I have nothing but high regards for them. When I called them, they're there within a day and they're always on time and very helpful. I've got nothing bad to say about them. It turned out really well. I was surprised because they initially charged me for the repair and it was a couple thousand dollars and once they went back and checked the records, they immediately credited my account back because they saw that it was under warranty without me even pressing or asking.

After trying several local HVAC companies and not experiencing stellar results, we decided to give Chapman a shot. They performed our summer and fall tune-up's this year and we couldn't be happier. Otis was on-time, professional, and offered valuable insight/suggestions on our system. I trust the work Otis has done over the past two services and we will continue to utilize Chapman moving forward based on this experience. They have my recommendation.

They were great and came right on time! The technician put boots on before entering our house and explained everything thoroughly. He also gave me some pointers on things to keep the system running. He was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them.

We have the most fabulous technician who can handle our water radiant heat system. We have a boiler with a water tank that needs to be drained yearly and be refilled. Our go to man is Scott! He is the most qualified to work on our system. Wherever he goes we will go as he is the only one that can handle our system.

Our AC unit quit running and we were looking at the hottest weather of the year coming our way. Called Chapman after the assigned home warranty repair provider could not get to us. Apparently lots of folks were having AC issues because everyone we called was really booked and couldn't get to us for a couple of days. Chapman said they would work us in. They kept us apprised of the schedule and they arrived at about 8PM. By 9:15PM Doug had the unit repaired and was ready to head out. He was very friendly and professional. Overall an excellent experience! Will definitely use them again!

The rep fro Chapman was very nice and knowledgeable. The quoted price for a standard Heating and A/C was very reasonable compared to others. We ultimately decided to put in geothermal hetaing and A/C, which is not a specialty of Chapman. Had we gone with a standard heating and A/c system install, Chapman would have been my top choice against the competitors.

My experience with them went fine. There were no problems. They were prompt and seemed to know exactly what he was talking about and what he was doing.

2 years ago we got an appliance from them and it was a great amount and it had great service. They came out and it was a great price and fabulous work.

the work went well He explain everything he done I was able to understand my furnace better. He had three clean the parts the bad one he replace he explain the cost to see if I could replace them now are later. I was well please and he didn't try to sell me a new furnace that I like. Clean up after he finish.

Called for service. service tech dispatched, arrived on time called when on the way. Work performed quickly and to my satisfaction!

Everything was wonderfully smooth. The price was lower than 2 other quotes. Salesman came to take a look, then promptly followed up with a quote, work was scheduled and completed within 2 weeks.

This was a scheduled maintenance call. Technician was professional and courteous. Service was provided as expected. Only issue was that we thought the appointment was from 4 to 6 pm but we were called around 1:00 pm and were told that the technician was on his way.

They installers were on time, laid protective throw cloth over the hardwood floors and carpeting. Both were professional, and completed the removal of the old systems, and replaced with the new units. All trash was removed from the property, and after they left, you could not tell they were there working for just under 6 hours. Both installer's took the time to explain in detail the process of removal and installing the new equipment, and walked both of us through the users manual's. I have used Chapman's for over 12 years, and would not call anyone else when it comes to heating and air...

Quote was good, workmen came when scheduled. They were efficient and made the installation in one day. Chapman prepared the rebate forms for us, so we were able to save considerably on the amount that was quoted. We are happy and would use again.

They were not professional or friendly. One of the two people were late and it held up the initial meeting. They seemed annoyed by our questions and many of their answers were vague. They were supposed to follow up after their visit with a quote, but we never received anything or any follow-up call. We went with another company who gave us a presentation where the majority of our questions were answered. The few remaining questions were happily answered by them.

They diagnose the problem. Overall they did a good job. They found the problem and fixed it. They did the job at a very reasonable price.

Fine I have used them for 15 years. They have installed two heating cooling systems in two of my homes and it worked perfectly and they now maintain it either under warranty or service contract. They are great!
