Overall, very well. Team worked on a Saturday to remove two dead ash trees from my back yard. Their team felled the trees, cut them up and hauled away. One of the trees accidentally broke a small section of my fence, but they were good to their word and replaced the fence along with a few extra fence pickets. This was my 2nd use of BRTS, and I will definitely keep them at the top of my list for future needs.

This is the 3rd time we have used Broad Ripple Tree Service. They are the best around. Kenny Cupp did an excellent job getting the dead out of the tree and cutting back branches that were hanging over the house. The rest of the guys did and fantastic job cleaning up the yard. You would never know anyone was on the lawn.

They did a fantastic job!!! Kenny Cupp, the guy who did the climbing and sawing, dropped the tree right on target. The other guys did a fantastic job shredding the limbs, grinding up the stump and cleaning up afterwards. You would never know they were here. Awesome group of guys!!!

We've been using them for 20 years. The workers and owner are delight to work with, very consciousness and did a throughout job.

They came out quickly and removed five trees in one day.

The two trees were overgrown and we need to have our power lines dropped. They were quick to get the work done, after the power lines were removed. They shaped the tress exactly how we had to requested.

They had a great crew come out and cleaned up after the job was finished.

I was very happy with their services. I had a maple that looked very distressed. It did have aphids. I had 2 maples out front and they treated them very well. I'm already on their calendar for next spring.

We used them after the insurance agreed to the estimate for repairs. The thing I liked about them is that they could do the job in one day. We were trying to sell the house and that was great that they could do it in one day.

They have always came out. I was on the phone with them after the storm and they were in the area and one of the guys stopped by when I was on the phone with them. They are wonderful. They had to remove all the debris so they could put the fence back up.

They cleaned up after themselves. I think there were three workers and it took two hours.

Two days after we received a quote from Broad Ripple Tree Service for removal of several trees, the owner, Jerry (whom I had never met), came onto the property without advance notice and without announcing himself when he arrived, and walked around to to back yard to survey the job that had been quoted by his employee. When I asked who he was and what he wanted, he was extremely rude, interrupted me repeatedly, and told me that his quoter was a neophyte and had proposed too low of a price. Jerry said he didn't even want the job and that I should be grateful that I had gotten the quote I did because no other company would be likely to take the job. He was very surly and aggressive. I tried to pose a couple of questions to understand the basis for the quote but he cut me off and barked about how difficult the job would be. I am wondering whether his nastiness was simply posturing to make me want to turn down his bid, or whether he simply thought that he could bully a woman and get me to agree that his employee had made a mistake that would justify a new, higher quote. I will never do business with this company. The bad attitude and complete absence of courtesy tell the story -- this is not a company to do business with if you want to deal in good faith and with good will to accomplish a difficult task.

Wonderful...they said the tree looked safe. So no work done.

All employees were polite and professional. They arrived and began working right away only stopping for lunch. They cleaned up the yard after finishing and made it look as if they had not been there. Will hire them again in the future.

While the office staff was nice and the work was expedient, the workers did a sub par job. They did remove the very large limb but in the process moved the pieces of the shattered fence onto our landscaping as well as "cleaned up" by blowing the remnants of the limb along with shattered glass which I mentioned to them before they began the work (the falling limb caught our patio lights on it's way down) all into our grass which is now a danger to our children. Finally, they left lots and lots of small tree branches all over the cleaned up area -- not really what I thought I was getting for $1095.00

Broad Ripple Tree Service may have just saved me from having to remove two infested ash trees. Another tree service had let me down by allowing me to go a year past when treatment was due with no reminder and then not coming when they said they would after I called them. So I was scrambling to find somebody else to come out quickly before the treatment window ran out. Broad Ripple was able to come out the next business day and complete the work at just slightly more than their estimate over the phone. I'm very relieved, and Broad Ripple was a life saver. Thanks!

They always arrive when they say they will and clean up after. Last time they were here they were trimming mature trees to keep branches away from the house and lawn. When they discovered a diseased tree, they took it down for a reduced price since they were already here.

Broad ripple Tree Service is great. They are professional and easy to work with. Their price is fair. They did work for me and cleaned up all debris.

BR Tree Service came the very same day that I called. They chopped up the fallen limb and disposed of all the debris in a very short period of time. They were prompt and efficient. They did an excellent clean up job.

Broad Ripple Tree Service was able to come more quickly than two other contractors that we contacted. Their price was a couple hundred dollars over the lowest bid, but they were able to come right away. One other contractor was way higher in price. The head of the crew was Pedro who was here a couple years ago to remove a pesky cottonwood tree in our back yard. He again demonstrated with his crew the ability to take out limbs in a way to bring them to the ground safely away from the house. His crew worked hard and rarely stopped to rest. The job was almost done in one day, but they had to stop at dark and come back the next day to get the trunk of the tree and ground out the stump. They did a good job of going deep on the stump and removed much of the extra stump grindings to leave a nearly flat area where the tree had been. I believe after a little settling, the ground should be pretty flat.

Excellent. They stacked it exactly where I wanted it and stacked it so that air could circulate plus they covered it back up with the tarp! Their firewood is always delivered well seasoned. I have used BR Tree Service multiple times for firewood and tree trimming and have never been disappointed! great job!
