Great group to work with. I had to be without a kitchen sink for over 4 weeks. But it was worth it in the end.

I was referred to CMH Builders/Cherished Woodcraft from another company I was doing business with in the area as I am new to Indiana from moving from out of state recently. Initially, my contact with the representative Todd Lipking was great and the communication was quick and responsive. Upon signing a Letter of Engagement and giving a deposit, stories changed, communication became spotty at best, and multiple dates of promise for scope of work and contracts being provided were broken. The date promised in the Letter of Engagement was broken by the company by almost 2.5 weeks or 11 business days. Multiple attempts at communication were not returned and finally was reached out to after being â forgotten about.â The reviews and pictures of the work do look good and hopefully this is a one off for the company but I would highly advise caution in dealing with a company that practices business like this especially when projects are of the magnitude and cost they are for custom built-ins and the like.

I recently purchased a Queen-sized Murphy Bed/Cabinet from Cherished Woodcraft for our basement, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. We had an excellent experience working with Craig and his team at Cherished Woodcraft We donâ t have a fireplace, so CW turned a big open, cluttered space with a TV on a plug-in electric fireplace, into this and we couldnâ t be happier! Style, storage, function, and Iâ d absolutely recommend them for any cabinetry, shelving, or built-in project.

We used Cherished Woodcraft to build a wet bar in our basement. From the initial planning stages to the install and finishing work they were beyond knowledgeable and very professional. Working with this team has been wonderful. We had two projects, floor to ceiling, wall to wall bookshelves and a cabinet in a dead space within our master bathroom. The team came in, did measurements (a few times to make sure it was perfect!), provided drawings of the project and then delivered with full demo and installation. Everyone was professional and the outcome was more than I had hoped!

From the very first meeting we knew this was going to be a great experience. Todd helped us through the planning process with his knowledge and expertise. Craig managed the whole project-meeting with us to share the work plan and giving us updates all throughout the work. Everything was done with great care and precision. Someone was here every day working. The project was completed on time. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and highly recommend Cherished Woodcraft.

Craig and his team were helpful and friendly throughout the process. They answered questions, made a special trip to match paint color, and completed high quality work on the expected timeline. I appreciated Craig's thoughtful and timely communications. I was a little hesitant about the cost of our project at first, but we were able to stay within our budget. During the design process, Todd clearly explained the additional features that would make our project more expensive, so we were able to make informed choices without surprises. At the end of the day, our beautiful custom bookshelves were actually more affordable (and are much more secure!) than the same amount of solid wood shelving from a major furniture store. I would absolutely recommend Cherished Woodcraft to friends and family, and we would not hesitate to hire them again for another project in our home!

I loved working with Craig and his team for our latest project. He was extremely friendly, responsive and thorough! One of his employees was sent out to do the job and completed in less than three hours and even after, Craig stopped by to make sure everything was up to par. It looked fantastic and I couldnâ t be happier that I chose them!

Cherished Woodcraft did an incredible job installing our cabinets and countertops. We were very pleased with the outcome. They were punctual and completed the job on time and within budget.

From Start to Finish it was a breeze. Great company this is my second project with them Wonderful craftsmanship, installers, sales rep and the Owner he reaches out to make sure everything is completed and I am happy I would recommend them!!

They perfectly matched the wood, stain, and paint color of our custom mud closet to our previously made custom bar top by someone else (before we knew about them). Their work is outstanding and we couldnâ t be any happier with it

We first ran into Cherished Woodcraft at the local Home Show. We waited and called after the show was over and scheduled an appointment for a quote. Communication was excellent from the quoting process to completion of the project. Craig was good about scheduling in advance from design selections, measure to install. The quality of the cabinets is by far the best we saw at the Home Show and better than we could find locally. Do not go to the Big Box retailers for cabinets call Cherished Woodcraft. If you are looking for a company that does what they say they are going to do and that delivers an excellent product you will not be disappointed in Cherished Woodcraft.

When I am asked to leave a review I like it to be specific, so these are my notes from the remodel good AND bad. Good- 1. First and Foremost the project turned out great and we are very happy with how our entire kitchen transformed! 2. This company has some very skilled employees, great craftsmen who were always on time and professional. Especially Jon and James, I would hire these guys again in a minute! 3. They are a local Indianapolis Company and I am proud to have supported them 4. The project Manager, Employees, and office staff were always helpful, nice, and respectful. Bad- 1. Too many times I had to reach out to the lead guy to get updates that I assumed would be given, I warned this company that I am an Over-communicator and would expect the same. 2. I felt at times we were brushed off versus given open and honest communication. Once again, very happy with the project overall! 3. Project was delayed by 2 weeks because of a sink, not some special order/custom sink, but a typical 33" Farm sink . We would have completed this project in 5-5 /2 weeks had it not been for this huge hiccup. 4. I work in the construction industry and know the ins and outs, and I think they did a solid 80% job of dealing with the struggles. 5. They had one employee who seemed to waste time, complain, and literally coughed the entire 2 days he was in my home. In my professional opinion his contributions to the team were more of a detriment than anything else.

Craig, Todd and the fabrication/installation crews did an awesome job crafting our custom vanity and linen cabinet. Very professional from the initial proposal through to the installation. We are extremely satisfied with their workmanship and would recommend Cherished Woodcraft for your project.

We worked with Cherished Woodcraft on two projects at the same time: built-in shelves for our fireplace and a vanity for our master bathroom. Todd was very helpful during the design process, making suggestions but also open to helping us build out different ideas we had. The installed product was just as we had designed and installation was done well. Craig and his team made sure that we were happy with the final product. We could not be more happy our new shelves and vanity and will work with them again on future projects.

The crew was great to work with. It took a while to get my project started and during that time, communication was a little sparse...but it was worth waiting for. They did a great job, had a consistent group of workers for the project and they were responsive to my needs. They weren't slow to come out and talk through an issue that arose and worked collaboratively to come up with the best overall solution. They did great work and we are so happy with the result.
