They removed this huge locus in my back yard. The job was done fairly fast. They made sure power lines were taken done, debris removed. I thought the price was just a little bit high but it was worth it not to worry about anything. When I got back from work the tree was gone and the yard looked great.

Scheduled service for work to be done in one week. They called before coming and arrived on time. Did the work and cleaned up all debris. We were pleased with their efficiency and thoroughness.

Work was done to our satisfaction and they did an excellent job in removing stumps.

Work was performed when scheduled and better than expected. Workmen were very professional and respectful.

Price was a bit on the high end. The person giving the estimate was a bit flippant about the job. Didn't like me asking specific questions. That pretty much made the decision not to hire him.

Their price was very good. They arrived on time and got the tree removed quickly. They were prompt on getting us the estimate, as well.

The individual I spoke with on the phone and with whom I placed the order for a rick of firewood was extremely professional and polite. She correctly estimated the delivery date and was overall very helpful. I asked that the wood be delivered and placed in a specific location. And, everything went just as we discussed. We have used this company before for tree removal and shredded mulch delivery and were very happy with that as well.

Done when they said they would and quite nicely.

I get 2 ricks per year delivered and stacked annually. I also had them remove small tress from the yard. They did a nice job.

He responded promptly to my call. He was very thorough. I thought I needed more work to be done and he advised that I did not and saved me some money. He is very honest.

I called and had an appointment within 1 week. Guys were also doing a job in the edition and came over when they had finished with it. They actually used a boom lift with a bucket on the end to get up in the trees--houses are spaced close together so they parked on a cross street and took the boom across the neighbor's yard. Cool. Limbs were removed, debris raked and everything was hauled away. Trees were 18 years old and two large branches were lost to storms this year. Hopefully, this work will allow the trees to last a bit longer...Thanks BRTS!

We were pleased with the service. They came at the scheduled time. Provided the service we needed. Cleaned up and removed wasted limbs and were very professional about it.

Great from start to finish. They returned my call promptly, they were professional, and even fixed up the fence that the tree fell onto. OUTSTANDING!

I've used Carmel Branch a few times in the past and was always very pleased. This time I'm not "not pleased", but it wasn't as perfect as it's been before. As promised, I received an estimate within 2 business days and I scheduled the work within 10 days or so (it wasn't a rush and we'd just had a major storm, so this was very acceptable). The estimate didn't break out the services between the 3 trees, but 3 years ago trimming the willow (the majority of the work done in this visit) was only $425. Also, this time some perennials, etc. under the willow were damaged (they'll grow back, not too worried about that). Also, a drink can was left behind in my yard and a solar light was broken (easily replaceable but not acknowledged). Again, nothing major, I'm just used to 100% from this group so was surprised to see a bit of a mess left behind this time. The work on the trees looks good as always and I'd use them again.

Jerry came and gave a quote the next day. When I called to setup an appointment they had an opening that afternoon. I left payment attached to the door and came home to a clean yard. Problem solved.

Jerry (owner and estimator) was very clear about the work that he would perform and how he would do it, and his pricing was fair and firm. The service crew showed up within 15 minutes of the estimate. The crew chief, Guiermo, introduced himself upon arrival and got the team working quickly. His skills climbing the trees and removing limbs were very impressive, being able to handle large chunks of limb and drop them without damage to adjacent bushes. The team worked steadily and made surprising progress, finishing the entire job in one day, and cleaning up after themselves. I was very pleased.

They came out and cut down one tree, and also trimmed all the rest of them. They also came out for a second visit and treated one of the trees on my property. I am also considering having them remove the stump from the tree they cut down and replace it with a row of tall bushes. However I have not heard back from them yet on this service.

Called for an estimate on Monday morning following the storm on Sunday. Left message on office recording system at 9:15 AM. Received a returned call on Monday morning at 11:30 AM to inform me that a estimate for removing the tree would be left at my home that same afternoon. I called the office on Tuesday morning and gave Broad Ripple the green light to perform the work. The tree was removed and stumped ground on Tuesday afternoon. Excellent and prompt service!

I was satisfied with their services. They did arrive when they said that they would. They were easy to work with and pretty accommodative. They were polite and kind. The They price that they gave me was reasonable.

Initially had appt for 11-11:30, when I called before heading home from work I found out it would be more like 3 pm. They got there at 4, but went right to work, did everything I wanted, and cleaned up after themselves. Damaged a few Hostas and plants in the garden, but nothing that won't grow back and was understandable with the work they had to do. Feel like I got a great price for all the work they did, and the crew was excellent.

This tree is an incredibly large part of our backyard and was significantly damaged during a spring storm. We wanted to save as much of the tree as possible and the crew that came did all they could to honor our wishes. The tree is located on our fence line and the crew wasn't able to get the truck into our backyard, but with some maneuvering reached the tree from the neighbors driveway. A crew member climbed the tree to get the remaining hard to reach branches. They were efficient in the trimming and did an incredible job cleaning and hauling away the debris. They drug the branches down our driveway to their truck and once done, they swept our driveway leaving no hint that they had previously been dragging large branches down it. Not only did they sweep our driveway, but they raked our entire backyard. Our backyard has never been so clean.

It was fine because they did what I wanted them to do. As far as I can remember, they came on time and they got the work done quickly. They were good about cleaning up the debris when they finished.

They were very unprofessional on the phone and never showed up for the scheduled estimate.

They showed up several days late, left a note on the door with an estimate close to $2000, but there was no explanation on what it was for. I didn't bother to call them back.
