Everything went well. On time, polite, professional and cleaned up completely.

I spent about $250. They were excellent, timely and I had no problems. The workers were very nice.

Excellent work and great advise on one of our trees. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Very professional.

After leaving several messages on their answering machine for service, there was no response.

Broad Ripple Tree came promptly, gave me a bid and explained what needed to be done. All the employees were courteous, careful and got the job done quickly. Broad Ripple Tree did the job for 2,200 less than another well-known company in the area.

They were very professional but their price was much higher than another quote I received from another highly rated company.

We had them come give an estimate. The amount of the estimate was in line with others we received. However, the person from the company was extremely dismissive and rude, and we selected another provider who cared enough to have courteous employees.

Received a quote while I was out of town, which was least expensive by far. Made the appointment 10 days out. They said they would be on site at 9:30am - they were there at 9:27am. Their team brought at least 2 trucks and a boom truck, and they got right to work on a very warm summer day. By 4:45pm, all trees were removed, stumps were ground, and they cleaned up as much as they could. Their entire team was professional and courteous, and they asked the right questions right up front. I couldn't be more pleased with their work, and will go right to them the next time I need a tree removed.

The three man crew that Broad Ripple Tree Service sent to our house to remove our storm damaged tree could not have been nicer and they did a fantastic job removing our tree and grinding the tree stump below ground level. They did a very thorough clean up job too!!! I would highly recommend them! Their price was QUITE competitive too. While they were here, I asked about the price for the removal of a half dead small (maybe 7-8 foot tall) dogwood tree we had. They took it down for free. Great customer service!!! Nice people! Great Price!

Jerry came out to give us an estimate. Work was done in a timely and orderly manner. The foreman, Pedro, was knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and competent. We appreciated that he was accommodating of our requests and wanted to make sure we were happy with the work. The crew was also pleasant and hard workers. We are pleased with the end result and would highly recommend them.

We had four tall evergreens beside our patio. They had grown too tall and were up in the wires overhead and we wanted them removed. We got two estimates and decided to go with Broad Ripple Tree. They came a couple of days later, even though it was raining, and removed the trees, cleaned up and were gone in a couple of hours, or so. Good job.

This company was contracted to plow the streets in our neighborhood throughout the winter. The contract stated they would plow at 2". I called this morning at 8:30, left a voice mail naming myself as the neighborhood association President and said "hey, just wondered when they would be out to plow" A male returned my call and with a raised and hostile voice announced that they would not come out unless it snowed 4". I stated that I thought it was less. He continue his angry tirade. I mentioned that they had increased their price and decreased their services which set this man off. He was angry enough that I stated I was ending the phone call. He said "don't you hang up on me" I asked what else we needed to discuss. He continued his verbal assault adding that he was "gonna drop your neighborhood", which was not much of a threat. I eventually had to say that I was ending the phone conversation because I wasn't going to take verbal abuse. I sent a note to this company stating that I would no longer need their services and attached the agreement which indicated plowing at 2" not 4" and received a nice e-mail apologizing for this mans behavior. Although a pleasant e-mail it is not enough for me to entertain a future verbal lashing. I can not in good conscious recommend this company for fear that the next customer would be abused

They did a horrible job. My beautiful trees were ruined. They cut off living branches. I called the office twice and the receptionist was very rude to me. After calling multiple times the owner finally came out and looked at the problem and yelled at his crew for what they had done. I explained I was not going to pay them for anything becasue they had done more damage than good. I told them I wanted other stuff to be done and they had to do xyz and I would pay them $1000.00. The owner never apologized to me and he was making the situation sound trivial.

The crew was pleasant and promptly cleaned up once the job was done. Their pricing was very competitive as compared to the other bid I received. The office staff was very friendly and prompt as well. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

I could not be more pleased. I probably have one of a few healthy ash trees in central IN.

Bid was lowest of three, very good, Angie's list vendors. Very responsive. Crew came in the morning and were finished by end of day. Cost was high, but was in line with other, qualified bidders. Good project.

It went great. They came out and cut trees down and removed stumps. Cleaned up. I will use them again. Everyone at company is very nice.

I called the provider to determine if it was worth trying to save my 2 ash trees. I spoke with Stephany who was very helpful and answered my emerald ash borer questions. She suggested that I email their certified arborist photos of my two trees to determine if they were worth saving or if I should have them removed. I did that at 5pm on a Wednesday. Thursday morning around 9:00, I received the arborist's recommendation : if they were her trees, she would try to save them. They were able to send out a certified technician on Monday morning. Darrell (spelling of his name? apologies) called me Monday morning to let me know when he would be arriving. Once here, he immediately informed me that the verbal estimate that was given to me on the phone to treat the trees (almost $800) was way too much. This was entirely my fault in that when Stephany asked me for the diameter of the tree trunk, I was thinking circumference!! BIG difference! Darrell quickly quoted me the correct price ($325) and began to work. I wanted to be here to watch the work because I am curious by nature and I thought that as I watched the process, I might come up with a few more questions - which I did. Darrell didn't seem to be bothered by all of my questions and he patiently explained what he was doing and why which I appreciated. He was knowledgeable and professional. I will need to have the trees treated again in 2 years and have no qualms about having the company return for another visit.

They were professional from the very beginning. Jerry came to our house for an estimate on the same day and even talked to us about some other trees in our yard. Very knowledgeable! He gave us an estimate in writing on the spot, and his team got the job done in one day in the drizzling rain. The crew cleaned up every bit of sawdust, you would think the trees just vaporized!

I had used Broad Ripple Tree Service 3 years ago for tree removal and tree trimming. Because of their prior good work and price I call them to remove a dead weeping cherry tree about 20 feet tall. They cut down the tree and chipped everything and dug then ground out the tree stump. Excellent job and great price. I will use again.

On 6.10.2015 I called them to ask for an estimate. Stephany asked if I could e-mail some photos, so that Andrea Dunlevy their ISA Certified Arborist could review them. Within a few hours Andrea e-mailed me stating that the trees had pine shoot borers. I e-mailed asking for an estimate to remove the effected parts and apply the insecticide. Stephany called me the next morning with the estimate. She stated that due to a cancellation, they were able to come out that day. WHAT LUCK!! (I had called a competitor 1st and left a voice mail. I still haven't heard back from them). Durell (spelling?) and his helper did a great job of removing the effected parts and applying the insecticide. I was using a credit card, so I had to call Stephany complete my payment. While I was talking with her, I asked if they had a tree maintenance program. She said they did, but I could apply the insecticide myself next year. I can see why they are so highly rated on Angie's List.

Prompt, courteous, and professional.

The price was much less than other quotes. The guys did a great job and we are very happy with their service. I like that fact that the owner came out to check as well. He was very nice.. I highly recommend this company and would use the again.
