They showed up about an hour later than we scheduled. They were to move about 30 boxes, one bedroom suite, living room suite and some other pieces of furniture. They just threw my items into the truck and it took about 8 1/2 hours to complete the move and they charged me for multiple breaks that they workers took and for them stopping at the gas station during the move. They knocked the bottom shelf out of my book case and damaged some other pieces. They did not use a dolly. Instead they took one box up to my apartment at a time. The manager I spoke to said that he believed they did the best they could and that he would return $60 to me. I’ve never received this refund. If they are truley liscenced, bonded and insured, they should be able to cover the dmaaged I incurred.

Overall the move went okay. This was a tough move at the new address as there were some stairs and the movers did an excellent job on getting everything upstairs. My hats off to them.

Received an estimate over phone from Matt who estimated that it would take 2 men about 4 hours to move approximately 10 large pieces of furniture and 3-5 large boxes. !! Please note that there was a stop in between where the men dropped off three pieces of furniture and then picked up 5 more pieces of large furniture, one being a piano. Josh and Steve arrived on time, were conscientious about being sure they knew which pieces were going to the second stop (not final destination), and quickly and efficiently loaded the furniture and boxes. They then made the second stop where they picked up the piano, again being quick and working hard. I consider myself to be very particular about how my furniture is treated and I was especially concerned about this piano which is 37 years old. The men were very careful and my piano, as well as all of the other pieces, arrived without a scratch on them. Josh and Steve were even kind enough to help me decide where a couple pieces of the furniture should go and unrolled a heavy 9'x12' wool rug and pad (and then moved it when I changed my mind about its position!) They accomplished all of this in less than 3 hours! I was impressed with their courtesy, sense of humor on a very humid, hot day, efficiency, price, and (most important) care to my items. I would recommend them without reservation.

Our move date was changed and the movers we had previously scheduled were not available on our new date. Busy Bee was able to allocate a crew to our move on short notice. The crew showed up a few minutes early, walked through the house to understand any complexities and then got to work. They carefully packed, loaded and were ready to go in about 2 hours. They went right to the new house and started unloading. Just like during loading they were quick, efficient and listened to instruction on where everything should go. They finished faster than expected which during a move is welcome news. I definitely recommend Busy Bee.

The move went very well. We were looking for a moving company that would do the entire move. We were trying to avoid being sent to a third party mover because of the distance. Busy Bee movers completed the entire move. They packed one day and moved the next so they/we did not incur hotel and meal expenses. This worked out well. Our movers, James and Josh were outstanding. They are very professional, efficient and personable. They were unfailingly kind and upbeat. These two men are gems in the moving industry. The price was the best by far and we would recommend this company to anyone.

They had no problem moving my piano. They did a great job getting it out and into my place. They definitely have knowledge about how to move these things in the best way. They were pleasant to work with and were well mannered. I would recommend them.

We have been extremely pleased with Busy Bee Movers for our 2 moves. They are prompt & punctual, friendly but professional, extremely courteous, knowledgeable about their work, hard-working, and their prices are very fair. Our first move was for an entire household, including basement, garage, piano, large refrigerator, etc. They know how to handle large bulky items and make it look easy. They did not damage any items, nor any woodwork, walls, floors. Our second move was much smaller, and they were so fast that we were just amazed how low the cost was. Once again -- no damages anywhere! Moving is always a difficult experience, but Busy Bee made it actually pleasant. Their invoice is very clear, detailed, easy to read and understand. There was no "padding" of costs whatsoever. Our family plans another move within a month and we look forward to using Busy Bee again. In fact, we will ask for the same workers, if they are available.

Good job in moving piano, but I was overcharged by $69.00. In spite of repeated phone calls to company, I haven't received the refund.

On August 13th the two gentlemen from Busy Bee arrived an hour early (WHICH IS GREAT). We were not completely ready for them but they were understanding got started where the could. The moved out all of my furniture and 75% of the boxes I had packed up. Upon arrival at my new town home the men promptly, efficiently, and without damage to ANYTHING moved all my belongings inside. I was highly impressed with Busy Bee movers and very satisfied with the overall cost considering all the additional moving they did. I would highly recommend Busy Bee movers and I would use them again without question.

They did a good job moving us. It was a standard experience.

We spent about $1500 for their services for moving both my husband and me. My husband's home was being moved from Zionsville and my home was being moved from Fishers to our home in Indianapolis. They did a good job and they were very careful. I don’t know them well enough to say that they were trustworthy. I know that a lot of moving companies will hire convicted felons; so you have to be careful about that. I am pretty sure that they do, but it wasn’t a problem for me. If there is a single female, then they need to check. We are planning on using their services again this month.

They arrived 6 hours earlier than they were supposed to. They did wait until we were ready without charging. As far the actual moving experience, they were fine and fairly quick. They had trouble hooking up the washer and dryer.

It was great! Four gentleman arrived and did an excellent job of moving everything.

They did a very good job. I had a favourable impression and I am satisfied. I would use them again if I had to.

Everything went exactly as planned. Timely with no damage.

It went very well. They worked very hard all day long. They even stored my things and took others to my son's home while I was waiting to move into my new home. They were also able to move my piano.

I am missing a 1 karat diamond tennis bracelet from one of my armoire drawers. They removed and packed personal belongings from one specific armoire drawer, including jewelry, when it was agreed that these items would remained untouched. The other drawer in the armoire was left untouched. About 1 week after the move, I realized my bracelet was missing. I called the owner 3 times regarding this issue, and was told he was out-of-town and he would reach me when he came back. He never called. I called him again, and was told I should have removed any valuable items prior to the move. I assured him the only reason I left valuable items in my belongings to be moved is because I was told any items left in drawers would not be touched, and they would be wrapped if left in drawers. They also damaged my cedar hope chest. The owner has not offered to look at my hope chest, or try to resolve the issue of my missing bracelet. Do not use Busy Bee Movers!

They moved my daughter the day after a big snow storm. They showed up , they didn't damage anything, they tried really hard considering the amount of snow we received the day before, their prices were excellent. They are great with point to point moving to other states.

The movers showed up right on time and worked quickly. Both were very careful with my items. They managed to finish the move quicker than I thought they would. Both were very friendly and professional.

I was totally impressed with the job they did. They did not ding anything up or break anything. There were three movers and it took them all day, so I don't think that is a bad price at all. We used this company about a year prior to that, and it was a similar experience with no problems. I will add that the fact that it took them all day for the last job, they were not goofing off or anything. I was right there pretty much the whole time.

This was pretty good. They nicked up a couple of things, but the owner came out and fixed them adequately. They didn't do a great job, but they were inexpensive. I think we had an inexperienced crew which was part of our problem, but we have heard that more experienced crews do a better job.

It went very well. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They were very quick in doing their work and it got done in a short amount of time. It was a small move, but I was still happy with their work.

I was not satisfied because they were an hour and a half late getting here and they were extremely slow. It took them an hour and a half or more longer than it should have. They put a permanent scratch on the top of my dryer. The edges of two TV cabinets were scratched. They hit numerous doorways coming in and out with the furniture. I had a tool box loaded with tools and they moved it end over end, causing the tools to be scrambled and two drawers to be jammed. I was totally unsatisfied and I would not use them again.

The movers arrived on July 26, 2008 as scheduled. The moving company owner knew I would be leaving on July 26 and traveling out of the country for 10 days. I showed the movers exactly what was to be moved and what was to stay. I also showed them where some furniture was to be moved to a different room. One piece was a large sectional which was to be put in the basement. The piece has to be carried across a portion of the ceramic tiled entry way. I scheduled a cleaning company to come later that day. I've known these people for over 20 years and they are honest and reliable. They arrived as the moving truck was pulling away. They immediately noticed gouges and scrapes in the walls and woodwork and two ceramic tiles in the entry way that had been cracked. The new owners came in and noticed the same damage and a painter also noticed the damage. All noticed the damage within 24 hours of the move. When I returned from the trip, I contacted the owner to report the damage. He informed me that all claims had to be filed the same day as the move (I was out of the country and the owner knew that). The cost of the wall repair was $290 and he offered a $100 dollar refund which has not yet been received. He offered to come out and check the damaged tiles; however, no attempt has been made by him to come out as of yet. Voice mail reminders to his business have been ignored. I have been informed (by tile contractors) that the only way the tiles could have been cracked would be by dropping or sitting an extremely heavy object on them. They are in the same area where the large sectional was being moved. The tile people also have informed me that these tiles may not be able to be repaired or replaced because the tile may not be made anymore.

Work began at 8:30 am, was moved into new house by 4:30pm. Guys worked straight through lunch. Also helped install appliances correctly. Nothing was damaged, one small scratch on hardwood floors in main entry.
