Description of Work: I purchased a snowthrower. They showed me what they had so I could verify what fit my needs and space limitations. I had done some research and they had the model I thought would fit my needs best. I could tell better once I could see it and ask some questions. They explained how to operate the machine. They gave me some tips on snowthrower operation and maintenance. They completed set up on the spot so I left with an operational unit. I have used them for lawnmower purchases and service for at least 30 years, including at their previous location near the post office.

Description of Work: Snow blower was not fixed after at least two attempts even though we had paid for services. Guy we dealt with was rude and unaccommodating.

Description of Work: They were supposed to tune up our lawnmower but all they did was clean the deck and inside the blade area. They are rude, unprofessional and we will NEVER recommend them or use them again. I left a tiller there to be tuned up but they never bothered to look at it after 8 weeks, I picked it up. Rude parts counter people. Horrible service.

Description of Work: I don't recall the exact date but brought my mower in to get serviced. Tune up, new fuel filter etc. within a few weeks, mower stopped working. Brought it back and they determined it needed a new carb. I asked about their warranty and showed them the language on the svc agreement that they would cover ALL repairs related to their work. The person who did the work said they would cover it. then a mgr called me and said no. Ultimately, they did "repair" it but within a couple months, the problem came back. I didn't even bother bringing it in. Called another repair company, The Mower Guy, and he was terrific.

Description of Work: Attempted to repair a snow blower. Still didn't work, they tried a second time. Brought it back, still didn't work. Ultimately took it to someone else who determined the blower was not salvageable. Had a problem with the motor. Total waste of $200.

Description of Work: We purchased a new Chain Saw to replace our old one. They gave us complete and accurate information (we had researched prior)and even suggested an appropriate and less expensive model for us.

Description of Work: I HAD MY LAWN MOWER MULCHING BLADE SHARPENED WHILE I WAITED. THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES. I HAD COME TO ORIGINALLY PICK UP A PART I ORDERED. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE PART IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS.
