My experience couldn't have been better. We called on one day and dropped it off. It was ready the next day for a really fair price. The best!

Owner Tech-Guru Andy deserves nothing less than a glowing review. Since 2021, he has kept my MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015!) cutting edge! His dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident always. Andy's professionalism and expertise made for a seamless and stress-free experience. I can't thank him enough for the exceptional service he provided and I would highly recommend his service!

Andy was so helpful. Every other place I called told me two weeks, got it back i. 24 hours. Everything worked out great. I am planning on doing some upgrades soon, I will be using Broad Ripple Computer Repair for those as well!

Andy asked me some questions about my laptop, did some research, then phoned me back with price. Part was ordered and it came the next day. I am thrilled! He fixed it same day.

Dropped off in the morning, the day before traveling for Thanksgiving. By early afternoon got the diagnosis that the power chord was bad. He had one in stock, and I was able to buy the chord and was back in business.

This is the third time I've taken one of my computers to Andy. Everything was perfect. I dropped it off at 5PM and got it the next day by noon!

Andy indeed got the mechanisms in place to boost the wifi, but he evidently did not thoroughly understand a Bose sound system that I already had in place on my computer to play music. I tried to explain a few things to him, but basically got brushed aside regarding my comments. After he left, I could no longer get the sound system to play properly. When I e-mailed him about my problem, I never heard anything back from him. This made me think he probably should not have been working on my computer in the first place when it came to also coordinating the performance of my sound system. Andy has always been so good in times gone past, but this time I must deliver an overall rating of a "D" as I was unfortunately just not satisfied with the finished product.

I went to the store with no appointment. They were able to help me once another customer's work was finished. Replaced my screen and it works great. Very nice to deal with.

Andy did a good job of trying to fix our problem in the most economical way. Although we encountered some glitches, the end result was very satisfactory. I would definitely call him again if a future problem arose.

Made simple diagnosis and fixed problem

Andrew was very polite, professional, on time, and went right to work. He diagnosed the issues and explained what he wanted to do. He was quick and good!!!!

Big Problem and Not Resolved: Broad Ripple Computer Repair ordered a replacement keyboard from a Chinese manufacture, installed the laptop screen, and their keyboard. The display worked fine. Unfortunately, they installed a non-US standard keyboard: I think it was a Spanish keyboard layout. I made several attempts to contact Broad Ripple Computer Repair regarding the problem and request that they correct the mistake. They would not return my call.

Fine, everything was done in one day.

Fast. I called Andy, took my tower to him and got it back in 3 hours. He replaced the power supply. This was something that I have done before and could have done, but Andy did it in much less time than it would have taken me and saved my going to out buy the component and install it.

I'm embarrased to say that I can't recall the techs name, but he is owner and operator of the business so a phone call to the business will get through to him. What was great is that a similar problem developed about 4-5 days after the initial repair, but instead of having to take the computer chassis back, he had installed a remote computer repair program and was able to take care of my problem within a few short minutes.

I was able to again use this computer to finish my taxes and it works great. He is a no nonsense type of guy. He immediately offered to meet with me when I first called. The work was finished the next day. I intend to work with him again in setting up my new desktop computer - when this office is cleaned up for visitors. LOL!

Took PC to BRCR Fri. afternoon. By Sat. afternoon it was repaired (Andy said it took only 1 hour to find software problem). It was Microsoft problem he has seen only a few times before. PC works fine now.

Free diagnostic. Problem identified (bad hard drive) and fixed within 24 hours. Even threw in a free internal wireless card, since the old one died years ago. Cheaper than a new computer, and I get all my music files back. Very professional.

My laptop was extremely slow. I took it to Andy and was able to pick it up the next day. I was initially very impressed. Some things were much better, but a few things did not work at all. I sent Andy an email and waited a week but received no replay. Then I left him a phone message, and after 3 days, have still not heard anything.

It went well , as I was trying to find someone to replace the screen for my son's laptop that he uses for college, I was able to call and drop it off and pick up the next day which was a Sunday, wow! We had a minor glitch with the memory chip and he told us if he had more time he would have been able to trouble shoot the problem. The touch screen works find and when my son is home for thanksgiving break I will take it back to have the memory problem addressed.

Excellent service. Andy is knowledgeable, professional, and provides quick response. He knows how to repair computers and does so quickly and with fair pricing. Have utilized BR Computer several times over the years and would never go anywhere else.

Andy Dietz is simple the best! He is patient and always fixes the problem in a timely manner. He is kind and helpful and realizes that a computer that is not working needs quick attention. He is very responsive.

I emailed the owner who responded within 24 hours. He made and kept an appointment for me to drop off my computer; I signed a consent form; He called me the same day with his diagnosis and a quote. I picked my computer up two days later and paid with CC. Computer good as new.
