The concern was that the estimate was left on a business card. I expect for this amount of money a formal written contract work proposal as others bidding provided. I expected a report of bonding, insurance, and workmen's comp coverage. I did not get that, and was disappointed. This company did not get the bid for price & lack of documentation on bonding, insurance, workmen's comp as others willingly provided.

Description of Work: Removed two trees that were growing against privacy fence and were close to the structure. They took great care not to damage fence and did a great job and cleaned up after job was complete.

Description of Work: I hired Broad Ripple Tree Service to finish a job a prior tree service had started that had turned into a disaster. The experience was amazing. Jerry sent two crews to my house knowing what we had been through with the prior company and got the job done as quickly and painlessly as they could. They removed 8 80-100 ft ash trees from my yard, and removed the debris from about 1 80-100 ft ash tree. The crews were wonder and the lead guy ( so sorry I have forgotten the gentleman's name) was awesome. He came and told me when they were heading to lunch, etc.. they did their best to minimize the debris and clean up as best they could. I was very happy and will use them again in the future.
