Andrew was honest. He did not try to sell me a new computer, new software, or any other product. He told me to make sure that I had excellent antivirus software and if I did the Microsoft lack of support for XP was a non event. I appreciated his candor and honestly and will use him in the future when I do have a computer problem because of his integrity.

My husband telephoned Broad Ripple Computer Repair to have a faulty power jack replaced on an older Acer notebook computer. The proprietor ordered the necessary part and repaired the system in just one week, and he did so for a very reasonable fee.

I was very pleased by Andy's quick response to my request for help with a pc. I called him and an hour later I dropped off my pc for him to look at. He called me back with a solution to my problem in less than 24 hrs. He was very professional and knowledegable. I would use his services again and would recommend him to others based on my experience.

Our computer became virtually useless when trying to use the internet because of constant pop ups and redirects caused by an undetected virus. Andy was very prompt and accommodating. He diagnosed it quickly and had our computer back to us the next day. About a week later the same thing happened due to our ten year old clicking on an update from a game site and Andy fixed it again in one day and didn't charge us for it.

Andy was professional and very timely. He responded to my phone call quickly and easily explained the flat fee for what he'd need to do. We arranged a drop off for the next day and a pick up the following. When picking up my computer Andy showed me how everything had transferred and was setup. Couldn't be happier about how easy this was!

Andy reviewed the status of the computer, upgraded the operating system, and increased the ram so the computer now runs like a brand new computer.

It went great. Andy is a smart, quick and reliable person to deal with. He fixed my computer in a day and then informed me that I had been scammed by a backup computer company to the tune of $118. By informing me of this scam, I was able to call my credit card company and have the amount credited back to my account and also, by Andy's suggestion, have new cards issued. Potentially, saving many fraud problems. This is my first time working with Andy ( I used a couple other companies in the past) but I'm very impressed and will use him when ever I next expert computer service, and would recommend him highly to anyone with a PC problem. After I called him, I was able to take it over to him that day. He even delivered it to us fixed the next day, and was able to walk my wife through the fix. I liked that I could drop the computer off at his business. He was professional and friendly. I would use him again in the future, for other things, like Mac, home theater, etc.

Andrew was fantastic. I had been to the Apple store and they had diagnosed that I did indeed have a failed hard drive but indicated that they couldn't restore any files and that it would take a minimum of 5 days before they could promise my computer back to me - I went in search of another answer. Andrew turned my computer around the same day (was gracious enough to let me come and pick it up from him at 8 that night as he works out of his house). He recovered most everything that was on the failed hard drive and did everything to get my computer back to the same settings, programs, etc. as before. Andrew was a real pleasure to work with and I am very grateful for the quick turn around. I definitely recommend taking your computer issues to him as his prices seemed very fair and he will go beyond just the minimal needed.

First he tried to resurrect my hard drive by fixing it, and was able to get all the data off it before it fully crashed. He was able to fix the problem and reloaded everything back onto the drive. When I got it home, it worked beautifully, was definitely faster and a lot of the "junk" that every computer gets was gone. I did have to reinstall all my third party programs, but since he saved all the installation files and the files were where I expected them to be, it didn't take much time to put them back myself. All prior times I have ever had a computer repair, I had to reinstall programs myself, too. He spent a lot of time on it, and charged only a flat fee of $100. In contrast to any prior time I have had computer repair, he was able to save the installation files for my programs. He did everything on time, and was pleasant and very professional. He explained that he had a copy of the drive in case there were any more problems. When the drive completely crashed a week later, he told me he would replace the drive for just the cost of the drive, without charging more for labor. When I explained there were files on there that I absolutely had to have to work on the next few days, he still had them from the first repair. He was able to burn the files onto a DVD for me, and then delivered to my home on a weekend day, as I needed them urgently. When the computer was fixed, I had trouble finding a time to get to him to pick it up, so he was again very kind and delivered the computer back to me. He has been very quick to respond to every one of my questions and it didn't matter whether the communication was by email, text or voice mail, he replied quickly. I felt very confident that he knew what he was doing. In the past with other computer repair, I have often felt that other repair places were not 100% sure what they were doing. I am especially happy that he had all my hard drive copied in such a way that when he put it back onto the new hard drive, everything was where I expected to find it. It was enormously helpful that he planned to keep the copy for a month, just in case, as I needed it just a week later. I understand why he tried to fix the hard drive first, as it appeared that a corrupted program had caused the problem. It was only after that fix that it was possible to see the drive itself was the problem. I believe he made good professional decisions, and I appreciate that the replacement of the hard drive did not cost me any more than if he had done it the first time.

Called Andy to help with a virus that was keeping us from adding a new printer to the system. He picked up the unit at our home took it to his shop, corrected the virus issue, cleaned the tower and returned it to us within 24 hrs. He attempted to install the new unit for us found an intermittent problem that was not evident initialy. He was able to isolate the problem, he had the replacement parts in stock to correct the issue. He replaced the parts causing the problem, reconfigured the entire system including the desk top, plus two laptops all with in an unblievable time and at a very reasonable cost.

Very professional and responsive. Called Andy on Tuesday, dropped my computer off at his place at 7:30 AM on Wednesday. He brought it to my house Wednesday afternoon and enabled the scanning capability. I had a very good experience. I will definitely use Broad Ripple Computer Repair in the future and I will recomend Andy to anyone in need of computer support.

Great. Andy is very nice and professional. He got me right in and the compyter was done is less than 24 hrs. My computer was running super slow before he took it and Dell support was trying to sell me Ram and Ram installation for $300.00.

I have been using BRCR on an ongoing basis for a year and a half and have referred my friends because Andy is very knowledgeable, provides great service, and has helped me fix many many problems. I think his fees are reasonable. He's also a nice guy and very easy to work with.

The old wi-fi card worked part of the time and he showed me how to get it to work with a hard wire connection. He swapped out my old pc for a new one for a great price! He even transferred all of the data over too! He did all of this for a great price! I highly recommend his services.

.Originally, I dropped my laptop off at his business and told him I as a senior citizen I am on a tight budget, so I need the repair done as inexpensively as possible. He said he understood and then he delivered my laptop back the very next day and it works fine. I was in a bit of a hurry as I do a bulletin for my church, so he worked very fast for me... He also said he would clean the junk off of it for me as well. So I called him today and he went to work on it as soon as he got back home, in remote control, so I gave him control of my laptop and he cleaned all the junk off of it. It really improved the speed of my laptop, I could tell a real big difference as soon as I started working with it again... Andy is a great computer repair person and a really honest and trustworthy person. He did everything I wanted and more....I can't say enough about this experience...I would recommend him to everyone...

Andy did a great job. He arrived on schedule and went right to work setting up the new modem which included a router. The job went smoothly and everything was working great when he finished. He deleted some unneeded tools on the desktop which made the PC run much faster. He also checked the Tivo DVR and laptop PC to be sure they were communicating properly with the router. He is a true professional and a very nice guy.

He was absolutely fabulous and was so quick. I would recommend him to anyone!

My computer wouldn't install Turbo Tax so I called Andy and he was able to come over to take a look within an hour. I had a virus which he removed but Windows Installer couldn't be repaired so he had to take my computer overnight. He reformatted the hard drive and put all my data back just as it was, my computer now runs like a dream and I couldn't be happier!
