Judd came out and measured on the 3/13. The mirror was going on an uneven surface and Judd told us what kind of prep work needed to be done before the mirror could be installed. We had a contractor do the prep work based on the instructions from Carmel mirror and glass. The mirror was delivered on 4/18 and mirror was measured wrong. David and Daniel the installers were great and they told us what the next step was. They came back on 4/25 and the mirror was distorted and the seam was not level. Judd came back to take a look at the mirror, he downplayed the distortion and said that is what we should expect with a seam. the instructions he gave us on the wall prep were done to alleviate any possibility of distortion. They were going to try to re-cut and reinstall on 5/8. The mirror is still distorted. I called them 5/9 and left a message with Doug, the manager of install. I was promised I would have a phone call on 5/14 it is now the 16th and I have still not heard from them.

We went to the showroom. The sales person was very pleasant, helpful, and showed us the various options. We ordered the mirror on Saturday and were told it would be ready in five to seven days. We were able to pick up the mirror the following Saturday. We are very pleased with how it looks.

They did an excellent job and arrived on time. From the time the order was placed, it was only 2 weeks before it was installed. There was no problems with the removal and installation of the new door. The prices were good, and we are very happy.

When I picked it up, it was ready and looked great. They charged me what they had quoted and I am very pleased. It was ordered for a cedar chest that I wanted to use as a coffee table. The chest had an unleveled top, and with the glass top, now it is wonderful and level. It is somewhat of a centerpiece for our sun-room.

We were very pleased with the work performed. We wanted one wall in our home exercises room to be mirrored and obtained several quotes. Carmel Glass and Mirror provided a price in the middle of the pack. We liked their professionalism and the fact they had good ratings on Angie's List. They installed the mirrors within two weeks after ordering. The installation team did a good job and cleaned up after themselves.

I brought the tables to the store. I called prior to bringing the tables to inquire if they would come out to my home, but was told the tables would need to be brought in. It only took 3 days after they gave me the estimate to have the glass tops completed. The only disappointment to me was that when I picked up the tables, the guys helping me said I should have just had them come out instead of bring the tables to them. They said they had new people who may not have known they did that when I called.

I had trouble getting the window back in due to an unsquare corner. It has taken quite a bit a work on my part to get them to work properly. Other than those everything else was fine. Price is per each window.

We are shocked and disappointed that CGand M did not stand behind their products and services, and took no responsibility for leaving defective glass and metal components in our home. Phone calls were not returned and the owner, Ken, used verbally combative language. Four wood cabinet doors needed to be re-done, due to their faulty installation of glass components at a cost total of $1086.50.

The packed it up and helped us load it into the car. They did a good job it was flawless. We did not have to wait once we got there. They quickly got us through he payment process.

We had a great deal of house hail damage. We dealt with five different companies to replace everything. Carmel Glass and Mirror replaced seals on the glass and patio door. They did what they said they would do and responded as quickly as possible. They were the easiest to work with.

I just love this company - they always beat their estimated date for the work to be done. They always have prices at their hands and they are friendly. They may be a dollar or two more on some things but overall, they are much more competitive than many of the places I called and their customer service makes any price worth it.

The window glass was installed all right, but we weren't satisfied with the detail of the work they did around the window. After they installed the glass, we still could see the gap between the glass and the trim. I had to call them to come back again to seal the gap.

Communicated via email; received quote within a few days, and repairs were done without hassle.

They were very helpful on the phone and gave me varoius pricing options.

I have used this company on three different occasions, and I just love them. Their service is the best and so are their prices. I will continue to use this great company and would highly recommend them to others.

Installer was very good, very professional and actually got here ahead of schedule!!!! He was polite, answered questions and was very clean and thorough with the work he did. When we can afford it we will use them again to replace more windows as their seals break.

We had a positive overall experience with them. Reasonably priced, professional, and good quality work.

The person who waited on us was extremely friendly and professional; the work was actually done a few days ahead of schedule.

This overall experience was so great it's almost frightening. The estimator arrived right on time, was easy to talk to, answered all my questions and gave good information to me about this type of shower door in general. When I called back and told them I'd like them to do the job, the mat'ls were ordered and I was told they'd call when the materials came in (7-10 days). On the 10th day, I was called back and the installation was scheduled for two days later. The installers came, right on time, and finished in under 2 hours. The door looks great! It looks like it's been there forever (except that it was really clean!). There are no leaks from the door or side panel after 2 weeks of everyday use. I'm amazed at the punctuality of this group. I've never hired anyone who's ALWAYS shown up when they said they would. Everyone we worked with was extremely professional and respectful of me and our home. This estimate was the highest but only by about $150. Definitely worth it to me!

WE GOT 3 QUOTES FROM ANGIE'S LIST COMPANIES IN OUR AREA, AND CARMEL GLASS WAS THE LOWEST OVERALL. BECAUSE OF THANKSGIVING, INSTALLATION WAS A FEW DAYS LATER THAN ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED, BUT WE WERE ALLOWED TO CHOOSE THE DAY AND TIME THE WORK WOULD BE DONE. THE MEN ARRIVED A FEW MINUTES EARLY, AND INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED BY TWO PEOPLE IN ABOUT 2 HOURS. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH OUR ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WITH CARMEL GLASS. EVERYONE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND STRAIGHTFORWARD IN PROVIDING INFORMATION. THEY HAVE EXTENSIVE DISPLAYS OF OTHER PRODUCTS IN THEIR SHOWROOM. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM AND USE THEM AGAIN.

EVERYONE AT CARMEL GLASS WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. THE GLASS WAS EVEN COMPLETED SEVERAL DAYS EARLIER THAN EXPECTED.
