Description of Work: They opened my pool, serviced it all summer, and then closed it in October. They also made a variety of repairs last Fall and this summer. I switched from using Terry Pools at the end of the summer of 2013 and had Burke Pool Co close my pool and make some repairs to my in ground spa/hot tub prior to the end of the 2013 season. I have been very happy with the change and all aspects of the service I received from Burke Pool Co. They were always on time, came out promptly when there was an issue and made repairs as needed. Someone always answers the phone when you call and is able to answer questions.Having a pool is expensive, but it is an expense we are happy to pay if the service provided by the pool company keeps the pool and spa in good operating condition throughout the season. Burke Pool Co delivered good service throughout the season giving us peace of mind and ensuring our enjoyment of our pool. I would recommend them.

 + -1 morePOOR SERVICE. WATER TESTING PRODUCED INCORRECT RESULT. IGNORED MANY VERBAL AND WRITTEN REQUESTS TO RETURN POOL COVER AFTER CLEANING. MEMBER THREATENED TO RESORT TO LEGAL ACTION FOR RETURN OF POOL COVER OR COST OF REPLACEMENT.
