Work was done promptly as agreed. The site was left clean.

Prompt response for estimate and prompt, clean tree removal. Was not home for either estimate or work. Wood cut and piled neatly where requested (not split but cut into fire pit/place lengths). Stump removal done well.

They were prompt coming out and getting us a quote. They came out a couple days later. Everything was done real well. Their quote was over a 1/3 less than the other quotes we got. Price includes discount for Angie's List members.

Broad Ripple Tree Service arrived a little early. I met with the foreman and we discussed their plans and my concerns. It didn't take long for me to appreciate everything about this company. They worked really hard and it was obvious that they cared about how the trees looked around our home. I highly recommend this company and crew. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Job 1: They did a good job and cleaned up the yard when they were done. Job 2: They did a great job, including the cleanup. They had to avoid power lines in removing all the trees. Jim Foster is a magician in the lift bucket. This is the second time I have used them in the last 6 months.

Very pleased with their work. They were able to do the work within a week of accepting their quote, they were on time, pleasant and cleared up all the debris that was created.

Good! Everyone was gone w/in 3 hours, and the work looks fantastic. The foreman was very polite and made sure that he did exactly what we asked for. The estimate was promised to us on a Monday morning, and we did get it two days late, though.

Pat Flanagan came to give an estimate on our project. He was polite, knowledgeable and showed up when he said he would. We've chosen to go with a company that gave us a cheaper bid, but I would not hesitate to work with Mr. Flanagan. (Their price was similar to most of the other quotes we got) He knows his work and had some helpful suggestions. He was also willing to work around our specific needs / requests.

Company service was good and timely but wood was not seasoned long enough and was wet due I guess to being outside in the snow.

The service I received was excellent and timely. I did not meet anyone from the tree service face to face. We did all of our business over the phone. They trimmed my tree along with two other jobs in the neighborhood on the same day. They did exactly what I wanted and cleaned everything up as if they had not been at my house. It was done while I was at work and I left the check with one of the neighbors. They left the receipt in my mailbox. I am very very pleased with how EASY this was. The price quoted was what I paid AND it was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Job 1: Nice, efficient, and the wood was in small pieces. It is seasoned and burned well. Job 2: Quick, efficient. The wood is average in quality.

They used another firm in Hamilton county, and the service was poor overall. They would not tell me when they were coming, they were not cheap, and I had to bother them with repeated calls just to get them to come out by 9:30 after a major snow. They guy who came out acted like he wanted tip, but they told me that no tip was required. The guy also ripped up a large area of my lawn which was next to my driveway. I cancelled service with this service and went to another Angie's List member and am happy.

I called on a Wednesday for an estimate and sent an e-mail with pictures of the work I wanted completed. Jerry came out the next day and gave an estimate. I called Friday morning to approve the estimate and the crew came out that afternoon and completed the work. The crew was experienced and completed the job effectively.

We were very pleased with this vendor selection. Broad Ripple came out and provided a free estimate within days of my initial call. When I called back with follow-up questions they took the time to explain the work in greater detail. They worked with us to schedule the service for the one week that we planned to be in town after closing on our house. Their crew showed up on time, was polite & professional, and did a terrific job. They worked quickly and cleaned up all the debris. I definitely felt that this company knew their business and was confident in doing what they advised. Our trees look great and we feel much better about their stability in a storm.

THEY REMOVED TWO TREES AND THREE STUMPS AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING SO WELL. I'VE USED THEM FOR YEARS AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY ACCOMMODATING (COMING OUT LATE AT NIGHT TO CLEAR LIMBS FROM THE ROAD, ETC). THEY EVEN SPREAD THE MULCH (WOOD CHIPS) FOR ME THAT CAME FROM THE TREES. THEY JUST COULDN'T HAVE BEEN NICER.

Representative came the day I called and gave price for service. They came the next day to do the job. They were very careful and respectful of my and neighbor's property. After the tree was down they cleaned up. The ornamental tree was deadwooded and the large limb over my deck was removed. All debris was taken with them. The job was done professionally and excellently. The price was fair and they accepted the coupon in the Angie's List book. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were on time and did what was on estimate. In the back yard, they used a bucket truck to reach the trees and had a hydraulic leak while up in the air. The fluid covered the deck, stone walk and grass. I was told they would be back to clean it up. Called all through August and just got the run around. Was finally told that Jerry would get some guys out to clean deck and steps and reseed yard. He did not want to pull crews off scheduled jobs. It's 01-06 and I'm still waiting.

Trees cleared and branches trimmed without problem, but after a 1/2 dozen calls to find out why the firewood was not left at the site and to straighten out the delivery of the firewood, we still have not received delivery of the wood. I waited over 4 months and it is still not resolved.

THEY CLEANED UP VERY WELL AND TRIMMED UP TREES VERY WELL. REMOVED HUGE EVERGREEN TREES AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. DIDN'T LEAVE ANY LEFTOVER TREE TRIMMINGS.

Came as scheduled when we had 8'' of snow. Arrived before 10am to plow the driveway and area behind our garage. On schedule with them for future plowing this winter. Very happy with work. I originally called the office to get someone lined up because we were going out of town. They called me back within an hour, and now have set up a credit card charge so they will automatically come, and I don't have to worry about a check each time. They made it very easy for me, and I was pleased with their response and the work they did.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE YARD IS REALLY CLEAN. THE CREW WAS A GOOD SIZE CREW, THERE WAS ABOUT 7. THEY JUST CAME IN AND DID IT AND CLEANED EVERYTHING UP AND THEY WERE GONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Timely response (next day delivery) and good price. Wood was seasoned, but a little wet from the rainy weather.

I was not home for the work, though the work was done well. The area was cleaned up well. My only slight complaint was that when I had called in to set up the work, after getting a written estimate (they dropped it off in mailbox) I spoke with the receptionist, due to my not being home she said just to leave the check in my door. I really did not like that idea, I wanted to review the work before paying. She was okay with that, though she did also say everyone else does. I did not feel the extra comment was needed. All that said, they did do a good job and I would use them again
