The gentleman showed up neat and clean very professional and listened to my issues and he said no problem and verified the cost of the job from what I was given on the phone. He sprayed outside my home and when he came inside he put show covers on!!!!!! He also explained about the product he was using to get rid of the bumblebees Bye Bye Bugs did a very good job I will only be using them in the future

Services were provided promptly and efficiently. They provided spray and traps as needed on the inside and the outside of the house. They provided information regarding current infestations in the area and expressed how their service would effectively defend against these problems. Service provider asked if there were any questions and provided complete answers.

I was losing a battle with ants in my kitchen. They came out and explained products, also checked outside the house and windows before treating. They followed up a week later when I thought I found a new problem area. I signed up for quarterly treatments. When my cat caught a mouse back in December, they came out and also set up bait stations, at no charge, since I already was signed up for regular visits. I was happy with the information provided, and suggestions, and ease of appointments.

Called Bye Bye Bugs because we had mouse infestation. We had laid traps, but were unable to solve the issue ourselves. Peter from Bye Bye came out the day after we called, on time, inspected our house and place three different types of traps throughout the house. He was courteous, explained what he was doing every step of the way and clearly loves his job! He made sure we were ok with the types of traps he was using before he placed any. He found the likely entry spot for the mice, and recommended how we close it up. The trap strategy was great, and within a few days there was no sign of mice. Peter came back three weeks later, at no additional charge, checked all the traps, refreshed bait, and again was very informative about what he was doing. Haven't seen a mouse, or any traces of mice, since then. We will hire Bye Bye Bugs any time we have a need for an exterminator.

It went great. We have never had to have pest control services before. This is a very professional company with a professional approach.

The company was here a week ago and did a fantastic job (so well I nominated them for the page of happiness). Today was the exact opposite, the most unprofessionalism I have ever seen. They arrived early (as usual) and when I said something he turned and walked back to the vehicle and waited until the appointment time. As a matter of fact, he arrived 5 min late. I did yell after him that this was crazy and to get this done but he kept walking. If I don't calm down, I will cancel my monthly service with them and find someone else.

We live on a tree filled cove at Geist Reservoir and have battled the spider problem on the exterior of our home for years. We had webbing constantly covering the house and all of the outdoor furniture. We looked like the haunted mansion at Disney World. I would have to go outside almost daily to knock down webbing just to have it reappear the next day. We tried every home remedy available to treat this problem to no success. Since Bye Bye Bug started their monthly treatment program in March the spider problem has been reduced easily by at least 80%. We couldn't be happier. The technicians who come to treat are always professional, courteous and helpful. On the last visit they even offered to come and treat the inside of our garage. So far, we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience with this company.

We got them on Angie’s List. We didn’t stop because we didn’t like them. It is just that we had a granddaughter that was a baby that was hanging around the house. They were always great about calling ahead of their visit, and they were really nice when they came. They were always prompt and absolutely respectful at our home.

They were fast. I called them and they were out the next day. I pretty much started using them because they came to my work and my parents have used them. They are always fast and courteous. They gave warranty on the work that they did, so if I had a problem within the next couple week with any fleas or spiders they would come out and spray again.

We have used them for probably 10 plus years. Their prices have been very competitive. Their service staff is excellent. They are very prompt about setting up appointments and they are always timely in making those appointments.

They are very good, otherwise we wouldn't use them. We will continue to use them in the future.

I think their cost is competitive. They had to come last month to readdress a situation. They came out right away for no additional cost.

They always do a good job, and they are pretty efficient. The last time when I needed answers from them how I could do some treatment myself for bed bugs he spent a long time on the phone helping me to figure out some ways I could deal with the bugs myself. He told me some of the cheap tips that were given to them in the bug killing seminars. I thought that was really nice and all that he told me really worked. He said that basically the problem with that bug is that people who get that bug is usually not willing to do the kind of cleaning and upkeep every week to get rid of them that is necessary. They are not willing to be very meticulous about the cleaning every week. If one is meticulous about cleaning every week you will get rid of them. I even asked him of the various traps and he asked me which ones I have and he discussed about the various ones that were taught to them at different seminars. I ended up getting rid of the bed bug problem myself. He knew that I did not have $500 or whatever needed to treat the bed bugs. He told me about all the ranges of treatment. They have this heat treatment where they come and heat up your whole house up to like 100 or 200 degrees that would kill them off. That is very expensive. He told me of all the ways that were available. I asked him of all the things that I had done research on and he told me what I had to do and it worked. Price wise I think he is competitive. I would use him in the future.

I received a call reminding me it was time for the service to be performed of exterminating for bugs outside and indoors. I set the time and date. Chris showed up on time, wore shoe covers when indoors, answered all my questions, was very personable and professional.

He's been here for years and we are very pleased with his service. He does well. He comes to the door always when he has to come out to do the full service. He asks if there are any areas of concern inside or out. Usually I tell them anything I've seen and he takes care of it. Truly, since we started using him we had no pest problems at all in the house. He really controls things like earwigs, ants and those kinds of things outside as well. He even went through candle lanterns on our deck to take care of the hornet's nests for us.

They are a small firm. They have always given personal attention. They always followed up if I had a problem. They are always here. They always call. They show up. They are always here when they say they are going to be here. They are good. I would use them in the future.

They are great and wonderful. I had this horrible spider in my house and they came right out. They were very responsive.

I have a contract with them. I will use them again in the future.
