The technician came, diagnosed and fixed the problem. We had a rental the following weekend and he was able to repair it before the rental. Everyone was happy.

I called the office because I was having a terrible time trying to change the filter on the furnace, it was quite difficult. In just a couple of days Theresa called and said that a service staff would be over that afternoon to assist me. Mr. Perry, arrived at 2:45 p.m. was very polite and courteous. He gave a demo then watched while I installed a filter. He was so very helpful and courteous. When I got out my check book to pay he told me there was no charge for the call. I had done business with them before and they take care of their customers. I will always use Chapman Heating & Air Conditioning. They are always on time, are courteous and do the work correctly-no come backs for corrections

Followed up quickly on fine tuning the equipment to our house.

I had some issues with contacting the company as a result of their last visit to my house and spoke with Chris, the manager. He took care of my issue once I was able to speak with him. I think they are working to resolve their numerous contact numbers and email addresses, but I do believe they did quality work when I had them originally install my unit, and also when they came out for a routine cleaning. I would recommend them again, especially after speaking with the manager after my last visit.

I was very impress with everyone at Chapman's that I dealt with. The salesperson was very professional and had already looked at my old AC unit prior to speak to me. I took that as a big plus. He quoted on the spot and when I had additonal questions on a different unit, he updated the quote and emailed the same day. He also informed me the the gov't credit as well as the IPL credit since I was getting both units. That is a $700 savings!. He also filed for the rebate from IPL and I rec'd that within a few weeks. The 2 installers were great. They were on time and went right to work. It took aprox 5 hrs and the head installer went over the new system with me and answered any questions I had. They left my home and grage spotless. I did have a small issue less that a week after they installed, but they sent a repairman out the same day I called and he was able to repair the issue in a timely fashion. A piece of insulation same look and cut off circulation, but once that was removed, I have had no issues at all and I am now loving how cool my home is. I have recommended them to several friends and co-workers and will contact them for my future needs. Everyone was awesome to work with.

The man that came out was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He checked my pump and noticed that the control box was fried. He did not have a spare on the truck, but drove to the Clermont location to see if they had any there, and I was in luck. He came back and replaced the part. He then made several recommendations for when I am ready to replace my well pump (it is 20 yrs old, so I am planning to do it soon). He also stayed to make sure the water worked, and offered to test my water, as I had made a comment about wanting to replace my water softener as well. He also noticed the water pressure in my kitchen faucet was low, so he took it apart and noticed the filter was clogged. He cleaned it out and put it back together and the water pressure is great now! I am really pleased with the level of service I received from Chapman (Scott) Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. Since I have a service contract for my furnace and AC, I also got $40 off my replacement part and no charge for the after-hours/weekend visit. I will definitely keep them in mind for future home repairs!

AMAZING experience with this company. As a single woman, I feel taken advantage of by many contractors due to my lack of knowledge. I was fully prepared to purchase a more expensive unit, and was thrilled when they explained to me that I did not need that much for the home I have. They were super clean, professional, and friendly. I was very comfortable having them in my home, as well. They replaced everything within 24 hours of my original call, and I was cool again the very next day. They were just the best experience I have ever had with a purchase that no one cares to make. I received a hand written thank you letter from the owner of the company, and a gift basket too! They noticed I was in the middle of a master bath remodel, as well as a kitchen remodel- and sent me a basket full of edible goodies since I haven't been able to cook for a few weeks in my own kitchen. That is a very classy personal touch, in my opinion.

They were on-time and professional and were able to work me into their schedule. I would recommend them. They did not have a coupon and I wished that they would have had one available for me.

Over the top job! Perry came out and talked with me about my air conditioner (which was new to me because we just moved in). He went through how to use it in high humidity - efficiently. Very personable and I purchased a year contract for $160 - one A/C and one furnace check, plus 15% off service in that year range. Would definitely use them in the future

They have a plumbing addition as well. The service was very good. We sat down to discuss our estimate and I gave them an estimate I received from another company. They looked at it and gave us an estimate of a comparable product for a lower price. Their service was great.

I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for another company for an air conditioner tune up and cleaning. The unit was not functioning properly and I mentioned that we would like to have the tune up and cleaning and for them to let us know what needed to be fixed. The technician came out and looked at our unit for about 15 minutes and told us the compressor was completely shot and we needed an entirely new system. They did not clean the unit or do any kind of tune up as far as I could tell. They quoted us a new system at $3,000. I told them we would have to shop around and we would get back to them. I was referred to Chapman Heating and Air Conditioning by a coworker who's dad is one of their technicians. His name is Doug Reams and he is GREAT! He came out and looked at our unit for a while and asked if we had a key to the padlock on our breaker box by the unit. The other company's technician didn't even look at that. We recently moved into our house and didn't have a key as it was put on by the previous owner. Doug got the box open and tweaked some things and had our A/C back up and running in less than 5 minutes!!! We signed up for their service plan for $160 which includes the tune up and cleaning and a furnace tune up and a 15% discount on anything if something were to break. He also replaced a gasket for $110. So a $270 fix would have cost me $3,000 with the other company. I'm so glad we got such a great referral and we will definitely be working with them in the future!!

We got three quotes before choosing a company. Chapman was very matter of fact in conversation. It didn't seem like they were trying to sell us on their products, just giving us the facts. The time he spent in our home was very fast, compared to other two companies. He asked if we had any questions though, and didn't rush through it. They installed the furnace on the scheduled date and we were very satisfied with the work that they did. We would use this company again. Very satisfied.

Overall terrific experience, we have a new furnace and AC that seems perfect for our needs.

I use them all the time, and they are fantastic. Their service is very reasonably priced. They are very responsive. The people that answer the phone when you call the office are very knowledgeable and can talk you through like when you describe the problem to them; they can talk you through it if you think first. Then when their service guys come out, they are on time, clean, and professional. They do a good job, and they do not waste any time. I would recommend them to anybody.

Our a/c unit went out last September, and we were having our heaters maintenance by Chapman when we learned we had a crack in the heat exchange and needed to replace the heater as well. The salesman was very nice and honest, and did not try to up sell us when we chose the simpler model. They came in a few days later and replaced both units. Took the amount of time they estimated and cleaned everything up. There was one weird noise a few days later and they came back right away and tightened it up, no extra charge. pretty simple and easy to work with. The office manager also communicated with my home warranty people, so that was a huge help to me.

He talked about the problem with me and the repairs that I needed. He came out the next day to fix everything and repaired all the problems. I am looking to use them again soon.

They are very expedient and friendly. They're just an all around good service and the price was very fair.

Chapman's has provided inspection and repair services for us for several years. During one of their semi-annual inspections the technician recommended replacing the original boiler for the baseboard heating system in our home. THey provided several estimates based upon a wide range of efficiency rated units. The option that we chose was the most expensive but based on research provided the best service, efficiency, life expectancy and size. Once the final measurements were taken, the technicians installed the unit within a few days. The service was completed in one day in a very neat, clean manner. While they were installing the new boiler, we also had them replace the water supply lines and expansion tank for our well. As always, Randy and the technicians provided excellent service and value for the investment.

Went pretty quickly. Recommended a heat pump would work better with my furnace. Offered to have someone come out for an estimate, but I didn't call.

The service tech was very helpfull and professional. He (Bill) arived on time and did exactly what we asked for including a quote on a humidifier which he installed two days latter, perfect. He cleaned up all materials and left detailed instructions with my wife and even played with our Boston Terrier and brought pictures of his Boston Terrier on his return to install the humidifier. The furnance is running fine (no issues to begin with just a tune up) and it appears the humidifier is working just fine too. Will definately use them in the future.
