Very happy with their service. This is the second time we have used them. There was some confusion as they started taking out a large tree that they had not put on the estimate. It was their error so they did not charge us extra which I thought was very professional of them. The job took about a day and was done well. Clean up was pretty good, not as good as some have described, but we were satisfied. I would definitely use them again.

Called for an estimate in removing large tree and Jerry Dunleavy came out in a day or so and gave me an estimate. Got another estimate from another company but Broad Ripple Tree's was lower. They came out the day after I called them back. They were very efficient and cleaned up afterward and hauled everything away.

The man that came out to give me an estimate, explained what they were going to do and why it should be done this way. They came out on time and did exactly as he described. The tree by the power lines looks so much better, then when the utility company did it. I will definitely use them again. Great job!!!!!!!

Got estimate and had work done 2 days later. Pleasant and knowledgeable people. Performed service to our satisfaction and cleaned up well.

They do a great job. I use their services for my house and my father's house. They always have the cheapest price.

They arrived on time and completed the work in 2 - 1/2 hours.

The owner came out twice to provide quotes (I decided to add more work to the order). He always came by the same day. The men who came to do the work arrived on time and were extremely quick with removing the entire tree and stump. They cleaned up nicely as well.

The crew was scheduled to arrive at 11:30 AM, they showed up at 3:00 PM. I had taken time off from work to be at the house at 11:30 when they to have performed the work. I learned they would be late only after calling their office. Once they arrived, the crew moved very quickly -- branches were falling everywhere. They seemed to have little concern about the small trees and bushes that were in line with the falling limbs. When the crew was about to finish I realized that they had broken one of the major trunks on a young magnolia tree. I brought this to their attention. The foreman said that the trunk was rotten and that was why it had broken. They had already run the it through the grinder so I had no way of checking. In a hurry to leave, they presented me with the bill. They had not ground a stump as promised in their estimate. When I brought this to their attention, the foreman asked for proof. I showed him the estimate. He did not seem too happy but went ahead removing the stump. I had the impression that the crew was anxious to get off work at 5:00. When they left I realized that a small bush had been cut off at the base. Apparently after they had crushed it they cut it off and ran it through their grinder. Also, they failed to trim 5 partially broken 3-5 foot branches protruding from the main trunk of the large tree. I called their office the next day. The person answering the phone was "very sorry" about the damaged tree and bush. She promised to take care of the untrimmed branches on the large tree. This was 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing.

They showed up on time, did a great job and even cleaned up the leaves in the front yard.

The work was performed promptly and efficiently. The final bill was right in line with the quote. Did not have any problems.

Sent someone to estimate within a few days of my initial phone call. He was very knowledgeable, and showed up right on schedule. Then the crew came about a week later, again exactly on schedule. I have five 40-year old trees on my lot, and I wanted them trimmed away from the power line into the house, and away from the roof, and I also wanted them trimmed in order to maintain an aesthetically-pleasing shape and for them to remain healthy. There was also a younger maple that had a limb break off that needed trimming. They completed the work in a few hours, front and back, and did an excellent clean-up job.

The work was fine. He was reasonably priced and came on time. He was responsible and hauled everything away. He didn't leave any other damage. He did what you would expect from a tree trimmer.

This company stayed on task and did a thorough cleaning after they were finished. I appreciate that their price was more than reasonable. I will consider their services in the future.

They came out on the same day, almost immediately. The other company we looked at could come the same day as well, but later, so we went with this company. They were great. We were very happy with them.

We called two Angie's List recommended companies. They both responded with estimates within 48 hours. Since we had used Broad Ripple Tree Service before we decided to go with them again. The work was scheduled within a week to fit our schedule and the workers arrived within a half hour of when they were expected. The work was completed as expected. The trees look very good and we should have several years before they grow back against the house. The only slight criticism I would have is in the clean-up. It was done well enough, but I still had to go back over it to get up the last bit of twigs that were left behind. The yard was not as clean as when they came. It was nothing major and would not come close to eliminating them from future work. Over all, we had a good experience and got what we expected.

I was pleased with their work and would use them in future.

I filled out the form on their website with the work I wanted done. By the time I got home that evening, they had left an estimate in my door for the work (nice!). The price was significantly less than others I had received, so I went ahead and had them do the work. I was able to get on their schedule fairly quickly. I asked to be at the house when they were doing the work, so they gave me a rough time when they expected to be there. Due to weather, they were running late-- which is entirely to be expected. They arrived and did the work as we discussed. I was very happy.

We were pleased with the work, as we have been in the past when we used Broad Ripple Tree Service. They seemed knowledgeable and professional. I was a little concerned when they moved their big truck into our narrow driveway, but they were careful, and there was no impact on the driveway or sidewalk.

They gave a very prompt, reasonable estimate. We accepted their estimate and scheduled a time for them to do the work. They showed up promptly and did the work. They finished the job even as it started raining. The tree looks nice from every angle, and I can walk underneath it without hitting branches. They did everything I asked. If I was to find a negative it was that a couple weeks later, I found a couple of small branches that had leaves turning brown. They had apparently didn't fully cut them down or knicked them by accident. They were very small, and I cut them down myself without any trouble.
