Description of Work: My computer shut down because of viruses. Andy came to my home office and resolved the issues, not only removing the viruses but loading a new antivirus at no charge. He made a follow up visit a week later to trouble shoot printer issues and connect the printer to my new laptop. He is knowledgeable and very responsive. I will absolutely use Broad Ripple Computer Repair again.
