Excellent work. The estimate and work were all completed within a weeks time. Everyone was very courteous and on time. Even though it was only 28 degrees outside they didn't slack off and cleaned up very well. I would definitely use then again!

I called on Thursday and they came on Friday to remove the stump. These people are efficient, very dependable, produce good work, and do excellent clean-up.

I didn't hire them because they were steep in price. The price was my draw back. They were prompt and came when they said they would.

Everything went very smoothly. I received an estimate, which was $500 lower than the other estimate I requested. The work was completed, and I was very happy with the results. I would use again.

This service was great! They came in with the lowest (by far) estimate of 3; did the work promptly and efficiently. Left the yard looking great!

The work crew was very professional and courteous. They cleaned up after the work was done. They did an excellent job.

Called yesterday, the company rep stopped by one hour later, gave a reasonable quote and the crew started the very next day. Work was completed in a professional manner, this included cleanup. The crew was very safe, securing lines in trees for personnel as well as taking care not to let the falling limbs damage and of the small ornamentals. The price was fair for the work performed, I think the grading for this (below) should be re-thought.

They did a good job. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves.

I appreciated that the estimator came to my house the day after I called, but I was disappointed in the presentation of the estimate. All of the other estimates I received (I received a total of 4) were neatly written estimates that thoroughly detailed the work to be done. This estimate was not considered due to incomplete information.

They did excellent work. They had very short turnaround time, great clean-up, and the lowest of 3 bids.

They are punctual and professional and I'm extremely pleased with their service.

I trust Angie's List! The rep that came was very receptive, professional and friendly. As a result, 5 people in my court have had their trees cut by Broadripple Tree Service.

Delivered one day later than I was told on the phone when I ordered it, which wasn't a big deal. Apparently I should have been given a date range rather than a specific day. Good wood, but it may be just a little new higher moisture content than I would have preferred. Also, after arranging with them for the delivery, the second supplier called me back, and I learned they would have been $10 cheaper. However, the stacking was done very well, and driveway was cleaned up after the delivery. Since they had to use a wheelbarrow to get the wood to the back yard, I was pleased they would do so.

Jerry came out quickly to give an estimate. They also came out quicker than estimated to actually do the work. The guys who cut the tree and bushes down were clean, polite and professional. They even raked the leaves up after the tree was cut down! We are very pleased with their work. We've used Broad Ripple Tree Service many times in the past, and will continue to use them in the future!

Since the tree was in the backyard behind the garage, it was difficult to get to. So an elevated hydraulic bucket would be needed. We felt the price was too high for one tree. They did send an estimator out within a day who gave a written estimate on-the-spot.

I had to call them back to get the work scheduled. They did show up on time once they scheduled my work. They left quite a mess, including a lot of sawdust in my grass and dents in the yard from falling limbs.

They were prompt, completed work quickly, and removed all evidence that they were there. I highly recommend them.

I called to request an estimate. They were timely in their response and provided an estimate for the project. I will keep them in mind for future projects.

She sent someone over as soon as she could, and I was only an hour late for work. I greatly appreciated her efforts and assistance and now know what to do if I need someone again. I have hundreds of landscape blocks lining my long driveway. I got out and put up red wire flags showing the plower where to go. He maneuvered it perfectly and didn't damage the blocks, driveway, or landscaping. He patiently listened as I shared what was around the property, and I even showed him a photo that helped.

Nice crew of 2 men who delivered firewood. They had to wheelbarrow it around the back of the house and into a porch, and on to rack. It was not an easy job and they cheerfully did it in the rain. The firewood looks great, too. Perfect size and seasoned.

Fast response and estimate. Here when promised. Best bid of three obtained to do the work. Took away some old firewood also. Cleaned up after the work.

They are very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable about tree trimming. They disposed of the debris completely. They were a pleasure to work with!

They were very responsive from 1st contact to completion of project. They arrived on time, were very professional and hardworking, and had a competitive price. They did exactly the work that I had requested, and did a very good clean up. Overall, a great job and I will call them again for any more tree work.

Broad Ripple Tree service showed up with a large crew of workers and made quick work of a large tree and many tree limbs, that needed removed. They said, they would be done with everything by noon, to which, I rolled my eyes and thought ''yeah right''. To my surprise they were done an hour early!! This was a lot of work, that would have taken me weeks. Many thanks for a job well done.

They showed up on time and finished the work within 2 to 2.5 hours. They cleaned up after themselves. Hard to tell that they were even there. Would hire them again.
