and I have yet to receive an estimate for repairs. I called approximately one week after his inspection for the estimate and was told my request would be relayed to Chris. I still have not heard anything. I was initially prepared to completely redo my fireplace (since it was not safe for use). At this point I feel that Chimney Solutions is too busy to be bothered with my repairs or that I have simply fallen through the cracks. Either way, I want to work with a company that communicates promptly and reliably.

They repaired the chimney. The bricks were breaking down. They replaced mortar, the bricks, and put a new top on it. They were good. We did not have any problems with them.
