Broad Ripple Tree Service Inc

Large tree was leaning on a healthy tree so they came out the day I called to give me a quote and then came the following day to remove it. They get right to work, do exactly what they said they would and leave the yard clean.

I had other estimates that were considerably higher so I went with Broad Ripple Tree Service. The trees and stumps were removed and everythig was cleaned up. We had a couple of pavers broken (not surprising due to the location of the trees) but they were quickly replaced. We were very happy with the service we received.

They were quick to come out and give an estimate. They did a good job at removing the tree but left some ruts around the tree stump that had to be filled in. I also think the stump could have been grinded better as there were pieces sticking up that had to be cut down. They did an good job just not excellent.

They arrived promptly, did the work and cleaned up all branches and trimmings. The price was right and the workers did a good job. I have used this company in the past and will hire them again.

I called BR Tree Service and told them the problem of dead and dying limbs. Stephanie explained why this was happening and recommended I have them sprayed. I also told her I wanted them trimmed up. Jerry came over in less than 30 minutes - looked at all the trees I needed work on and gave me an estimate. I thought it would be twice that amount so I told him go ahead. A few days later they sprayed the trees and today they trimmed all 4 trees. Everything looks great - they cleaned up every stick - it's like they were never here. Even when a heavy rainstorm hit they just kept working - I couldn't believe it. I would hire these guys again in an instant! They were great! In fact I'm having them spray the blue spruce again next year. I am over-the-top impressed!

They did a great job. I spent about $400 on that work. They came out promptly within a few days of our call and gave us an estimate. When we gave them the go ahead, they scheduled our work, came out and had several workers. They got the job done in a matter of a few hours. They dug up a couple of stumps that needed to be removed, bush trimming and 5 large shrubs. They got right down to work and did not waste any time. They did a good job.

It was necessary to cancel the appointment, so we did not get to use the service. The gentleman I spoke to was polite and accommodating. The price was surprising, but in-line with competitors.

Arrived, worked continuously for six hours. (4 people). Right equipment. Very professional. A half-hour after they were finished, two additional men came to remove the stump and grind it up.

Arrived on time, reviewed work request with client, did good work, cleaned up site. Returned next day to grind stump due to equipment repair.

I had gotten two other estimates. One estimate was in line with the pricing from Broad Ripple Tree Service. The other one wanted $1000 more AND wanted to drive a truck through the neighbor's yard AND call IPL to have the power line dropped. BRTS said dropping the line wasn't necessary and neither was driving in the neighbors yard to get to the tree: that his guys would do it the 'old fashioned' way and take it all down by hand. They were there and gone in approx two hours and cleaned everything up and hauled it away. They did a great job.

They got the job done and did okay.

The work was fine. They were very competitive on the price; we called around probably two or three different places, and they by far had the best price. They did exactly what they said they would do, and I did not have any issues whatsoever. I have used them several times. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They came out on short notice. They did a good job. They were quick to respond and they did the job. I thought everything went well. I would surely use their services again in the future.

A fairly large dead tree fell down across my driveway after a high wind, and blocked my exit from the garage. I called Broad Ripple Tree Service. A gentleman came that morning and cut apart the tree in order to clear the driveway. I took advantage of his being there and asked for an estimate to remove another nearby dead tree. Later that afternoon a crew came to remove all the debris from the downed tree. They also used a cherry picker to cut down the standing dead tree. They were effifcient and cleaned up very well. They also removed a separate small pile of dead branches that I had collected . I expect tree service to be somewhat expensive, and so thought that the cost was fairly reasonable, especially since the downed tree was an emergency.

They were excellent. They cleaned everything up. They did this quick and easy. The price was good.

I liked that they showed up early. They were very pleasant and on time. They cleaned up after themselves very well. They did the job very quickly. They were very good. Overall, I was very pleased with everything.

I have used them before at my other house several times when I had tree problems. They were fine. They were efficient and knew what they were doing. They are a good company. I would rate them highly and would consider using them again.

They are basically good, their prices are reasonable and they are punctual. They generally know what they are doing.

They did a great job and I will continue to use them.

Called one day and the estimate was given same day. The trees were gone the next. They did a great job.

Extremely quick to come out, provide estimate and get the job done. have used them several times in the past and have had consistently good service.

They came out the day I called them. They were very nice. The trees that I was concerned about, I decided that I would give some more time for it to bud and it budded. So that was the reason why I didn’t use them. I didn’t use any body else either. What I liked the most about them was that they were here within couple of hours I called them and that impressed me a lot. The man who came to give the estimate was very polite and very neatly dressed. He explained very well what they would do and it was just a fine experience. I would definitely refer them to someone to go out and work with. I would rate them high overall. I would definitely contact this company for any tree service if I needed in the future.

It was just fine. They arrived on time, had a reasonable price, and did a great job. As a matter of fact, Broad Ripple Tree Service is the only company we use for our trees.

I recommend them. They did what they said they would do, were on time and cleaned up nicely. They stayed to the price they quoted. The people who did the work were competent.

Overall, they were okay. I don?t remember how much I spent, but the price was okay because I usually research the price. I would probably use them again in the future if necessary.
