Great! Andy responded to my message the next morning and I brought my computer by the same day. He did a few updates and had it back to me that evening, working good as new.

My computer works perfectly now. The turn around time was fantastic- he completed the repair and my laptop was ready for pickup the next day. He is very knowledgeable about computers in general and I will be using him again for future repairs if need be. I was most impressed by how quickly the work was completed, which is important to me because I need my laptop for work.

Andy did a great job in fixing all my laptop ills. He had to reinstall Windows 7 too. He did it in a 24 hr. turnaround time. My laptop is now working great! Thanks!

We once asked Andy to repair an older notebook computer for us, which he did quickly and for a very reasonable price. He has again proven himself to be quite a capable technician because he repaired the graphics card in our laptop, again quickly and at a reasonable price. To our amazement, Andy performed some perfunctory soldering and computer wizard magic, and our beloved laptop lives on, at a fraction of the cost we originally thought. He was timely, courteous and processional. I appreciated that he took the time to explain things to me and give me suggestions for saving money on anti-virus software. I have difficulty walking, but brought it off at his office. He then offered to bring the laptop to me when it was done! will definitely use him again.

we have used Andy in the past several times and found him to be extremely competent, professional and responsive to your problems. I called him late in the day we sat up a time for the following day. I took my PC to him 40 minutes after I called him - 7PM. After I told him the problem, he told me the max. cost to have it working and that he'd call in the morning to give me the verdict. He called and told me what he found and explained what he would need to do to repair the problem. He called later in the day and told me that it was ready to go. My PC was repaired and I picked it up in less than 24 hours! I prefer to have work done by individuals rather than large companies and Andy was the perfect solution to my problem.

Andy was great! The problem we were having with the laptop was not easy to diagnose, but Andy was patient and really worked through all possibilities until it was completely fixed. He initially replaced an internal cord and cleaned out the dust but subsequently had to replace the track pad when the issue was still occuring. He was more than fair and reasonable with timing and price. I feel like our MacBook Pro will be good for years to come thanks to Andy! I will certainly call him again in the future for any of our computer repair needs.

Replaced the drive and reloaded operating system and software. Andy also backed up all our data. This was not easy due to the failing hard drive, but he did it and this service was included in the price. Did all of this in less than 24 hours. Great job. I highly recommend Andy

Andrew did a very professional and thorough job. He was very comfortable jumping between the computer, TV and iPhone -- both software and hardware. He works quickly, and charged a quite reasonable price. I am so pleased with the photos-to-TV transfer he enabled from my hard drive (even though it could not be linked into Photoshop). I am thrilled that he set me up so I can now manage my computer's backups, tuneups. etc. And, the help he gave me on the iPhone was most timely! Andrew is very polite and addressed everything I asked of him. He certainly had a "can do" attitude! I certainly trust Andrew, and will count on him for our long-term expert home service!

I found Broad Ripple Computer Repair through Angie's List and decided to give it a try because the reviews were good and it is close to where I live. Today being a holiday I wasn't sure what to except when I called to inquie about service. I was unable to reach anyone when I called so I left a voicemail. Andy returned my call within 30 minutes and said I could drop off my computer today between 1-3. He quoted me a price of 80 dollars which to be completely honest I have no idea if that was a fair or reasonable price. I didn't brother to look anywhere else so I have nothing to compare the price to. This is the first time I have ever taken a computer in for repair as I am usually a do it yourself kind of guy. After researching this particular problem I felt it was best to pay someone to fix the problem rather than take the risk of doing more harm than good. Andy was extremely professional and courtesous. I dropped my computer off at about 2:45 and was told it would be done tomorrow morning. Within two hours of dropping it off Andy called to tell me he had fixed the problem and my laptop was ready to be picked up. I was pleasantly surprised with the quick turn around as spending a whole 24 hours without my computer was not something that I relished. The problem appears to be fixed and everything is back to normal. I will definitely be using Andy again should the need arise and will recommend him to anyone needing computer repairs in the future.

Andy was very prompt in responding to my email detailing the problem and scheduled an appointment as soon as I was available. He diagnosed the problem within a few hours and we scheduled a repair time that was convenient for me. He loaned me a mouse so that I could use my computer until the part came in, and offered me a loaner computer during the repair process. He also quickly diagnosed and fixed (for a minuscule charge) a problem with my husband's computer that I had not even talked to him about until I arrived for my appointment with both of our computers. Unfortunately, there were unforeseen problems that developed after the repair on my laptop was done. The reality with computers (and other technology) is that these things can happen even in the best of circumstances. Fortunately, Andy responded in the most professional manner possible at a high cost to him. It is so rare these days to find a business person with a primary focus on providing quality service. Andy is one of those rare finds. I truly appreciated his competency and honesty and I would DEFINITELY use him again. I recommend him without any reservation.

He did a great job and he was quick. He explained that it wasn't going to run quickly because it was an old laptop and I wasn't ready to get a new one. He was very efficient and friendly. He was great. I think he was trustworthy.

The repair was done in about 15 minutes, less than 24 hours after I called to schedule an appointment. And Andrew also suggested some simple and great things for me to do at home to improve the speed for all of my home computers.

Andy did a terrific job. I was having trouble receiving my emails, and he transitioned my desktop computer from an old AOL version to the updated AOL 9.7 version. He went the extra mile to complete the transition which was difficult due to problems created by AOL. He was patient and kept at it until the transition was complete. There was one small part of the transition that could not be done, due to AOL technical issues, and Andy found a practical work-around. His price was very reasonable, he was willing to answer all of my questions, and he guided me through several things I needed to do to complete the process. I was very impressed and will definitely use him again.

We took our parents PC in for a "tune up" and look over due to the system errors they were experiencing when the computer was being used. Andy looked it over, called promptly with a suggested resolution of a new hard drive. He fixed it promptly the same day. Andy was very professional and prompt with our request. I will use his services again for tune-up's on my other computer too!

Everything went smoothly as usual. I have used Andy since he started his business in 2009. I have referred him to many of my friends who have become permanent clients. He is very fair and honest. He has access to my computer from his home and can do a lot of the help I need without even coming to my house. Very personable and likeable.

my lap top computer was having problems. i checked on angies list to find a computer repair located close to me. i contacted andrew deitz at broad ripple computer repair by phone .after explaining what my computer was doing he said it sounded like a virus problem and he could help repair the problem for me.he quoted a price over the phone. i did not have the work done for few months. when i then contacted andrew again about setting up time to fix the computer. at this time our tower computer with windows 7 was needing some attentions. andrew said that we could bring in both computers and he would check them both out and recommend what repairs they needed? we took both computers into andrew. he needed to clean out viruses on the lap top but the tower was okay. he recommend installing malware software on both computers for protection. we had that installed on both computers. i felt that andrew was reasonable with his pricing and he was very knowledgeable about computers. he seemed very honest and did not try to pressure you into buying anything not needed.. he was able to have the computers back to us the next day i would certainly trust broad ripple repair again with any of our computer problems. i would also recommend andrew to any of our friends having computer problems. andrew has even taken time to return a couple of our calls with some questions we have had since the service. judy ring

He was extremely knowledgeable about IT services, and he was very easy and nice to work with.

I called Andy in the morning. He offered to come on site, but I brought my computer to him in the early afternoon. By the end of the following day he had it working again. The service he performed came with a thirty-day warranty. When I called back with an un-related problem (pre-existing before the service he did), he included the fix in the warranty. Once a customer has been to Andy, he can log into your system (with your pre-approval) and do remote trouble shooting.. This is really sweet!
