Brad came out and immediately knew what to do to fix the panel on my dishwasher. He told me how to avoid additional suds build up in the dishwasher. The repairman Brad adjusted the fan motor and it fixed the problem. While he was here I asked him about the icemaker and he replaced it for me. The price was half the amount I expected it to be.

Very thorough inspection and explanation which indicated that new dishwasher is needed. Repairman was very knowledgeable and recommended BOSCH brand for replacement.

My VERY old GE washing machine developed a small leak underneath. Called Broad Ripple since I had used them for the same issue back in 2016. Asked for Brad to come out again since I knew from the previous service that he was very well informed on working with older machines since he's worked on them for many, many years. Unfortunately, this time it was not fixable. The inner tub had developed a rust spot and was slowly deteriorating. You can't replace this part anymore. This is a 30 year old GE machine and I've held onto it as long as possible since new ones are basically throw away machines....5 years and buy a new one. Brad gave me great advice about buying a new machine which I appreciated very much. If you have an older machine, call Broad Ripple Appliance and ask for Brad to service. He's the best!! Even with a newer machine, I'd still ask for him to service if I ever need it. Paid $64.95 for the service call.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. They sent Brad to take a look. Brad has 40 years of experience with appliances. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. He explained what he was doing while he worked and gave us other helpful information about the appliance and its likely lifespan. Great experience all around. We would trust them 100% with our next appliance issue.

I called 3 appliance repair companies to inspect my washer, Brad with Broad Ripple Appliance was the first available. He inspected it and said it needed a new motor (even though he didn't look at the motor). It raised a flag with me, but I still went ahead. He said that it typically takes 3-5 days to receive the part which I thought was great because I know shipping is frequently backordered still due to COVID. Around day 4, I asked for an update and if we could pencil in a date for repair. He then told me it would be another 2-4 weeks. I was disappointed in that and that he failed to tell me sooner. Still, that timeframe didn't shock me and still asked him to proceed. It's been 5 weeks and he failed to respond to additional follow ups. I have since called another repair company and fixed the washer. Turns out it wasn't a motor issue and I saved a lot of money.

Very good experience. Dryer was making random squealing noise. I called on a Tuesday and set up appt on Thursday morning. Brad showed up right on time and quickly diagnosed and showed me the problem which was bad drum roller. He also showed me a pulley which was worn, and while it’s fine for now, he recommended replacing it now while the dryer is apart since it’s only a $20 part.

We found our new go to appliance repair shop! Very impressed with their knowledge and service. They came out quickly and fixed the dryer issue at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Perfect. The repairman came at the promised time He was on time The repairman knew immediately what was needed. He secured the parts and quickly made the repair. I felt the price was quite fair. My 24-yr-iold washer is still going. (smile)

Not repairable but Brad was so great. He gave me recommendations for used fridge replacement, waived service fee. BR Appliance repair will be my first call from now on and I've already recommended them to a friend.

Brad is a gentleman, professional, knowledgeable, and had some suggestions for me. Unfortunately he said repairing my refrigerator was cost prohibitive. He charged me $0 for the call and diagnostics. And for that he has a customer for life!
