Very satisified with the speed and workmanship of the installation. Price was higher than expected and significantly more than my neighbor's identical repair. I recommend getting a least one competitive quote. |

Description of Work: Annual maintenance - suggested some parts be replaced. The furnace is 22-23 yrs old. We are trying to decide if we should get a new one instead of putting more money into current one.

Description of Work: We had a small electrical fire in our garage when the furnace made "popping" sound. Luckily, I was out in the garage and was able to use the fire extinguisher to put out the fire. Thankfully, we called the fire dep. so that there would b a record of this event. This allowed us to be eligible for the warranty. They quickly came out and replaced the furnace, no charge.

Description of Work: I purchased a house and due to the holidays, the sellers weren't willing to do any of the fixes found in the inspection. Of course, it turned out to be a bigger job than planned but Tom from Chapman Plumbing (serviced by Scott Plumbing out of Noblesville) was nothing but helpful through the whole process. The problems: leaky p-traps under 3 sinks, a drippy faucet, and a water heater in the garage that wasn't installed to code (flue pipe pitch and not 18" off the ground). | |Tom came out to review all the problems. With some quick measurements I learned the unfortunate news that the fix wasn't going to be as simple as raising the water heater up. Though perfectly functional, it was too tall. | |Tom & I brainstormed configuration options on the spot and since I didn't have a water softener, I asked for an option which would incorporate that into my limited space in the garage (no basement). | |He got back to me a couple days later with an estimate. It was higher than I hoped but considering all that they would be doing, it was reasonable and I trusted Tom's knowledge to do the job right. | |They did the install a couple weeks later. The work included: new p-traps for all 4 sinks (metal ones were rusting and causing the leaks), replacing a faucet that I purchased, and reconfiguring the gas/water lines and exhaust pipes in the garage to put the new water heater in a different spot, leaving room to install a water softener. Tom came out to review the work after it was done and a few things weren't quite to his liking with how the pipes were run so he had them come back and change it. End result looked great. | |I signed a maintenance agreement with them for fall/spring service which got me a discount on all the work. They also had financing available which was very helpful. | |All in all great experience. He also made sure to split my outside water faucets off from the soft water. He's been available whenever I've had a question since the install.
