He did an excellent job, was very professional and easy to work with.

I called the company. They asked me the size of the mirror. I told them I didn't know the exact size. They said they would forward my information to some department and someone would get back with me to set up an appointment. Overall experience-Lousy

Carmel Glass did a wonderful job with the whole process. They were prompt with the initial estimate through the actual installation. I will use them again for other windows.

They are very professional and prompt. They repaired and replaced mirrors and glass for me and also took out a mirror from our shower door that they put in one time. They leveled it, made it smaller and put it back in and also did mirrors in the bathroom.

We've used them before and we were happy with their service. We called them and they came out and measured. Their prices are reasonable and they are punctual. There was one mishap which they corrected.

They were fast and efficient. I would use them again in the future for any needs.

The glass that they put in was great and everything was fine. The issue that I had was that the workers got glazing compound all over my new porch flooring but they cleaned up. The person who we had placed the order with, did not communicate with the work crew so, the day that we thought they were coming was not the day that they came. They also did didn’t seemed to know which window they were replacing which I thought was very strange and we had to go back to the guy who gave the original estimate and asked him to come back out. As far as the windows were concerned, they did a very good work.

They are really good except that they are expensive. Their responsiveness is good.

Their products were good, and they were very convenient. The guy that came out to do the work was professional. The price was a little more than the other estimate that we received. They got the wrong door from the manufacturer three times, but their quality was good.

It turned out great, really nice. I would definitely hire them again.

On-time, reasonable price, caulking job -not thorough. Had to schedule 2nd appointment to fix caulking job.

They were prompt, had a good price, and worked with us. The only critique I have for them is they were replacing a broken glass, and they didn’t quite clean up after themselves. There was some broken glass left over. However, it was a pretty difficult project. I really liked the job they did for us. It was not the first time that we had them do something.

Carmel Glass sent a man to see my problem. He e-mailed a proposal that same day. I decided to accept the proposal in a couple of days and called them. They told me the ordering schedule and put the material on order. The material came in on time and they called to schedule installation the next day. The men showed up on time and did the work. It went very well overall.

Mark was very professional and efficient. He was punctual both times, even calling ahead that day to make sure we were here. The glass unit looks and fits great. We used this company once before to fix the windows when we first moved in. They didn't open easily and needed some replacement parts. We were very pleased with them then also.

They had the part we needed and provided it to us at a reasonable price. It was a good experience and we would use them again.

They did 2 different jobs at 2 different times. One job was done in late spring and another job was done in late summer. They had quoted for the jobs and they retained their quote price even though it crossed the 30-day period.

They were excellent. It was short and sweet. They did the job exactly as they said they would. It was a very neat job and I didn't have to paint or anything. I was very well pleased.

Kevin, the sales person who came out and measured for the initial estimate worked with me as the project timing changed, mirror sizes got revised, etc. He kept me informed of a slight delay in the fabrication process, when it came to installation, they were on-time within the appointment window, cleaned up work area, polite, hard-working -- it went well and we are pleased with the result.

I have used them before. They are very trustworthy and do good work. The sales person came and took measurements, and explained everthing to wife very thoroughly. The glass came in early and they sent two of their most experienced service men to replaced 15 window panes. They were very neat and even took their shoes off when they came into the house.

It went smoothly. After the job was complete we called with a question about how long the putty needed to dry and this call was promptly returned and answered to our satisfaction.
