I decided to go with a one-time treatment, although the technician did inform me of other options. We would use this company again.

The inspection was unbelievably professional! We recently switched from another provider due to our dissatisfaction. However, we couldn’t be happier with Bye Bye Bug.

They are always on time and sometimes even a few minutes early. They are very easy to work with. We have used them for years!

Great. Very nice and informative tech. Treated the problem areas specifically and also the rest of the house.

Excellent response time and scheduling after dog was found to have fleas. When employee arrived, looked over house and yard. He explained the treatment, what he was doing and why. He sprayed the entire yard and the entire house and basement perimeters and baseboards.He also discovered another problem of what he described as drug store beetles. He explained how they got into the house through food packaging, patiently examined all of the contents of the food pantry, and discovered the source. He then sprayed for those in the pantry. He then set the fogger to work while we were gone. There has been no further problems with either, and have even noticed less spiders in the basement. I would use them again. We were referred to them by our veterinarian.

While here the technician found a new bee hive under the roof and took care of that. He also discussed with me the best time and manner to handle the wood bees that love my deck railing. Overall, they are just a great company. I called, they came quickly and it was all so no hassle!

They are thorough, yet careful to not over-treat to minimize pesticide exposure to pets (and humans!). Technicians are always prompt, polite, and professional.

As last time, these guys are awesome! By the time I arrived hone most of the work was done. I asked about one particular nest since it was in a strange location...sure enough, he had missed it. Took care of it right away and was on his way. Answered all my questions patiently and didn't talk down to me.

Everything went well. They arrived on time and did exactly what they said they would.

Our overall experience was great. The serviceman, Chris, was very knowledgeable. He arrived on time. He explained what each application was and what affect it would have on the ants. He also explained what we can expect to see and informed us that if the problem still persist, what they would do to control it. He was very friendly and it was a pleasure doing business with Bye Bye Bug. I would highly recommend them.

They do inside and outside exterminating. We have a lot of trouble with carpenter bees. We hired them because they use a product that seems to deter the bees better than any other company we've used. They are flexible on visit to visit basis. We have had other companies that will only do certain things every time they come. Bye Bye Bugs will do additional things on an as-needed basis. For instance; we were having trouble with ticks on our dogs one year, and they sprayed the entire area for ticks, as that was our problem at that current time.

When I called they told me that the product they spray with was safe for my dog. He talked to me about an annual contract and I thought that sounded good. When the technician came out to my home he stated that they could not guarantee the product was safe for pets and I refused to sign the annual contract. They performed service only this once. The service was good and the product got rid of the bugs. I felt that since they cannot guarantee that their product is pet safe, I did not want to work with them again. Also, I did not like that the annual contract was binding and could not be broken.

They were here on time and they did their job.

I liked that he gave us advice and put the problem in perspective for us. He looked at where the animal might be getting in and didn't see any obvious problems. He told how to handle the situation if it happens again.

They always show up on time. If you notice an ant crawling around, they will come and take care of the problem at no extra charge. The workers are courteous and do a great job.

We have used this company before and was happy with the service. I was happy that they offer treatment without a contract. They are sensitive to my objections to pesticides and brought "green" products. They double checked for bees, due to my husband's serious bee allergies, for us.

They were punctual and professional. They gave us good advice on how to avoid the same problem in the future. They did a good job and got the job done quickly.

They are very responsive. They are very nice. I don't know if they are a family business, but they put off that kind of feeling. They are a bit cheaper than some other companies. They do very good work.

The same guy comes every time and he is very respectful of us and our home, even putting booties on when he comes inside. I would recommend him to anyone.

We had terrible flying ants in our bedroom. They were dropping onto the bed (Yikes!!) Bye Bye Bugs came out and treated our whole house, but within 10 days the bugs had not completely disappeared. We called them back and they re-treated the house and we have not seen another bug of any type. They were punctual and professional. We decided to contract with them for periodic treatments.

They were suppose to meet me at my rental property but came early. They had the renters sign the contract. What upset me the most is they did not call me and let me know. They just left me waiting there most of the day.

I called early in the morning and scheduled an appointment for the next day but after talking to Steve, he decided to send some one out that same day (the tree is near a sidewalk, we have lots of kids in the neighborhood and my husband is allergic to bee stings) and told me how much it would cost. The contractor was actually a little early. He looked at the bees and said they were honeybees and he hated to exterminate them if he didn't need to. We agreed to hold off and give the bees a chance to leave on their own, which they did. The contractor also walked around the house looking for ways the bees might get into the house and then left without charging anything for the call.
