Description of Work: Bruns Auto took a look at several problems related to my tires/brakes. They were able to parse out quickly what needed to be done immediately, and what were not real problems. They were also better able to explain the issues than the chain car repair place I had tried previously. The latter was important as the car is rather old and I did not want to put large chunks of money into the car. I'd gladly use them again.

 + -1 moreThey got me in very quickly and got the work done in only two days. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and gave me several options before he did any work. The price seemed a little high ($267), but I don't have anything to compare it to. The car is running great now, and I'd definitely use them again.
Description of Work: My front right brake was into the rotor, which he replaced. The fuse for the engine cooling element was also blown, and he replaced that with the one from my rear window defrost. They also did a standard check of the entire car.

 + -1 moreExcellent experience. My car was checked early in the day and an assessment of what was needed was reported to me by mid-morning. Though I had reported that I thought I needed an alignment, the staff at Bruns advised that a tire rotation was all that was necessary. The level of trust I have for Ray and Mark Bruns and their staff is extremely high. You never get the feeling that they will trump up the charges on you for unnecessary work. The work was completed quickly, and the car was returned in very neat order. I feel very confident in the honesty of the staff as well as the quality of their work.
Description of Work: Checked battery and charging system, replaced battery, rotated tires and repaired faulty windshield seal.
