Description of Work: A gentleman named Brad came out and we had an old 1986 dishwasher, it wasn't filling, he saw a little valve that was stuck and he fixed it. Showed me how best to use this when I turn it on, there's a certain place to leave it so it allows it to fill. I was bypassing that cycle. He taught me some things. Now it is working just great now. Gave us good advice on products to use in the dishwasher versus other products. The office when I called to make the arrangements yesterday was very professional and very friendly. Very service oriented and so was Brad. Just excellent.

Description of Work: We had Brad come to fix our dishwasher today. He was on time. Did a great job. It needed a fuse. He gave me some helpful hints on how to use the dishwasher correctly. He had enough time and looked at our glass on our oven door. He took it apart and was able to clean the glass and put it back together again. Great job!!!!!!

Description of Work: Brad came and replaced the ice maker on our refrigerator. He was very prompt in scheduling the appointment and as I recall he was able to come either that or the very next day. Because I had been able to provide to him the model number of the refrigerator, he had the part on the truck and was able to make the repair on the spot. I scored the price at a B instead of an A, because it just seems like an expensive part or repair in regard to the whole price of a new refrigerator, but I'm sure it is standard pricing.

Description of Work: they came out within the hour to repair the washing machine. The Technician was professional, identified the problem, replaced the leaking water valve, gave me an Angie's list discount and was here less than an hour $153.00. The machine is working fine now and I appreciate their help! I will definitely use BA services again.

Description of Work: Washing machine (top loading) would not spin and drain. Checked Angie's list for appliance repair companies. Saw that Broadripple appliance was highly rated by Angies List members and that everybody was impressed with the technician, Brad. I called them and the woman that answered was very friendly and helpful! She gave me two available, three hour time spans, for an appointment the next day. She said Brad (yeah), would call when he was on his way, which he did. He already knew what was wrong with it, before he even entered the house. He press down on the lid and the washing machine started to spin and drain! He repaired the lid switch and gave the machine a check up. I used Jerry's appliance repair last time. The work was good, but more expensive. They charged $89.95 for the service call and labor was $69. Broadripple charged $59.95 for the service call and labor was $57 plus $10 Angie's list discount. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to my friends!
