They did a good job. They did the job to my liking and they did it in a timely manner. They did it for a good price. They left the area very clean when they were done.

Pat came out on two occasions to look at all the trees, gave me a bid and make a recommendation on what to do. Several workers came out to do the job about a week after I approved the work and finished in about 2 1/2 hours. They cleaned up fairly well. I had noticed a few branches of deadwood and over the sidewalk that had been missed, and they quickly came back the next day to finish up.

They came to do a free estimate within 24 hours of my first call. The work was scheduled within two weeks of the estimate. They arrived within the time window I was given. They completed the work quickly and professionally and cleaned up all branched, saw dust, etc. It was a good experience and I've already referred them to my neighbors.

They did a great job. We have a few large evergreens that were getting out of control. We had them top them and trim them to keep them under control. They were very nice people and they seemed to do a nice job.

They were very prompt, and the lowest cost of three estimates. There was a little bit of sawdust that go into the drive way and that is the ONLY thing that I could call them out for.

This was the second or third time we've used this company. Their estimate this time was a bit higher than before (I had another huge spruce removed some months earlier), but I've always found them to be competitively priced, and was pleased with the care they took removing a large tree so close to the house. They also cleaned up well.

They removed the tree and stump as expected. I didn't realize I needed to request the removal of the attached roots, I assumed that was part of the stump removal, so although they did remove the tree and "stump" as I ordered, I still have a few roots showing in the area that were attached to the tree. Overall the price was good and service was good, but I think to go the extra mile they would have removed the 3-4 small roots that were attached and above ground. I would use them again, but would definitely clarify the root removal as part of the service.

Broad Ripple came as requested with a crew large enough to do the extensive job. Top notch work.

It went well. They were ok. The guys that came worked real hard on probably one of the hottest days of the year, and one guy got stung by a bee. They were real nice. They made sure everything got cleaned up and they picked all the branches.

I contacted Broadripple Tree Services at the last minute (my apologies), but they came through with both a quote and the service completed before another contractor started work. They were polite and never raised a concern about my tardiness in contacting them. The cost was below other quotes I got. I'm going to call them to clean up after the big project is complete!

It was hectic because of the storm. They committed to the job and a price. They did not follow through on communicating with me on when the work would be done. I asked to be present when they did the job, but they came when I was not home. I cut the tree down myself because they didn't show up on the day they were scheduled. Four days later when I wasn't here they came and removed the stump and took away the branches, which they were not supposed to do because I wasn't present. When I called the owner of the company about what happened he said that I didn't have to pay anything.
