Description of Work: I was moving from Illinois to Greenwood. The truck was over 4 hours late with no response as to why or when they would arrive. The truck looked like it was on its last leg. My furniture had to go into storage, which I had arranged in Greenwood, but due to the late arrival, they reached the storage unit early the next day. When I went to the unit to retrieve a few items, we couldn't get the door opened due to the terrible packing. I had made arrangements for another unit but they didn't use it. Furniture was scratched, boxes smashed, and general mess. I had the same company deliver the items when the house I purchased closed. I complained about the service and nothing was done. They lost the bolts to put four beds together so I had to purchase more and make arrangements to have that done. It was a terrible experience and I am not able to recommend them. Since living here, I had two men and a truck move my daughter to her condo and they were very good. Busy bee did not wrap items and Two men wrapped everything and were very cordial.

Description of Work: Rich and Mark moved me from Bloomington, IN to Cleveland, OH. It was about 99 degrees on the day they packed me up on those two didn't miss a beat working through the heat. over all I couldn't be more pleased.

Overall I was very satisfied.
Description of Work: They were a couple hours late getting to my place but they were professional, courteous and efficient. They were very careful not to hit walls or damage furniture.

THE THREE YOUNG MEN FROM THE COMPANY WERE EXTREMELY HARD WORKING AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ABLE TO MOVE ALL OUR BELONGINGS IN ONE TRUCK AND IN THE PAST IT HAD TAKEN A COMPANY TWO TRIPS. THIS SAVED SEVERAL HOURS AND APPROX $250.

THEY BROKE OFF A PIPE AND LEFT WATER FLOWING INTO OUR BASEMENT. THE TOOK APART A BED AND DIDNT PUT IT BACK TOGETHER, AND THEY LOST SOME SCREWS TO THE BED. THEY MESSED UP THE HALLWAY. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
