Description of Work: Called for an appointment to repair range. The range has an error code and will not perform. The appointment was set for Tuesday, 8-10am, but I was told I was the first appointment. At 8:45am I called the office and spoke with the receptionist. Her response was that the guy had not shown up yet but he would be at my house soon. I called again at 9:45 and the receptionist again, with no apology and no concern said the guy still had not shown up to work. I re-scheduled for today between 10:00 and noon. Today, I called the office at 11:30am because I still had not heard anything. The receptionist said that it wasn't noon yet and he would be at my house before noon. I called at noon and spoke with Bill (the owner) and he did apologize but no one could repair my stove until later. Basically I spent two half days waiting on someone without any phone calls, apologies, or explanations. I think this was very unprofessional and I will not use this company again.

Description of Work: I was having problems with my 4 year old wall oven. I spoke with Danielle (receptionist) and she asked me several troubleshooting questions. I couldn't check the oven at that time, so we set up the appointment for repair. When I could check my oven, I took Danielle's advice and it took care of my problem. I was able to cancel the repair appointment. This is the type of service I always get with Broad Ripple Appliance. I highly recommend their services!

Description of Work: I called Broad Ripple Appliance first, however they could not get out to fix my washer until Friday and I couldn't wait that long. The lady who answered the phone was very understanding and she referred me to Turner Appliance after scheduling an appointment for Friday morning. She said I could call back and cancel if I got someone to come out sooner. She was very pleasant to deal with.

Description of Work: They picked up my TV because it is a large rear projection system. Their technician diagnosed the television. He found that the TV would have to be rebuilt. It was going to be approximately $630.00 to repair the TV. The technician suggested that I scrap the TV due to the age and cost of repair.

Description of Work: WE WERE HIT BY LIGHTENING AND IT PUT OUT ALL OF OUR ELECTRICAL. THEY WERE OUT THE NEXT DAY AND REPAIRED OUR LARGE SCREEN TV. HE EVEN SHOWED ME HOW TO HOOK UP THINGS THAT WERE NOT HOOKED UP PROPERLY.
