Description of Work: More expensive than I had expected, but otherwise very good.

Description of Work: Replaced safety shut off and repaired door. Was very professional and i would use them again.

Description of Work: They were called to repair my wine cooler. The first call was $80 or $85 to tell me what was wrong (a fan blade broke). The repair man did not have one on the truck that would fit, had to order one. The next week a new repair man shows up ( not as knowledgeable as the first) with the wrong fan blade. Third week the first repair man comes back with the correct blade, has it working, sticks his finger in the fan to stop it, break the new blade. Fourth week comes back with a Generic blade that works. Things just happen.

Description of Work: Excellent service and advice. He recommended we purchase a new appliance rather than undergo repairs since the gas range was so old. He did not try to sell us anything however did recommend where to look for a replacement.

Description of Work: Diagnosed problem with wall oven. Determined the part needed. Due to age of the oven, it was not worth the expense of the part so I only paid for the diagnosis.

Description of Work: There was a leak in the water line in my freezer. The repairman arrived when promised, quickly assessed and repaired the problem. I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonableness of the cost, and will definitely use this company again, should the need arise.

Description of Work: I made an appointment for them to come out and look at my refrigerator. I told them on the phone the model of refrigerator it was. It took two days for them to come over. When they walked in the door they told me that they do not work on my brand of refrigerator. It was a waste of time because they could've told me on the phone. And I had to wait for another few days for another repair company to arrive. They may be a great company. I cannot judge them or grade them on that. Just my experience. And it was probably whoever took my phone calls fault.

I called for an estimate at multiple companies and Broad Ripple Appliance was the most professional, best priced, and actually REMEMBERED that I called the day before. They show great care, pride and professionalism in their company which is very rare in this day and age. I would absolutely recommend them and use them at any time in the future. Great company!!
