Description of Work: Ordered decorative window panel for pantry door. Came into store to discuss what we wanted. Assigned to a salesman. Had communication problems with this salesman for weeks. Once the glass was designed, came into the shop to explain how the design need to be changed . Salesman did not seem to understand the difference between a curved line and a straight line. Communication continue to be a problem upon installation when installers showed up on time at Wrong house and had to drive 30+ minutes to get to correct house where my husband was waiting for them to come install the window. Tried to talk to the manager twice about this problem with no return calls. The salesman insists that He did everything correctly.
