Broad Ripple Tree Service Inc

I needed this work to be done on very short notice as one of the conditions for closing on the sale of my house. Broad Ripple Tree Service provided an estimate within one day of my request. After receiving another estimate for more money, I called back to accept their proposal. They were able to work in my small job the same day I called and by the time I arrived at the house that evening, both trees and all signs of their removal and resulting debris were completely removed. They agreed to allow me to mail the payment to their office the next day. All was handled in a very efficient and professional manner with minimal effort on my part. I am very satisfied with the process and results.

We had a tree on our property line that we shared our neighbor. They had to drop the tree on my neighbors lawn. They cleaned it up so well you wouldn't have even known (no leaves or twigs). They do a great job overall, the employees are courteous and nice and fast.

They were very prompt. They got the job done in a very timely manner. They cleaned up all the branches and debris from the trimming. They were about market price.

I had too many branches close to my house so I had them cut down and trimmed up! The company was a little expensive but I still went with them because of their promptness.

They cleaned up well afterwards and charged reasonable prices. They were very prompt in coming out to do the work.

Crew did a nice job and cleaned up debris.

There bid was very competitive. They were extremely professional and careful. The really did a good job mitigating any risk to the property. I would recommend them to others with out hesitation. They dug up a couple shrubs to protect them from damage without me even asking. Excellent company.

We were satisfied with the job. Price was good...the lowest of 3 estimates received. Pretty good responsiveness in a time when all tree services were busy with storm damage work. Good job of cleaning up the mess. Left a few moderate "dents" in the lawn from the removal, but nothing huge, which we thought was reasonable considering the size of the tree members.

They were really good. They provided the estimate quickly, on a Saturday which surprised me. The man that came out walked around with me to make sure he knew what I wanted to have done. They also worked quickly and cleaned up nicely when they were finished. When they came out the first time, the machine they needed to grind the stumps broke down. It rained several days after that and they came back out when the rain stopped and were able to grind the stumps.

The rep came the next day to do the estimate and we were able to schedule the job for the following week. They cleared away everything, as promised, and were quick and neat about it. This is the second time we used Broad Ripple Tree Service. Since we live in an older neighborhood w/mature trees, I am sure it won't be the last time we call them!

They were able to perform the work very quickly from the time I first contacted them. They did break some fencing with falling limbs, but I did not ask them to fix as the tree was in a very tight space between the alley power lines and my privacy fence and garage. Overall very happy with this service and would use them again.

I HAVE BEEN USING THEIR SERVICES SINCE 1992. HE KNOWS WHAT TO DO WHETHER I'M HERE OR NOT. HE IS REALLY GOOD AND VERY THOROUGH. THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND ARE VERY GOOD ABOUT IT. THEY WERE REALLY BUSY AFTER A STORM AND I ASKED TO BE PUT ON THE LIST AND THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT THE NEXT DAY. THEY ARE REAL FRIENDLY. IT COSTS $275 AN HOUR AND FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK THAT THEY DO IN SUCH A SHORT TIME IT IS WORTH IT.

Overall, I'm satisfied, but there were some communication problems. To be fair, there have been many storms recently and I am sure the office is busy. I called on a Monday, I was given a quote, and was told that the job would be done by close of business Tuesday. I contacted the office Wednesday morning and received an apology and that the person would find out just what was going on, and would call me back shortly. No call was received on either office or cell. No message was left. I left a voice message in the afternoon. At approximately 7pm workers show up at my door. (No notice). Despite my reluctance about disturbing my neighbors during the dinner hour, I authorized them to continue because the tree was in danger of falling on the house. As for the job, I watched the entire operation and was impressed at the two-man crew Greg and Jose. Both were hard-working and professional. The job was done quickly and the clean up was complete. I will use them again. Note that I have given them a C grade for punctuality because I had no idea they were coming. Same reason for a B grade in responsiveness. Again, cudos for the crew.

They did a good job and were very knowledgeable about their trade. They have a arborist on staff which makes a big difference to me.

They did a GREAT job. I was very pleased with their work. They cleaned up all of the limbs and leafs that were on the ground after they cut the limb off. The back yard looked cleaner than it did before they started. They even took some other large limbs that had been stacked in the corner of my yard since I bought the house.

I was very pleased with the promptness from my original call to the appraisal to the completed work. Company has good equipment to complete any tree problem.

All work done in one day: took down the tree from top to bottom, and then burred the stump as best as possible.

This was an unmitigated disaster. My backyard now looks like a nuclear bomb went off. I told them I wanted to be home when they got there to do the work, but after one cancellation and a delay, I talked with their secretary and said it would be okay for them to do the work when I was not home. I am very sorry I made that decision. Instead of removing the one tree that I had tied a ribbon to (as instructed), they took out EVERY SINGLE scrub tree. Also the bushes look like they used a machete, and they took off a lot more than the two feet I asked for. I called them, absolutely furious and dismayed, since this changes the look of our whole backyard. I talked to the man who did the work and he basically admitted it was a "screw-up" (after asking me what it said on the original estimate, which I read out to him - there was no indication he was supposed to remove every tree.) I've asked them to return to grind the remaining stumps so we can at least plant something new.

We called for an estimate and a live person answered. We had an estimate the same day we called for $325. The next day after the estimate we called for service. Broad Ripple Tree Service came out the next day during the afternoon and performed the work while I was at the house. The crew acknowledged their presence and confirmed the work that was to be completed. The crew completed the job and cleaned the yard of the limbs satisfactory.

Excellent service. Emailed them at night, received a call an estimate in the morning after they stopped by my house. Work was done in no time. I will go back to them for other needs.

They were about half the price of anybody else. They came with a huge crew and an enormous flat bed truck that they put in the driveway. The trimming was wonderful, but they did leave a pile of limbs. They just missed it. I called them and when they came they said it wasn't their mess and didn't know anything about it. Also, the flat bed truck unearthed about 3 or 4 logs that were lining my driveway. I didn't realized it happened until they actually got loose and started rolling into the driveway. Their job of trimming was just excellent though. They did what I asked.

They were excellent. We've used them before and we will use them again.

These guys were phenomenal! They came out with a large crew with lots of trucks. They lifted the tree off the house without damaging anything and then proceeded to cut it up (this tree was about 75 ft tall!). They left a small stump in it's place. They cleaned up our driveway and even gave us information about what we would need to do to fix our roof which turned out to be very accurate. It was just amazing to watch them work. We had used this company in the past and plan on using them again in the spring to do more work.

They did the work very quickly and did a great job protecting the other tree, and handled the job exactly as I expected. I was very pleased with the results.

They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. The price was fair. I will use them again.
