I called the day after discovering hail damage. They were concerned about me being exposed the weather, but luckily the windows were only cracked. The estimator was able to come by later in the day that I called. The windows were ordered and within a week the windows were replaced. The technician was polite, courteous, careful and fast. It was under an hour to complete the job. I'll definitely call them again.

They provided the best quote and they were very helpful. When my husband first went in, they were nice enough to give him some clips because it was the clips that slipped to cause it to fall in the first place. They were very timely and we got the shelves back and they fit in perfectly. It looks wonderful. They were very professional and they completed the job within the quoted time.

They were just excellent! They did a good job and knew exactly what they were doing. The price was very fair and I would highly recommend them!

They did a great job making the custom glass top. The size was perfect and the sharp edges were rounded off. I didn't compare prices so I don't know if the cost was competitive. After having the top made I realized that I needed two 1and quot; holes cut in it. I brought the glass back to their store and left it with them since there would be a one day turn around to get the holes drilled. The finished the job promptly, but my one issue is that they did not touch up the white paint around the holes, which they said they would do. Other than they one small issue it was a great overall experience.

When the installer came, he told me that because of the age of the window, he could no longer obtain the stops that were made for our window so he was going to try using a silicone caulking. My lay person explanation of the stop is the narrow strip that runs along the sides, top and bottom of the window and both holds the window in place during a strong wind and also covers up the very unattractive black seal. Well, the silicone caulking did not turn out well so our salesman, Mark Skehan, went on a mission to find something that would work. After scouring all his catalogs and calling all his suppliers, he began searching the Carmel Glass storage room and unearthed stops that fit our window just fine! We are happy with the results and very appreciative of our salesman's follow-through in making sure our job was finished to our satisfaction. We would recommend Carmel Glass and would use them again if the need arose.

Contract was signed May 5, 2010 with Camel Glass. Sales rep Mark Skehan. It took a very long time once glass was removed and sent to an outside firm that Carmel Glass uses. It wasn't done right first time and Carmel glass had to send back to firm that did it because width was not correct. After several months they reinstalled the repaired glass on August 8, 2010. I never thought that the replaced glass really fit all that well and on the first cold day this summer I noticed that seal had broken on repaired unit. I called Mark Skehan who came out 9/19 and took pictures of problem and glass leak. I had to call Mark 10/3/2011 to find out if they were going to repair glass and stand behind this work. From my conversation with Mark the company that repaired glass doesn't warrant any of their work and Carmel Glass will not either. So in affect we have the same condition of a leaky front glass door that cost of $600.00 to repair last year. I would not recommend Carmel Glass for any future work and I think that they should not tell customer that they can repair leaded glass entry doors because they don't do the work themselves and stres that work is not warranted. I also told Mark that I would submit to Angies List a bad report about this project and that I would not recommend to anyone Carmel Glass and Mirror. One further note, since we go to Florida during the winter I never had the chance to check our glass for seal leakage. It didn't matter anyway because the company didn't provide any warranty on their work.

I just had a small piece of mirror made to replace a broken piece. They were very friendly and helpful. I had some stuff on my mirror that I couldn't get off and asked them about it as it was on my much larger mirror also. They told me how to get it off and were very honest about it. I feel someplace else would've said to replace it.

From my first phone call, to Kevin's coming and providing detailed estimates, everything was done professionally and in a friendly manner. Kevin emailed his estimate to me almost immediately after his visit, which I appreciated. I plan to keep Carmel Glass on my list for the future.

We obtained two large mirrors from a friend, but wanted them professionally installed. The quote they gave was slightly lower than others, but not by much. They also gave me estimates for framing the mirrors (it was only slightly more than the price to order the frames direct from mirrormate and install yourself). In the end, we decided not to frame them. They were able to do the work quickly, the mirrors were perfectly hung, and they were very clean. The price was also about $75.00 less than initially quoted.

I had a window broken in a break in to my house just before Thanksgiving. Brought the frame into their shop, they ordered the glass and installed it back to new. They actually cleaned the frame so nice I was forced to clean all my other windows when I returned it to it's place in the house. Great service and right price.

They were on time. We had a little bit of a disagreement with them because I think their installers scratched our tub which had been recently refinished. The manager came out to look at it and he claimed that they didn’t do it.

A quick estimate was given. Turn around from estimate to install was fast. The window was 6X4 feet and 20 feet in the air; not an easy install. The installers were professional and got the job done quickly. They left the area clean, and the window looked like a factory install.

They were very helpful and recommended double pane windows instead of three pane like we used to have. The only reason I didn't use them is because I got a cheaper estimate from another company.

They arrived promptly at the appointment time...however, the man who installed it did not do a good job vacuuming up the glass pieces that had broken during installation. I had to ask to go back and clean some more...we've have small kids and they would have stepped all over it. Overall...good company...just a little disappointed by the service man's lack of attention to the mess he made. I give the company an A+ the service guy gets a C- I'm sure other service men on their staff do a better job. He may have just had a rough day.

It wasn't an easy job; I couldn't have done it. The job required some expertise. They did a good job. It looked exactly like I wanted it to. Their shop was clean and someone helped me right away. They showed me the choices of glass that I had to put in the cabinet doors and helped me make a decision. The cabinet doors were ready in the time that they told me they would be ready in. They called me when the cabinet doors were ready. The price was what they said it would be also. Everything was promised. I give their price a B because I was told by someone who replaced some windows for me that they could have done the cabinet doors cheaper.

The work was fine. I thought their price was reasonable. The work was done as promised. I called and told them the dimensions of the glass over the phone. They were recommended by others. They completed the work almost closed to the completion date. I got what I paid for. I will use their services again in the future.

Overall, the project went well. The initial set of screens had four out of six of them not fitting properly...but they remade them and all was well on completion of the project.

Everything went as expected and as promised. The service was top-notch and very professional. I can strongly recomend the company for all glass and mirror needs ... very good.

They were so lovely. They did just a great job. I received other estimates and theirs included a special coating for protection. I thought this was nice to have since the glass is for a table that will be eaten off of.
