Overall, very pleased with sales process and construction of bookshelves and cabinets. Very thorough and organized. They were pretty pricy but of superior quality, and very much add character to the room. My only complaint was inaccuracy of time of completion, and communicating that information. We were moving, and wouldâ ve stored all the books, games, decor that the bookcases were to hold. Instead, our living space in our small condo was filled with boxes for over four months. Very happy with Cherished Woodcraft, otherwise.

After they were done, I found out that where we had planned to installed my printer did not work for me. They came out and drilled a different hole so that I could put the printer in a different area that works for me.

We were extremely pleased with Cherished Woodcrafts work and finished product. I don’t think anyone could have done a better job! They added bookshelves and cabinetry! Also a beautiful credenza for my husband’s office. We could not have found anything in a furniture store that would have looked nearly as good. The only reason they didn’t get the full 5 stars because they were quite behind in their jobs to get our job started. But in the end, it was worth the wait!!

I think these guys are usually really good, based off customer feedback that convinced me to hire them. They were always friendly and professional. But they were not able to handle the work they promised during this COVID boom. Missed commitments. cabinet was finished 5 months later than contracted date. There were also a few mis-steps that caused them to have to redo some things. bottom line is I am hesitant to recommend them to family and friends.

They did a great job start to finish on our wetbar project and gave us exactly what we asked them for. Highly recommend

Very satisfied with how the cabinet project turned out. Was a pleasure to work with everyone at Cherished Woodcraft. Particularly happy with the attention to details and quality of product.

My only real problem with this company was getting someone to answer the phone and return calls. They eventually would address the subject in an email but I could not get anyone to talk to me on the phone.

Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant experience. I understand we signed onto this during a pandemic, but the work date was pushed back three times I believe. We were plagued with issues once the work began. Details were skipped. Our countertop for our office desk was cut wrong to start with-that pushed back completion of the project. The wood top also had several nicks after installation (before we were using it). Nails were exposed throughout the builtins including the trim along the floor (shoe mould). The shoe mould was not done well and had to be fixed. On top of that when they came at one point part of the shoe mould was missing. Also, there is a removable shelf that I put in a cabinet above the printer-after the project was completed I discovered that the holes to put the pins in to set the shelf on were not even, Dave (the guy who did all of the work) had to come back out and drill more holes in order for the shelf to sit balanced. Also, they hired out an electrician and I realized later that not all of the outlets that we had agreed upon were installed, the electrician had to come back a second time and wasn't able to put one of the outlets where we wanted it. Communication was poor and fairly slow throughout the process. We had puck lights "installed" with double sided tape (I could have done that myself and ordered puck lights online), neither light works now (It's been about a month and a half-we had not even used them yet) and one already fell off and was stuck to the top shelf that it fell on top of. Of the two guys who came out to install the project one quit mid-project and apparently caused a lot of the problems with installation. I was told he quit and that a lot of issues he caused are because he didn't know what he was doing (that's very clear)! I could go on with other examples, but at the end of the day it's been a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Cherished Woodcraft gave me a beautiful kitchen! The custom cabinets are beautiful! Their designer was easy to work with, and gave very helpful advise when we were picking out finishes, flooring, hardware....all those little decisions that must be made. Craig was very responsive any time I contacted him with questions. So happy with my new kitchen!

Design process was smooth and quick, completed the project on time and finished product was exactly as designed, great company to work with!

Craig and the Cherished Wood team did an excellent job for us. We ordered custom built in shelves. They ensured all measurements were precise. End product fit perfectly, including matching our trim paint and molding.

The cabinets are amazing as they make their own custom cabinetry. So happy with all aspects of our new kitchen and really the first floor of the house. Very dependable and high quality work!

Great to work with from sales, design through installation. Good communication and very skilled. I like that they have the capability to customize the cabinets to fit an older home.

Todd, Craig, and everyone at Cherished Woodcraft were wonderful! We love our cabinets surrounding our fireplace! So much extra storage and it makes the space look so elegant. Would highly recommend this company!
