They did a good job. The price was right and it was a quality service.

I was able to schedule this very quickly once my bathroom remodel reached the stage where the mirror was ready to be installed.

Work was professionally done and very satisfactory. Met expectations.

I contacted Carmel Glass and Mirror and was told by Barry that they could custom cut a piece of mirror and to bring the broken item in so that they could insure an exact fit. I brought the item in the same day and was told it would be ready the following week. I was called the following Tuesday and told the item was ready for pickup. I picked it up on Wed. They had glued the mirror and place and it looked perfect.

We had a glass pane that had cracked in our window due to settling. This wasn't covered in warranty so we turned to Angie's List. Carmel Glass was the first place we contacted. Once I described what we needed, they sent someone out in a relatively quick time frame and had an estimate ready for us. We decided to go ahead since the price seemed reasonable and we needed a quick turn around on the replacement. The replacement came in within a couple of weeks and they had someone out here on New Year's Eve and replaced it. Nice quick install.

I think they are a little pricey but they do good work. They came when they said they would. I have used them before. They know what needs to be done and how to do it. They stayed within the estimate.

They cut to my measurements. The glass was already at the time they said it would be. I have no complaints with them at all. I think they are very knowledgeable.

I felt like they should have apologized for the inconvenience. I think they need to work better on their customer service. The quality of the work was great. I printed a coupon of line to for 10 percent discount which I believe should have been given to me for the inconvenience. The installer was professional and did a good job but the salesman messed up the measurements.

Their quality of product and installation is great. I would recommend them.

They did what they said they would, and I am happy with it. I would use them again in the future.

They did quality work on the project, though I feel it was a tad expensive for the size of the job. But I wanted the job done right and I had a previous good window-replacement experience with this company. They didn't return my first call to receive a quote but did return my second call, and were punctual and courteous throughout the rest of the quote process and while performing the work. They do a fantastic job cleaning up after the work is completed...not a scrap of material or dust remains. I have had three windows replaced by this company in the past few years and have not had any problems with the windows, so I believe the quality is good.

A sales guy estimated the cost, then an installer came to do the work. I had other quotes but went with them due to the Angie's List ratings. No problems.

They had a wide variety of types of glass for me to select from. They did a great job and, while it was a bit pricey, the resulting doors turned out just great!

They came out for the estimate in a timely manner. The individual was very professional. They ordered the glass and we put down 1/2 deposit for them to do so. It took about 3 weeks for the glass to come in, but they quickly scheduled the install right after that. The technician was on time and courteous. The only issue we had is they installed the wrong windows on 3 of them and we had to wait another 2 weeks to get the right ones in and then take more time off work to have them installed. They corrected the issue and for that they get all good marks, but I have to give them a B on quality based upon that mistake.

It took them a couple days to get to my order, but they did good work. I'd have liked the cost to be lower, but I didn't think their price was out of bounds.

It was fantastic. I was greeted promptly and the woman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. I was given an estimate immediately and my doors were very reasonably priced. I was told they would be completed in 2 weeks and I actually received them in 1 week.

During our bath remodel we decided that our 6 foot by 4 foot mirror was too tall and the edge had started to de-silver. Carmel Glass took my work order over the phone and sent someone out to get the mirror. They cut a foot off the long edge, polished the edge and brought it back. We have also ordered a custom sized oval mirror from them previously. It came back the wrong size, but they remade it correctly with no hassle.

We had our home invaded by a brick going through our double pane window on a Friday evening when it was raining. We had called other companies most of them were out at 5 PM and did not return until Monday. Carmel Glass was open Saturday. We took our window and our screen, which they had to completely remake. They did a great job and we had both window and screen by the next week. They did a great job with communicating with us through the whole way and had our screen done before our window but allowed us to pick them both up together.

I took the storm window to their office. They told me it would be completed in two days and ready for pick up. Two days later I received a call from their office advising me the work had been completed and I could pick up the window.

Carmel Glass was reasonably priced and could provide the glass fairly quickly. It was also conveniently located with good store hours. They had a coupon on their website that I used. After cutting the glass, the salesperson carried the glass to my car and put it in my car for me. They also provided material to put between the glass and the table to prevent damage to the table. I would do business with them again.

They did a good job. They were prompt and cleaned up well.

They came in and measure the space for the door. After a few days they came back and they installed the door. Their installation, of the door, was very good.

They are very honest when they look at a potential job and tell you whether or not they can really do it. The work was very high caliber, they made sure everything was measured, fit well and was caulked properly. They also cleaned up very well.

It was an excellent experience because the service was excellent. They were on time and did a professional job. They cleaned up thoroughly before they left. They did quality work.

The glass panes had lost their seal and Carmel Glass installed new ones. They also repaired the caulk on a pane they'd previously replaced and reset the gasket on another one without additional charge. We have purchased from Carmel Glass previously and have always been very pleased with their employees and their workmanship.
