I've always had goodluck with them. I talked to the owner and he was always polite. They came out when they said they would and got everything taken care of. Anytime I had a problem they came out when they said they would to take care of everything.

thermostat was not working. very concerned. do seek references or go to angie's list. you have to join but it was well worth it. they sent reviews on line. do read reviews. found one not too far away. called and explained concern. were most helpful and got someone out in a short time. the best part was the tech. mitchell walker. he was great!!. very professional and took pride in his work. answered all my questions and gave me the information needed. had fantastic attitude and gave such quality service at reasonable price. overall, my experience with chapman heating and air conditioning was remarkable and would recommend them to all friends and family and have them again.

They seem to solve the problem and provided good service for us. They came on time on the weekend when we had a problem, the provided good service and the problem was solved. They were prompt and I'd recommend them to anybody. The price was competitive.

Our furnace went out the day after Christmas and the job went very well. They were very concerned because it was extremely cold. They came out even though it was the holiday weekend and they came out with the furnace the following day. I felt like they were very honest with us and, quite frankly, I was expecting to pay a lot more. They gave us the minimum sales call amount and you could tell that they were giving us the options rather than forcing a new furnace on us.

We would highly recommend them and we have been happy with them. We didn't spend anything the last time they were here because it was under warranty. They were very professional and they came in and worked with us. We had some issues because we have a 2-story house and we told them we were having problems heating some of it so they recommended a little bit bigger furnace and we have been happy with what we received. Their workmanship was awesome and they were very professional. We've never had a problem with them being punctual when we have called them. They are probably the first company we would stick with because we've had some companies out that we were not happy with. We have referred them.

Our family was in need of an entire new system- we had been running on emergency heat for over a year and our electric bills were skyrocketing. Randy Taylor, Chapman's Outside Operations Manager, came to the house and gave us a complete estimate of all work needed to be performed and all parts entailed. Out of more than four estimates Chapman gave us the lowest. We were very pleased that within one week Chapman's Installation Crew- Mark and Cliff- were able to completely install the new system. It was done in less than a day and they ran through all instructions with us in plain English. All our questions were answered and the work was so neat that you couldn't even tell that they had been here. They did a phenomenal job. We have had the system for about a month now and have have needed both heat and a/c- crazy November weather in Indiana- both have run without a hitch. We know without a doubt that if we need any maintenance in the future that Chapman will be there to attend to it. Fantastic service- excellent employees, highly professional, and outstanding workmanship.

Very responsive. Call at 9:30 AM and they were there late afternoon to get furnace running. Offer three price point options. Installed the new furnace the next day. All went well.

Excellent service. Called at 0930, Jeff was at my house by 1100. He went out of his way to get this taken care of for me. Had new water heater installed and working by 3pm. Jeff called afterward to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Perfect!

While they couldn't fix the fan issue on the first visit (part not available on a Saturday), they arrived at the exact time arranged for Monday. Very professional and would recommend them.

They are very good. About three weeks later the toilet started going crazy and began to flush itself. They told me exactly what to do and the plumber came the next day to fix it.

Chapman service is outstanding! The technician was at my house 24hrs after calling, was extremely knowledgable and explained what he was doing and why, what was wrong and why. I was very impressed and learned a lot from the visit. He wore shoe protection in the house, cleaned up everywhere he went and left me with working air conditioning.

Technician arrived on time, was informative, completed the work promptly. Unfortunately when I returned home that evening it still was not cool. Called the company and the on call tech was there within 1/2 hour. The tech fixed the problem and my house has been cool since then.

They are very fair. They were very prompt and personable. The owner and his son came to do the job. After the work was done they let mepay later without any interest. They were on time, and they were very professional.

Every experience with Avon Plumbing has been positive. They show up when they say they will AND they leave the place cleaner than when they arrived.

I called Matt at 2:15 today and here was here by 2:30. He assessed the situation and repaired the leaking toilet on the spot. He is very friendly and professional. This is the first time that I have used Matt's services but I will definitely give him a call the next time we need plumbing help.

My furnace had cut off temporarily several times this winter. Finally, last week it cut off completely, leaving me without heat. The next day I took of work and called Chapman (by recommendation of a neighbor &, of course, Angie). I was hoping they'd be able to come out later in the week; for the diagnostic, tech came out the same day (they managed to make it even earlier than the earliest window date they'd provided). For the repair, they came out the next day (they were on time; I was a few minutes late, but the tech still waited for me. Much appreciated!) He got the job done in maybe 20 minutes. Furnace now runs quieter & better than it has in months. First time I've used this company, but my impression of them is that they're very courteous, prompt, efficient, & professional. Will definitely use them again; my only regret is that I didn't call them sooner. Footnote: Other companies I'd called had given me contradictory and "fishy" answers in their diagnostics; the lone tech who did give, as it turned out, the correct answer, still quoted a price for their circuit board of maybe $150 to $200 more than what I ended up paying with Champman.

Chapman installed my furnace the same day. They worked quietly and efficiently, and left my garage neat and clean.

They are GREAT and I would highly recommend them! I called this morning (Saturday) and they came before noon...no extra charge for weekends before noon :) It was a very simple problem he fixed, but he gave us some suggestions on what to do to prevent it from happening again. We've always used Control Tech in the past, but Chapman's is who I will use in the future. Thanks for being so prompt, courteous, and very reasonable in price. They've definitely earned a customer today!

This company was recommended to me by a realtor friend last winter when my heater went out during a bitter cold spell. They arrived quickly and preformed the repair for a very low price.

They were awesome, efficient. The system runs great. They cleaned up after themselves, I would highly recommend them. Cost after rebates reflected.

They are very friendly and very thorough. They come out three or four times in a year to check our heating and AC. They do a very nice job and we don't have any complaints. We get the best price for what we want. The quality of work is very good. I will grade them high on all categories.

The service went very well. We're looking forward to Chapman servicing our A/C in the Spring. The two reasons I rated Professionalism as a "B" were because the serviceman spilled some black dust on the floor from a bad part, which was easily cleaned up, but could've been a lot worse if it was on the carpet.

My home is about a year old and I was having problems getting the builders to take care of it. Chapman was recommended to me for the problem. They came out and found the problem right away. They were able to get parts under the warranty and get everything fixed. They took the time to explain everything to us so that we would understand. They were just great to work with. I saved quite a bit of money going with Chapman.

We have purchased the home. The previous owners paid for the repairs of the blower motor because of Chapman's report.
