The service technicians have always done a wonderful job. Punctual, thorough, considerate, and all at a fair price! Since they no longer return calls I dont know if they're out of business, or I've fallen out of grace. Maybe others will have better luck.

We didn't notice the hornet's nest until the leaves fell in the Fall. They came very early, before the sun came up. It seemed expensive at the time, but earlier in the year they have like a coupon for something off. I guess the price was fair.

I would go back to them, I always liked them. They respond very quickly, always on time or early. They knew what they were doing, and understood their chemicals. They are the only ones I would call.

Everything well really well and it was a fair price to make sure the house was treated. Chris the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable on the matter. Figured out they were german roaches, funny fact they call them american roaches in Germany :), Chris sprayed in the crawl space and perimeter of the house. After we saw another 2 roaches we called them again as they instructed us to if we see anything again, Chris came back out to do an additional treatment for free. Seemed to have done the trick, thank you!

I had a terrible ant infestation that took over my kitchen and was getting completely out of control. So, I decided it was time to call in some pros to handle the situation since the little ant baits weren't doing much good this time. I really had NO choice because the ants were EVERYWHERE. UGH! So, I got a referral from Angie's List as well as from a friend who also uses Bye Bye Bugs regularly and called them immediately. They were quick to answer the phone and per my request came out the very same day I called! Totally went above and beyond as I couldn't bear to think I may have to wait even another hour let alone another entire night and day. They arrived on time and the guy that came to do the work named Chris was professional, nice, extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He spoke highly of the company he worked for being Bye Bye Bugs as well. He did a fabulous job. He said it would be 3-4 days before no ants at all, but I truly wasn't seeing many ants at all after about 36 hours and no problems since he came. I've never had a "buy guy" or worked with a bug company per say in the past but I do now thanks to this experience. They will be back in 3 months as requested. Bye Bye Bugs! You will be pleased, too, if you hire this business.

We left multiple messages at the telephone listed and tried several other times to contact the company. No response. The website consisted of a single graphic and the telephone number. I guess they didn't want our business.

They are thorough and responsive. They just do a great job. They get rid of the bugs. I had an ant problem, and they got rid of it. When they started to come back, they came right out and took care of it without charging me any additional.

I called to get info and schedule an appointment after reading such great reviews on Angies List and being referred by our vet. I spoke with Paul who scheduled me and answered all my questions (I called back a 2nd time with more questions). He was patient with me and answered everything thoroughly. I gave a B on punctuality because he was about 30 minutes late (which is a drop in the hat to compared to how long I've waited for other services from other companies). BUT he did call to let me know he was running late which is all I ask and was much appreciated. Chris came and walked through our home to see all the areas to treat. He clearly explained the process, how long it would take and how long we needed to leave our home for and gave me the statement of work/contract to read and sign. He asked if I had questions, took my payment. He got his equipment and first sprayed all the carpeted areas which I was able to stay for. He even sprayed in the garage. He then went outside and sprayed our foundation and 25 feet away from foundation on ground. He mentioned seeing several spider webs and then took a broom and brush them down and sprayed for them as well. At this point I had to leave for the aerosol part. Then he used an aerosol to treat the areas (storage closet & crawl space entrance area in basement) that had stuff that couldn't be moved. He wrote some notes on the receipt. We did sign up for the quarterly treatment to avoid this flea situation in the future as we did try our own treatment first and was unsuccessful. (Our new home surroundings seem to be a flea paradise - woods, critters, etc). There is a guarantee as well. If we see anything, he will come back out for free. Looking forward to Chris coming back and taking great care of us. Wonderful service. Professional. Would highly recommend Bye Bye Bugs! Thank you!

Our appointment was originally scheduled for 5pm. The company experienced a change in the schedule and called to if we wanted the earlier opening. I really appreciated the opportunity and took it. Technician arrived a few minutes prior to new scheduled time, did a walk around on property to see if we had any other nests. Reviewed inspection results with me and offered recommendations before starting work. Technician cleaned overhangs, window & door openings with a bristle brush type tool and then applied spray to keep any wasps/hornets from relocating, then removed the nest. Technician was on-time, courteous and informative.

The service went well, and the provider spent about an hour at our home. He checked the interior to see where the bugs might be entering the home, and he sprayed in and out of the home. We've only seen a few bugs since he sprayed, and we are satisfied. If we see more bugs, we encouraged us to call them back, as they have a 30-day guarantee.

Bye Bye Bugs was able to schedule us on the same day after we discovered the nest. We appreciated this since we have young children. The technician arrived promptly and quickly worked to treat the nest. He also took time to describe how the treatment would work so that we knew it would take about 24 hours before all yellow jackets would be gone from the area. Finally, while he was on property, he visually inspected our home, removed cobwebs from all exterior areas on the main/second floor and removed all other mud/paper wasp nests from our home - all at no extra cost.

They came out three times and got rid of the bugs.We were real happy about that. What I liked about them was that I called and they came out within about two days. That was good for punctuality. They pretty much assured me that they would get rid of the flea problems for us. They were very calm about it. I was getting feedback from people thinking that the problem was going to be fixed immediately. They were panicking because the fleas came back. When I called Bye Bye Bugs again, they said, "Don't panic. You've got a heavy infestation of the fleas at the warehouse but we'll take care of it." They did. They told me it would take awhile and it did but the fleas are gone now. I'm relieved about that plus they're going to come back on a preventative basis and spray to make sure that it doesn't happen again.

They came out the day after I called. They were professional, fast and well worth the money. They took care of the problem immediately and I have not had a problem since.

Unfortunately, our new kitten came with fleas and they quickly took over the house! We contacted Bye Bye Bugs at our vet's suggestion, and were quite pleased with the service. He was efficient and thorough and explained what we would need to do quite clearly. He also explained what to expect, based on the life cycle of the fleas. No problems with fleas since the treatment!

We have a yearly contract with them, so they come out 4 times a year. They came out last probably couple of months ago. They do a good job, and if we have a problem in between regular visits, they will come out, so it is easy to work with them. We have been using them for 5 years.

Excellent. We have used them before and were pleased. They were punctual and professional. Nice work! We need to have them come out again to treat our ants which are reoccurring. Otherwise, no issues!
