It took a while for the glass to come in, but once in, the job went smoothly.

It was expensive, but we knew it would be. They were efficient. We did have one window that was not the right size, but they let us know quickly and had the new glass back in a week. You could not even tell they had been here. The electric skylight did leak during the heavy storms, they came out and fixed it right away and we haven't had a leak since. They made sure the work was complete and we were satisfied before the bill came.

They are on time, courteous, reasonably priced and honest. I think they gave me the best price passable. Everything was great. The service man had a great personality and attitude and did exactly what I needed done.

THEY MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME OUT TO MEASURE THE WALLS. THEY MADE THE MIRRORS. I NEEDED THE WORK TO BE DONE IN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY HAD THE WORK DONE IN THE TIME ALLOTED. THEY WERE ON TIME AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

They came out in a timely fashion to give an estimate. They did good work. I would highly recommend them.

We identified the type of shower and glass we were interested in prior to the actual shower remodel work started. The folks at the showroom were very helpful and gave us numbers to work with based on some preliminary measurements to enable us to make our decisions. After the remodel work was completed, Carmel Glass came out to measure and were able to get us a quote within 24 hours. The doors were ordered and finally installed approximately 4-5 weeks later, a bit longer than was estimated but the end result looks fabulous!

The process was easy; I phoned in my order and was able to pick up the glass the next week.

The whole process was very simple and easy. Judd was out the house as Carmel Glass was doing my mirrors and mentioned they also did windows. I had that still on the to do list. He took all the measurements, evaluated to be sure we had all the windows with issues, and gave me an estimate which was very competitive. I said go. The glass was order and the next week they came out and fixed all the windows including the broken cranks/stuck windows. They were very neat and clean. I couldn't even tell they had been there except I had clean and clear window to look out of! I was very pleased.

Greg and Judd were extremely knowledgeable made helpful suggestions and were creative in solving customer needs. Service was faster then promised.

The folks from Carmel Glass were very prompt in coming to give me an estimate for a glass dining room table top and very professional. Their estimate was approximately $1800 --by looking further I was able to find the same product for $875. The second company is about a 45 minute drive -- that is a drawback to the cheaper price since I must go pick the glass up when it is finished. If price is an issue --keep searching. Saving almost $1000 is worth a 45 minute trip to me.

I was very pleased with their work. They came out shortly after I called to give me an estimate and ordered and installed the window very quickly. They were very professional and I would definitely use them if I have more window work. I was also impressed that they didn't try to oversell me and try to get me to replace any other windows.

Everybody else said it could not be done. Carmel glass came out and did it in about an hour. The work is perfect. I would use them again.

Ken returned my call the next day and scheduled a visit to my home to provide a quote to replace the three windows (glass). I received the quote via email the same day of his visit. The quote was very fair. The glass was installed a week following my acceptance of the quote. The installer arrived thirty minutes before the appointment which was good, and completed the removal and installation process less than ninety minutes. Great Job!

The mirror installation went well. I was very pleased with the manor that the mirrors were installed, the timeliness and the overall work. The shower door took 3 times to get installed correctly, but I'm satisfied with the result now. Do not remember job cost.
