Description of Work: water on door of refrigertor frozen. water line leaked in back of frig. Brad fixed the h2o line and showed me an easy way to unfreeze the line to the door

Description of Work: Washing machine (top loading) would not spin and drain. Checked Angie's list for appliance repair companies. Saw that Broadripple appliance was highly rated by Angies List members and that everybody was impressed with the technician, Brad. I called them and the woman that answered was very friendly and helpful! She gave me two available, three hour time spans, for an appointment the next day. She said Brad (yeah), would call when he was on his way, which he did. He already knew what was wrong with it, before he even entered the house. He press down on the lid and the washing machine started to spin and drain! He repaired the lid switch and gave the machine a check up. I used Jerry's appliance repair last time. The work was good, but more expensive. They charged $89.95 for the service call and labor was $69. Broadripple charged $59.95 for the service call and labor was $57 plus $10 Angie's list discount. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to my friends!

Description of Work: Broad Ripple Appliance looked at my broken washing machine. They were very helpful in not just diagnosing the issue, but also in explaining it to me. They were very honest with me, and we ultimately decided that it would be better for me just to buy a new washer rather than spending nearly that much on the repair.

Description of Work: Broadripple Appliance came out to look at our over the range microwave which wasn't functioning properly. The technician diagnosed the problem, which had a simple solution of cleaning some connections and got the microwave back up and running. He showed me how to clean it again, how to avoid the problem in the future and noted if it broke in the next 30 days they would credit me the cost of this visit against future charges. I appreciated that and was glad for the tips. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced igniter in my gas oven - the repairman explained what he was doing and what had caused the problem. Ive used them before for refrigerator repair - they provide excellent, professional service.

Description of Work: Problems with our dishwasher not cleaning. First time, they called me back and gave me extensive information on what might be wrong and what I could do. |Several months later, decided we needed to have it looked at. Really nothing wrong except too small a water heater but he gave very good explanations, suggestions on how to deal with it to make the dishwasher work better.

Description of Work: told me that the freezer compressor was not working and it would cost as much to replace it as a new freezer.

Brad from BR Appliance showed up for a same-day appointment, on time, explained exactly what needed to be done and why, and returned with the part needed in what felt like minutes. He even knocked a few dollars off the labor cost because it was less involved than expected. One of the best service providers I've ever used via Angie's List.
