They come out when scheduled and Appear to be very pleasant and polite. They are very quick with their response and it doesn't take them long to get in and out.

They show up on time when they say they will. We don't have to be home for them to come out and spray. They leave notification on our door indicating that they've been out and then we'll just send in a bill. The workers are friendly and professional. We will continue to use them and would definitely recommend them to people with pets or kids!

Very well. The guys who came were very professional and answered all my questions. I ended up signing up for 1 year contract with this company.

Arrived on time and was done in less than 30 minutes. Technician was friendly. Company will come back in 10 days to check traps and re-bait. Company accepted credit cards for payment.

We live by a small nature preserve and always check for mice activity. If he puts traps he puts non-toxic ones where the kids cannot get to them. They walk-around and tell us if we have any problems. I am comfortable with them in the house. They don't have advertising all over their van so it is a confidential visit. They are very professional and knowledgeable.

Overall they do a good job. They make using them very easy. I haven't had any problems with their work. The approximate cost listed is per month. I will continue to use them for my pest control needs.

We had a tree service taking down a very old and very large Oak tree. They tried several cans of spray so they could finish their work, to no avail. Called Bye Bye Bugs that same day and they were here by 10:30 the next morning. The gentlemen was dressed appropriately and sprayed the honeycombs twice. He instructed that the tree service should not continue for 24 hours. The tree service returned the next day and were able to complete the work. Bye Bye Bugs was very quick to respond, were professional and informative. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

It is very hard to find a company that can guarantee to repel the bees, and they were great! They sprayed the whole house on the outside. They come back and spray whenever we need them. They are really good to work with. This is our 3rd year using them. The price is for the spring treatment, and there is $79 charge for follow up calls. With that price they will do the inside of the house,and we have them spray for ticks as well.

When I called they said it would be a while before they could come out, but if I sent a sample of the insects to them they could determine the type and severity of the problem. I sent a sample and sure enough they called to inform that they were in fact winged ants not termites. So I did not need any further service.

Since we started using them we haven't had any problems. They are just super! We have them on a quarterly contract and they'll come right out if we ever see any sign of bugs.

They did what they said they would do.

Bye Bye Bugs is very accommodating! I was sick and had to reschedule but they fit me in with no problems. The employees are wonderful and I feel very that the work they do is great!

They came out the next day and they did a very professional job. I have used them before and I will use them again. If the bees come back with in a certain amount of time Bye Bye Bugs will come back and spray for free.

Didn't care for the attitude of the man we talked with. We played phone tag for over a week before we got him. Actually, I think he didn't want to do the work. I wouldn't have used him anyway because of his smug attitude.

Technician was punctual and knowledgeable.

The representative arrived early. He was courteous and explained his work and completed the work promptly.

Quick, professional, offered to return and retreat if bees remained, but this wasn't necessary. We liked that it is a small local company - customer service oriented.

I received a phone call about 2 hours before they were due and was told the appointment before me cancelled. Could they come earlier! Wow, usually I would say yes but since I was at work I couldn't. By the time I arrived home at the agreed upon time the service person was waiting in his truck. No, rather he'd already taken care of it all! Besides the two nests I was aware of, he found several more and removed those also. He showed me what he did and patiently answered all my questions.

The company provided one service spraying all around the house. They advised that it might take a second action. In two weeks the problem still exicted and they came back and sprayed for a second time (no additional charge). That took care of the problem My overall experience was good. Both of the Service personnel were punctual, professional and willing to answer my questions.

He explained the treatment plan and did not push us to buy a year's worth of treatments. He gave us all the information we thought we needed.

On time and professional. Gave extra attention to problem areas.

They were able to do the job within a couple of days. The service person was courteous and seemed to know what he was doing.
