When I called to confirm, the price was significantly higher than other estimates I received so I will not be using Broad Ripple Tree Service.

They were very clean. It was a tight corner around the garage, it took a bit of extra work. I have a narrow driveway was well, but they did a good job. They showed up when they said they would as well.

Small tree removal. Right after a large snow storm. Very helpful. Great rate. Will hire in the future.

Went perfectly. Wood was delivered while I was at work and I am now set for the rest of the winter.

Trimmed large trees and raised canopies. Cut back overgrown branches near the fence. Cleaned up mess and left firewood stacked neatly. Really great service and staff!

This was our first year to use this company. We were assured that all wood was completely dry and ready for burning. The delivery people were prompt and efficient. The price was in line with what we have paid in years past with other providers. However, the wood is terrible. It most definitely is not dry or fast burning. We have to keep our gas starter on constantly in order to have a fire. When we contacted the company, they said that our wood was fine and that we must not be burning it correctly if it isn't burning. We will not be using this provider again for wood or tree services.

Did a major trim and cleanup of a huge pin oak in the front yard. Cut back limbs over the house and street, limbed up the tree and cleaned up the yard, gutters sidewalk and street. 4 hours working nonstop.

The pricing is competitive (actually the best out of the people we called) and the service is excellent. Very prompt and professional.

I have had the same tree trimmed at least 15 times over the last 25 years. Broad Ripple Tree has trimmed it on many occasions as well as other tree trimming firms. In 2012 BR Tree did the work. In 2012 the communication between the estimator and the work crew was severely lacking. The work was not performed as promised. After calling to express concerns the tree was trimmed as agreed to. In 2013 I met the estimator and reviewed past problems and current expectations. Crew arrived unexpectedly the following day. Estimator had confirmed an advance telephone call would be made which did not happen. Crew was not given full instructions of what was expected. After explaining my expectations to the crew foreman, the work crew did a good job. I called the office to express my concerns while crew was on site. They were apologetic. Work order did not have agreed upon work expectations or notice to call before arrival. As with other tree firms - an advanced call allows my presence at time of work for confirmation of work expectations and to verify work crew received correct work order. I have been burned with poor performance of this and other contractors in the past and I expected a follow through on a simple agreement. The estimator failed to communicate with me and his crew as I had asked. Work crew did good work. Future use of this company will be based on their responses to my work request at time of future estimate. I would caution any to not rely entirely on the verbal agreement with the estimator. Be on site when the work is conducted to resolve any discrepancies/expectations.

very prompt service, received estimate day after calling, called to schedule work for following week and then the office called back with a crew available that afternoon, crew was very pleasant and performed the needed work well The only problem was with their equipment. A bolt came loose on the chipper and they had to borrow tools to put it back together. Also the bucket truck used for the trimming was leaking hydraulic oil fluid. That truck was pulled into the yard to access the tree for trimming. So after they left I had to put kitty litter on the front walk to absorb that oil. I also have three large brown spots in my grass where the bucket lift leaked oil as they moved around the tree.

All went well. We have used them in the past. Right on time, got to it, and cleaned up nicely. Their price was competitive with several other well-regarded tree companies. They charge 3% extra if you want to use a credit card so have your check ready.

Fine. They came and sprayed the tree. There wasn't a set time for them to come. They left their bill in the front door.

It went great, from their providing an estimate within two days of our request to scheduling the work a very short time thereafter to the completion of the work. Responsiveness was excellent. The workers did everything that we had requested in a timely and efficient manner and cleaned up and hauled away all the debris. We had expected a major disruption in our day, but the process was amazingly quiet and non-intrusive.

They were prompt and professional. You get what you pay for. They do good work.

Arrived on time and were able to drop and remove the tree in a short period of time. Very little damage to yard and landscaping, especially given the size of the tree. Very professional. No issues.

They did a a great job. Nothing fell on the house or the roof and the root was ground down so that you cannot even tell that a tree was there. They removed all the debris. Highly recommended.

It went very well! The crew showed up promptly after receiving a phone call before they left the job ahead of ours. The crew was professional and did a great job. It was amazing to see one of the men climb the large Sycamore when a truck couldn't get into the back yard. The yard was cleaned up and was spotless when they left. Items such as a glass table, a cement bench and clay pots were moved so as to not get damaged. We would definitely use Broad Ripple Tree Service again.

They came a day early after calling to say they were available. Weather was quiet and they completed work and cleaned up and hauled away. They were courteous and efficient. I was very pleased.

It must be understood that we have a very heavily wooded property with scores of valuable trees which need maintenance and also many trees that are too skinny or too old which have to be thinned out from time to time. The owner, Jerry Dunlevy, visited to give us an estimate the same day we called. The estimate was reasonable so we accepted it. We've done business satisfactorily with BR Tree for years so we felt confident in doing so. BR Tree's crew arrived with three men, a bucket truck, a shredder machine and a waste truck within a day of our acceptance. The foreman understood our specific instructions and followed them to the letter. All work seemed to be performed skillfully and neatly. All wasted matter was cleaned up and removed. The working foreman and his two assistants worked steadily and the entire job was completed within the day.

We have counted on Jerry and his team for years, and they have never let us down. They again did excellent work and delivered exactly what they promised. They are very considerate, professional, and hard working. We recommend Jerry and his team to anyone. Jerry is always very careful when giving his excellent advice to customers. He is unbelievably knowledgeable. Treemendous!!

I called for a quote. A few days later they called and quoted $650 for removal of the ash tree. My husband and I talked it over and based on their reviews and price we decided to use them. I called on the 3rd of July to schedule the service and they came out on the 9th. They removed the tree to within a couple of inches of the ground, they mulched up the branches and took the firewood and raked up the wood chips from the ground. Took them a couple of hours. They did a great job.

The crew did a great job cleaning up a large silver maple and a bradford pear that needed some re-shaping after losing a large limb. The trees look great and everything was cleaned up. They took great care with the truck on the lawn. Geraldo, the crew leader, was very friendly and helpful. Price was much more reasonable than other quotes I had.

As Broad Ripple Tree Service has done each spring for 7 years, they came out at the scheduled date and time , looked at all our trees (we have about 10 old-growth trees, and found all to be in good shape, with no service needed this year.
