Broad Ripple Tree service was very competitive on price. They showed up when promised, removed the tree and debris away. Crew was friendly, polite and respectful.

They were very responsive. I called on a Monday. The representative was out on Tuesday to provide the estimate. I wish I could have been home to chat with the representative. The estimate was not very detailed and a bit high compared to my other estimate. I decided to go with another company for this reason.

There work was excellent on time and best priced.

They did a thorough job and didn't charge as much as the others I have called. They also came within a week of calling. I have given their name to my friends.

We decided to go with the hourly rate of $250 as recommended by the estimator, and it saved us a lot of money as the estimate was $1100. The guys were nice, they did a good job, did it a little faster than I had expected, and did an excellent job of cleaning up. I think my patio was cleaner when they finished than before they started! They arrived late due to an address error, but were still done by the time I had originally expected as I had budgeted for 4 hours. They checked with me before doing anything big, which I appreciated. I checked on the work periodically and they were open to discussion throughout the time they were at my house so that the work was exactly what I wanted.

They were excellent. I was impressed with how quickly they got here. They were here the same day I called for the estimate.

Great company! They came out and gave me a written estimate within 48 hours and were able to schedule the work within 2 weeks. The crew was polite, efficient, and professional. They got right to business and cleaned up afterwards. When they arrived, I asked if they could stack the sections of the tree in my backyard instead of removing it. They said no problem. They also disposed of a little pine tree and some other wood that I wanted removed at no extra charge. Thought the price was very reasonable as they are clearly highly experienced and knowledgeable, and I know this is their busy season. Will definitely call them again.

They arrived on the day scheduled and performed the work quickly although it was the hottest day of the year thus far. They removed stumps and chipped all debris. An outstanding job and genuine concern to ensure the task was performed to my satisfaction.

The workers arrived before the scheduled time and completed the work very promptly. They were courteous and left the area clean. We were very impressed and would be happy to have them do our work in the future.

Great service and price. I called with an emergency situation. One tree was split in three sections. We were afraid it would fall on our house and the neighbor's house. They rushed to remove the tree before anything bad happened. They arrived and did work as promised, on time.

The four man crew was on time, highly professional, worked quickly, and left no trace of being there with the exception of my trees were gone. I will definitely use them again in the future. The only discrepency I had was with the Angie's list print out that said they accepted Visa. They would only accept a check.

Experience with this company was very good. The crew arrived within 15 minutes of the appointed time and walked through the property with me to insure they understood what I wanted done. The crew worked without wasted time or effort for six and one-half hours. The result was a professional job and the clean up was exceptional. The following incident illustrates one advantage of working with a company of their size. During the tree triming, their truck with a 'cherry picker' which was being used to permit the workers to trim the higher portions of the trees became inoperable. Another truck with a 'cherry picker' was immediately dispatched to our property and the work was competed without any significant delay.

Excellent experience. I called and they came for an estimate the next day. Scheduled trimming for the next week. They were in and out and cleaned up quickly. Excellent work, just as quoted. Highly recommended.

The trimming was very successfully done and created the clearance from the house that was both wanted and agreed upon. While they fertilized a couple of trees, it has not been evident that they are better for it. However, the company's representative has at least followed up and concluded that a benefit is observable but to give it time. Therefore, we will wait and see.

He wrote his report out on the back of a business card, and was only out for about 10 minutes. I would have like a little more information. I wasn't really impressed, even though.

Jerry quickly came out and made the estimate. Andrea worked the small job into their schedule in about a week. Tim lead the crew and made several suggestions on which cuts to make that improved on what I had asked to have done and helped the tree. Great job, done quickly and professionally.

Prompt estimate made the same day as I called them. They did an excellent clean-up of the yard. It was virtually no trace that they were there. Worth their price.

From the very beginning this was a wonderful company to work with. They were easy to make contact with, both by telephone and over the internet. The arrived on time the day of the appointment and finished in a timely manner. My only complaint was that a couple of pieces of lawn furniture were moved and not replaced and they were way too heavy for me. One of the workers also left a soft drink bottle in the yard.

They do a good job. They cut them down real low. They are very pleasant when I call them.

I have never had a tree removed before. Since they wanted to come as soon as possible, it did not correspond with my day off. They asked me to leave a check in the mailbox, which is the same as paying before the work is done, since I couldn't be there that day. I did not appreciate being asked to do that. They agreed to let me mail my check. The tree was removed to my satisfaction. There was a little bit of debris left in my front yard, which I had to clean up before I mowed. Overall, it was an acceptable experience.

They did an excellent job. I can not say enough about his company they are very good. They dug up some plants that I had around the tree and they asked me if I wanted them to replant them someplace else but I didn't know where I wanted them so I did not have them replant them. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

We appreciated his coming out to give us an estimate, but we were able to get the work done at a considerably lower price.

Did an excellent job and I felt at a reasonable price.
